I recently hired Melanie Ryan to help me with estate documents, specifically an advanced health directive and my will. I never had either one in place and my situation was somewhat complicated, yet she did a wonderful job navigating all of the gray areas for me. She even consulted with a colleague to understand the intricacies of immigration law and referred me to speak with him as well. In terms of reaching her and scheduling an appointment, she responded almost immediately to my initial inquiry through her website and we set up an appointment for the following week. We spent an hour together during our free consultation where I gave her all the information needed and then over the next month, Melanie drew up a draft of each document and sent it to me for review. I returned the documents to her with requested info and any necessary edits. Shortly after I had my finalized documents in hand. I had an employment related case about a year ago. Although some lawyers thought it would be hard to prove that I was terminated because of discrimination, Seth accepted my case. He was very sharp, knowledgeable, patient and professional, and most of all, he was really kind. He was not the type of aggressive lawyer, but he definitely got things done in his own polite yet effective ways. My previous employer totally ignored my claim before Seth stepped in. He immediately found the right party to talk to and started negotiating on my case. In the end, I got a very good settlement that I deserved. It was really great service and I would highly recommend Seth. In addition, the fee was contingent and the amount was very reasonable, unlike some lawyers who charge a ridiculous amount even before they sit down to talk with you.
While I was dealing with one of the worst situations in life, it was a great and pleasant experience working with Seth!

Lana is an excellent real estate attorney. I did a lot of research to find her and it was worth it. Lana helped me buy my first house. She was incredibly helpful, explaining all the details (and there are A LOT of details), and never dismissed any of my concerns - and I had a lot of questions. She is a pleasure to work with.
I highly recommend Lana to anyone looking to purchase a home. You need a good attorney when you buy a house and Lana is the best. She is very knowledgeable and prepped me on what to expect every step of the way from dealing with real estate agents on both sides of the table to what I should be saying to the people at city hall.
Even though the sellers did not have their act together and created multiple delays and complications throughout the process, Lana kept things on track and moving along smoothly on my end. I have been very happy with Mr. Cherry's paralegal Sylvia. I recently hired Mr. Cherry for selling my parents' house. Sylvia fielded all my questions. She got all of the paperwork together promptly. She knew about the closing out the home equity loan and ensured that the bank was involved. And on top of that Sylvia is personable. Mr. Cherry also found issues with my contract and corrected them. He was able to represent me at closing. The buyers wanted a concession, but Mr. Cherry negotiated it away.
I have bought two houses before. I have sold a house before. This is the first time I feel like I had someone looking out for me. I would recommend contacting Mark Cherry for your real estate transactions because the Sylvia paralegal rocks!!

I was living in California, and I found Stacey Wolfe via a Google search. To my surprise, she answered the call herself. I'd been led to believe I would need an attorney's services to get out of a purchase agreement I had signed for a mobile home in New Jersey (where I'm originally from). We hired Ms. Wolfe after a referral from a friend to handle the legal work surrounding the sale and purchase of a home. I cannot say enough about Ms. Suarez. My wife and I were looking for someone to help with the sale of our house that would be professional and not take us for fools. I say this because from my experience with other real estate attorneys there are always “hidden fees” not mentioning names but when we purchased the house we went with an attorney who gave us a “good price”. At the closing table we were paying for extra copies/document fess etc we felt like we were dealing with a car salesman and not a professional. We will be working on our estate planning and the closing of our new house with Ms. Suarez no need to look any further. Professionalism at its best.

As a new prospective franchisee, I wanted to make sure I invested in the best franchise for me. I contacted Paul after I was in an accident. He was very helpful from the moment he took me on as a client. He helped me get medical treatment through PLIGA when I had no insurance at all. Paul also made sure I was seen by a doctor immediately for my pain. The doctors he recommended were amazing. They seen my promptly and took care of my needs ASAP.
Throughout the claims he was there when I needed him and was prompt on returning my calls / emails. During the depositions he helped me understand what to do since I never had to do one. Kali is that needle in the haystack that you are looking for everywhere - very hard to find a lawyer like her between all the hay that is around here.

I wanted to share an extremely positive experience I had working with Brian. Not only is he smart and well connected but he is compassionate. I had an issue with some tenants who were law students, and thought they could leave my place in a shambles and not paid 3 months and leave their lease 4 months early. I had originally contacted Brian to handle the eviction, however he went above and beyond to try to solve this for me, and was able to obtain satisfaction out of this unfortunate set of affairs. He took extraordinary steps at his own expense. At each step of the way he let me know what was going on and even though it took a little bit longer but it's only because of the court system. I will certainly use Brian for other things I need in the future such as real estate closings or other business transactions. He is more expensive than other eviction attorneys, but he will come through for you where others fail, and is worth his weight in gold to put things in his capable hands and be able to step back, and get an excellent resolution with someone who really has your back.
