Blake and the team at Dore Law Firm are my personal 2025' heroes! I moved from Oregon to Florida as a licensed driver and was unaware all the states in this great Country were merging into a National Database. I found that out when the Florida DMV notified me that my license was being suspended for things they were seeing on my Oregon DMV history from 20 ago that appeared (falsely) unresolved. Anyone who's been to a DMV in the last 50 years knows how kind, sympathetic and understanding the good people that work there are. To add an additional layer of difficulty to my situation the Florida DMV will only accept email transmittals from other state's DMV's and good old Oregon only sees fit to still use a facsimile machine in this day and age. Needless to say, the only people who had any success in unravelling the cross-Country mess I found myself in were the good folks over at Dore Law Firm! I am so grateful!

Mr. Dawson was hired as a personal injury attorney, but I had numerous problems.
1. He overstated and oversold his capabilities. The final outcome was much less that stated.
2. After two years on the case he did not have a single medical expert to testify in court for a permanently injured client, leaving no good options.
3. Lack of transparency was a serious issue. Mr. Dawson withheld critical documents from my review and approval, then expected me to sign agree to unsatisfactory terms.
4. Mr. Dawson threatened lien(s) if the case was not resolved, even though the demand letter was rushed out-the-door without my personal review.
5. In the end I felt very strongly the attorney was more concerned about collecting fees for himself than the well being of the client.

I was in a pretty bad car accident recently. While recovering, I received word that the other driver was not accepting reponsibility. I was referred to the Dawson Law Group by several sources...some friends, some family. I contacted Bryan Dawson specifically and explained my situation. Mr. Dawson wrote an effective letter to the insurance company and it wasn't long before they had accepted fault. My case was complicated because it involved a natural disaster. When a case gets complicated, often both sides just agree to mutual fault. In my case the other driver had been negligent and operated his vehicle in my lane. Mr. Dawson made it clear that disregarding standard driving safety laws are not excused by inconvenience...especially when you cause damage and bodily harm to others.
During my case, Mr. Dawson exhibited kindness, compassion and effectiveness. His secretary and associates were helpful when he was unavailable assisting other clients. He was punctual in returning my calls and he listened to me when decisions needed to be made. I highly recommend Bryan Dawson and his whole law group. They're professional, friendly and very effective. I am grateful for their help.

Mr. Piteo was amazing to work with. My elderly mother was scheduled for an eviction hearing within a week or less. I called more than a dozen lawyers but they either said it was too late or they were just too busy. Mr. Piteo was able to find a way for my mother to keep her house. I am so appreciative of the excellent help, competency, and kindness I received from Michael O'Brien and Ted Piteo!
I spoke with 7 bankruptcy firms, and because of my particular type of debt and amount of assets I have, none of them had a solution that helped me out - I was very worried about financial hardship without bankruptcy. Finally, I found O’Brien and Associates, and they were the only firm in the entire state of Oregon that had first-hand experience with a new part of the Chapter 11 code (subchapter V) – this is the route we took to succeed in my bankruptcy.
I worked with both of the firm’s attorneys, Mr. O’Brien and Mr. Piteo. They are both highly qualified and competent, with complementary strengths that make them an excellent and formidable team. They are just honest, good people – I’d enjoy having them as neighbors!
Both Mr. O’Brien and Mr. Piteo have a high degree of integrity, and I trust them both. For example, at one point, I understood Mr. O’Brien to have made a billing commitment, and when I saw something that seemed to not match that commitment, I called him up and we worked it out in a mutually acceptable, reasonable way that left me trusting him more.
My case was moderately complex (at least for a small business owner such as myself), and both Mr. O’Brien and Mr. Piteo did an excellent job of assessing potential weaknesses in my case and explaining potential outcomes, so I always felt secure knowing what potential pitfalls might come and how to deal with them.
Mr. O’Brien did high-quality and skillfully-nuanced settlement negotiations with one of my creditors (my ex-wife).
Mr. Piteo represented me during the pendency of my case in bankruptcy court. He did an excellent job of negotiating with one of my creditors to ease the way to getting my plan confirmed. He also was timely with answering my questions, and allaying my concerns by providing me with honest, accurate information. An added bonus is that Mr. Piteo is lively and fun, which made the entire process easier to handle, and I even enjoyed it!
Mr. Piteo did such an excellent job of litigating my case in bankruptcy court, to the point that the judge gave her ruling at the end of the hearing, and we won everything we proposed in the Chapter 11 reorganization plan. He also did an excellent job preparing me to testify, both with specific questions he’d ask me, and how to handle combative questions from my ex-wife’s lawyer.
I am so relieved I found O’Brien and Associates, that I could trust them, and I am very grateful for their great care, competence, and help in my 100% successful bankruptcy case. They delivered as they said they would, without surprises, and I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. When I came in for my consultation, I was at the lowest point of my life. I feeling very scared about my future ahead and had a lot of shame about considering filing for bankruptcy. I cannot thank everyone enough at Corson & Johnson! I was in an accident when I was still in college and thought there was nothing further I could do about the situation. I was referred to them by my friend's Mom, who is also a well respected attorney. I thought the process would be scary and complicated (as any young adult might think) but it was evident right away that their team is so KIND and AMAZING.

If you are looking to hire a responsive, professional attorney to complete work for you, do not hire this person. Every single step takes weeks. The office is unresponsive and you can’t even speak directly to Mr Evans. You will be ignored for weeks, and then given excuses when they finally communicate with you about your case. Absolutely the best! I had lost my disability and an appeal. Insurance companies are NOT your friends and they will do everything they can to keep you from money you are entitled to! Roy Law came in and fixed it all. They really know what they are doing! A special shout out to Kali! She not only dealt with the insurance company but also kept me from going crazy over me having had to deal with them (I really was desperate and knew that I was probably out of luck!) She also made the yearly recertification a breeze (for me at least. It was a LOT of work I initially thought I was going to have to do, but she took care of all of it!) I cannot think of a way they could have made the experience better (except for me to hire them earlier and save myself a TON of aggravation and anxiety!!!) Thanks for all the help and hard work! It is very much appreciated!

I was very concerned when I first applied to Roy Law Group, and to be honest scared. I had paid for short term disability and long term disability and was denied through my insurers even though I was diagnosed with Cancer! To my surprise, the people at Roy Law group: Chris, Mallory and Holly, were all so professional but what surprised me was they cared. They took time to get to know me, ask me the tough questions. They researched why I was denied and then fought for my appeal. They are very diligent in their research, requesting records and looking for the facts and most importantly seeing there is a human who is in need. Thank you
