Watch out!!! Brad Kelsky took my money to file a summary judgment order in my civil case. He completed the summary judgment order and did not hold a hearing on it with the judge. Instead, he withdrew from the case. I paid him over $80,000 in legal fees over two years and he withdrew on a dime. Brad is only interested in billing you, not in your case.

Duane was simply incredible with my case. Although not real estate related he helped me achieve a restraining order and was incredibly well educated on the legal preceding that took place, acquiring a guilty plea and winning my case without ever going to trial. During a very difficult emotional time for me he was able to assure me everything would work out, taking the time to meet with me on multiple occasions to make sure I felt comfortable during the entire process both legally and emotionally. I hired Amy to help me sell my mom's house. My mother had passed away a few months before and I wanted to make sure that everything with the sale was done properly. Amy was very professional and thorough. She was patient and explained everything to me clearly. She guided me and helped me make the best decisions. Amy handled every issue that came up, from problems with the buyer to removing liens on the property. She also made sure I wasn't taken advantage of with the sale. I hired Amy to review the lease for a commercial space, and I could not be happier with her services! She was extremely thorough in reviewing the lease and helped me to craft the best strategy for negotiating terms with the landlord. There were many clauses put forward by the landlord which I otherwise would have dismissed as unimportant, but Amy pointed out potential scenarios that could have had an unfavorable outcome for me as a tenant. In many instances, I found her counsel to be more valuable than the tenant broker working on my behalf. I had Nazarena as my lawyer. She is amazing. She was a shark during court and defended me really well. I am a father and we were dealing with an high conflict mother. I ended up with the 50/50 custody the mother was trying to withhold me from. The true gem of the law firm though was Jeri. At the beginning they were interested in my case but they weren't contacting me, I was the one trying to connect to them all the time, they were focused on the chiropractor but not on the property damage. They didn't reply my emails not my phone calls, now there is no contact at all. So I had to hire another lawyer. They don't care about your case if they won't get a good compensation. Definitely, don't choose them if you don't have injuries or health problems.

Let me tell my story, I was in a car an auto accident Feb of 2023 I was back ended at a stop light while the other driver was on the phone. A couple days after the accident I Contact Morgan and Morgan. Talked to them about my case they made it seems like a no brainer and that they told me it was their percentage is 33% and an additional 7% if it goes to tail and was told these cases never go to trial. So their representative, (first mistake) gained my trust and I signed. After almost 2 years after being bounced for one attorney to another and multiple paralegals I was told they lost my file and top of that they have never sent me a copy of the contract. Now the fun part, their attorney/paralegal contacted first time end of July of 2024, told me that they were sending over a demand letter now in August of 2024 and it was accepted in September of 2024 but never told about it until end of October of 2024. There was no mediation no need to file a lawsuit (by the way they filed a lawsuit in March of 2024) that way they were guaranty their 7% bonus without going to trail. I feel that I was misrepresent and failed on fiduciary responsibility, basically screwed out of $7000 at settlement. And this is really the fun part is that they gave me 13 minutes to sign the settlement I asked for an hour to review it and was told no and was told that I had to sign it now (I have the text messages). Buy the way they never went over the settlement statement so they wanted to bury it and hope I would not catch, it any ways I got home and reviewed it and immediately called the paralegal and was told to basically told to pound sand and that I signed it, and this was also their attorney stand. I contact a friend who is an attorney and highly suggested to file a complaint with the bar which I in the process of doing now. Moral of the story beware their firm is not what they seem to be it is truly not Morgan and Morgan for the people their tag line should be Morgan and Morgan for Morgan and Morgan. So, my advice is to stay away they are not to be trusted.

Let me tell my story, I was in a car an auto accident Feb of 2023 I was back ended at a stop light while the other driver was on the phone. A couple days after the accident I Contact Morgan and Morgan. Talked to them about my case they made it seems like a no brainer and that they told me it was their percentage is 33% and an additional 7% if it goes to tail and was told these cases never go to trial. So their representative, (first mistake) gained my trust and I signed. After almost 2 years after being bounced for one attorney to another and multiple paralegals I was told they lost my file and top of that they have never sent me a copy of the contract. Now the fun part, their attorney/paralegal contacted first time end of July of 2024, told me that they were sending over a demand letter now in August of 2024 and it was accepted in September of 2024 but never told about it until end of October of 2024. There was no mediation no need to file a lawsuit (by the way they filed a lawsuit in March of 2024) that way they were guaranty their 7% bonus without going to trail. I feel that I was misrepresent and failed on fiduciary responsibility, basically screwed out of $7000 at settlement. And this is really the fun part is that they gave me 13 minutes to sign the settlement I asked for an hour to review it and was told no and was told that I had to sign it now (I have the text messages). Buy the way they never went over the settlement statement so they wanted to bury it and hope I would not catch, it any ways I got home and reviewed it and immediately called the paralegal and was told to basically told to pound sand and that I signed it, and this was also their attorney stand. I contact a friend who is an attorney and highly suggested to file a complaint with the bar which I in the process of doing now. Moral of the story beware their firm is not what they seem to be it is truly not Morgan and Morgan for the people their tag line should be Morgan and Morgan for Morgan and Morgan. So, my advice is to stay away they are not to be trusted.
