Through that site Mr. O'Connell offered a half hour free consultation. He called and answered several questions thoroughly and with a respectful demeanor and in a way I can understand. Due to the complexity of my situation ( dealing with a deceitful personal representative and her lawyer) Mr. O'Connell continued to assist and answer questions via email. He went above and beyond to help me even at times being a buffer between me and the personal representative and her attorney. This helped A LOT ! Without Mr. O'Connell and his exceptional assistant's interaction and daily communication I would not have been able to retrieve family heirlooms and sentimental items, they were headed for the dump since spite is my families coping method.
