Chris represented me in an auto accident where I was rear ended. This was the third time I have went through being hit from behind so I thought I knew what to expect but things were completely different with Chris. He kept in close touch with us. I was in the middle of complicated time sharing modification. I attempted to do this myself but once I realized how involved and complicated my case was going to be I knew I needed to get an attorney. Mr. Spivak was retained by my family to assist in an extremely complicated case. After interviewing a number of attorneys, we could not get a straight answer as to what our case entailed. We finally came across Mr. Spivak (he was highly recommended by a close friend of the family) and our troubles were over. Even though Mr. Spivak was incredibly busy with other cases, he always found the time to talk to us and assure us with incredible confidence that we had nothing to worry about. We immediately believed him and trusted him and just as he assured us, he went to the hearing and we prevailed. After arguing our case for a number of hours before the judge, I got a text from him which said "VICTORY". I highly recommend Mr. Spivak. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and delivers results!! Most importantly, he is honest and that unfortunately, is lacking in the legal field today. Kamilah is someone who was obviously born to practice law. I have the most complicated real estate/probate case known to man and Kamilah took the time to review my documents and provide expert recommendations. Ultimately, she advised I work with an attorney that focuses on probate and estate planning and put me in touch with a number of trusted referrals.

I reached out online for assistance and guidance. After the person, "Sara", asked how much was affected, she refused to take my information. She said they could not be bothered with my case since it was less than $25,000. She only assumed it was less than that amount. Disgraceful how they can violate their oaths as attorneys in helping potential clients. I guess nobody really does care about the "little guys."

Over a four-year period of unfortunate incidents, we found ourselves being swallowed by our overwhelming finances. We never wanted to have to resort to filing bankruptcy. It wasn’t something we wanted to do, but it was inevitable. Sometimes bad things happen to good people.
Two different attorneys affiliated with my brother’s firm recommended Michael Hoffman and said he was the best bankruptcy attorney in South Florida. From my first call to Michael I knew he was a consummate professional with an excellent knowledge of the federal bankruptcy laws and the Florida statutes as it relates to them. He was accessible, professional, patient, and advisory. When we met with Michael in person he explained the process and took the time to answer all our questions, and concerns. The plan to file Chapter 13 was realized and the process began. Going forward Michael, and his staff were available to assist us with any question related to the documents they required from us, so they could prepare the petition to the bankruptcy court. Once Michael filed with the court, about a month later we went before the Trustee, accompanied by Michael, and all went as Michael had described.
Recently we received notice our Chapter 13 has been accepted by the court. Since receiving that news, we feel like we can breathe again, free from the worry and uncertainty of our financial future. This all happened without a glitch thanks to Michael’s professionalism and expertise, along with his qualified staff. He knows the court system and how this works. He didn’t let us down. Michael Hoffman’s legal expertise and strategical intelligence gave me my life back.
I never thought I would ever have to file bankruptcy – especially at my age, but after a few bad business decisions, there was no other option. Michael Hoffman made this extremely difficult time in my life more palatable. His team was extremely competent and thorough and walked me through the entire process.
The amazing part of this is that another attorney tried instilling fear in me about my financial situation and told me that certain things couldn’t be done. A friend of mine connected me with Michael Hoffman and after talking with him, I fired the other attorney. Michael was able to make all the things the other attorney said couldn’t happen come to fruition.
Through this situation I learned that you must hire an attorney that specializes in his craft – they are not all created equally. Michael Hoffman is hands down the best.

This attorney threatened my agency and lawsuit for leaving honest review. I was scammed by IDIcore for 2,000. I was threatened by email to remove my review or this attorney would sue me. Just read his threatening letter. I would not hire him. He does not represent me. This is my experience by phone and email. I do not like to be bullied. I am victim of their over billing and they threatened to sue me for leaving a review.
