I would be cautious using Brenna manna & Diamond when you read about them they say Pro business law firm with emphasis on competence and character. My experience was completely the opposite. My attorney was not once on time not even to the mediation meeting (late and unprepared), I'm pretty sure I was overcharged for meetings that never happened, and now I'm getting invoices from Apr (that were paid in full) in Nov that show I owe money. when I called they said not to worry about the invoices were closing our files. 7months later! WOW!
I'm a 21yr Navy veteran they told me what I wanted to hear and didn't deliver and so I would NOT recommend using them.

Be careful who you hire, I hired this individual who is good for nothing, he is only good at reaching out and grabbing the money and he doesn't care at all about doing his job, he summoned me to sit in front of him and tell me very blatantly that we were going to lose my case and I wondered how we were going to prove my innocence, what a disappointment to know that if I had continued with this guy they would have locked me up for 25 years, he was immediately fired and thankfully I found an amazing lawyer who didn't even bother to charge me for a consultation and quickly discovered my innocence, his name is MartÃn L Roth, an excellent lawyer.
Look up MartÃn L Roth and you will realize how great this lawyer is.

I was blindsided by a divorce. Frank was helpful with the initial paperwork. Although, he wasn’t concerned with accuracy, stating that it could be changed in the future. Following remote mediation, he stated that his case load was too high and he could no longer help with my case. Fast forward 1 year, still no trial date.

David S. Cohen was referred to me by Alper Law and his legal secretary made all kinds of promises and claims that he gets the money back for his clients. So, set up a consultation with David S. Cohen & had to pay $200 upfront & had a 28 minute phone call with him & everything he claimed he could & would do, did nothing. I spent $200 for nothing. This guy must make his money off consultations by the phone. Do not waste your time or money on this guy out of Orlando. Will contact Alpers Law and let them know not to refer him

I began using Mr. Cohen after I was the Plaintiff in 2 separate lawsuits a few years apart and he represented the Defendants in each case. I was amazed at how he representd them and constantly had my hired attorneys on their heels trying to deal with his knowledge and presentations to the Judge. After the second time dealing with this I decided to hire him myself and he has been my business and personal attorney ever since. I am in a business field where I deal with occasional lawsuits as the Plaintiff and wanted to make sure I was represented as best possible. Aside from his knowledge and polished approach in the courtroom one of the attributes I like most is his ability to review the facts you give him about a case and seldom having to go "research it", or go "talk with co-counsel" like most attorneys tell you.... always ending up in increased consultation bills. Mr. Cohen's rates are not cheap but they are within industry standards from what I have found, and the best part is he is so knowledgeable he doesn't waste time needing to go "research" most issues when you speak with him based on his legal experiences. I have also found (based on my frequency working at the courthouse) that many other local attorneys use him whenever they need assistance, or need someone to mediate their cases.
If you want someone who understands all aspects of 'contractual law' and 'real estate law', and want him/her to give you the best represenataiion possible, give him a call. On the other hand if you are looking for someone to stroke you and make you feel good about your case, no matter how bad it may be, you're probably better off using someone else. We used Mario Garcia for a closing through TD Bank. The day of closing we waited for half the day in the conference room while his assistant was still typing up the closing documents for the closing that day. The documents were then correctly recorded with the clerk two months after the deadline. We found out later that it was also rejected multiple times because of silly mistakes like documents not being notarized or/and unclear communication with the clerk.

In previous years it was an honor and privilege to recommend her to anyone, UNFORTUNATELY that has changed. There has been an unexpected change in Mrs Mitchell representation and demeanor which is now being reflected in her work, behavior and communication. Although our review is vague, for several reasons we can no longer support and rate Mrs Mitchell at a high standard. On the contrary we would caution others prior to retaining her at this moment in time. We keep Mrs Mitchell in our prayers and wish her the best.

I previously hired Christie for a custody battle (which she LOST) and have dished out THOUSANDS of dollars only to receive very unprofessional service.
My mediation agreement was very poorly written with many ambiguities and rookie typos which has caused EXTREME issues and stolen time from me and my child. She also lied about the percentage of time I was getting with my child - a nearly 10% loss of time! I now only have 35% of time with my daughter when I was told I had 43%.
She now refuses to even speak to me about it unless I fork over another few hundred more dollars just to get her on the telephone at all to ask her to fix her mistakes? Jerk.
This is the most disappointing situation and quite honestly- VERY SAD for my family. Shame on you.

This attorney is horrible. Please save your money and hire someone else. I wasted $4000 on this attorney, ended up firing her and having to dish out another $4000 on another attorney for my case. Melissa says she is going to do everything you want to here in the beginning to get your money and then doesn't follow through with anything she told you she was going to do. I told her I didn't want to do mediation and wanted to go before the judge instead and she said that I had to do mediation and actually initiated it and then didn't even show up for it and had someone else there pressuring me to agree to terms I was not happy with. She also made me look bad in front of the judge because she never turned in my financial affidavit like she was suppose to do. Whenever you call her office you are not able to speak to her and you will get a return call 3 days later. She does not make you feel like your case is important and she never once called me to update me on my case. I always had to call her to find out what was going on. I was fighting for custody against a parent with a domestic violence history and she told me that 4 years ago was too long ago to use against him....like What??? And then guess what......he was arrested for the same thing a month ago. She actually makes you feel like she is not on your side. I told her over and over again that I wanted to request that the father to pay the attorney fees because I couldn't afford it and she slipped it into the mediation paperwork saying each party will pay for their own attorney. She also didn't even request child support for me. I have to give up my child to a stranger 3 times a week and she doesn't even ask for child support that I requested. If you are going through a custody battle please do yourself a favor and do not hire this attorney. You will lose!

Unprofessional conduct exhibited by Quinton J. Sheer, Esq., during our telephone conversation earlier, February 9, 2024. I found his behavior to be highly inappropriate and disrespectful.During our conversation, Quinton J. Sheer repeatedly hung up the phone call on three separate occasions. Each time he called back, he attempted to dismiss the issue by falsely claiming that the calls had dropped, using very sarcastic language. This behavior was not only unbecoming of a legal professional but also entirely unacceptable in any professional setting.
I must express my disappointment and frustration with
Quinton J. Sheer lack of professionalism and courtesy. As a client, I expect to be treated with respect and consideration, regardless of the circumstances. Quinton J. Sheer conduct fell far short of these expectations, and it reflects poorly on both him and the firm he represents.

Mr. Herron worked with me on my bankrupcy. My case worked out ok but i could never get him to return calls or answer questions. His staff was a little better, but i got the feeling they had better things to do than take my calls. On top of that it was pretty expensive for the level of service I received.
