I worked with Attorney Natalia Asbill-Bearor on a simple severance negotiation with a former employer and had a horrible experience. I often couldn't tell whose side she was on and there were many times where I felt like she was talking down to me or misleading me altogether. I didn't find her services to provide much value and felt disrespected throughout the entirety of the few months we worked together. When you're dealing with a duplicitous and unethical employer, the last thing you need is an attorney who doesn't seem trustworthy either. If I could go back in time, I would not have hired Natalia, just based on how awful it felt to work with her. My experience was nothing like the reviews I read prior to engaging with Natalia.

I had a paid consultation with Natalia and the time and information she extended was worth far more than the financial investment of the consultation. I needed review of a potential situation with my employer. Natalia provided balanced information, steps to consider, and some broader/experienced understanding of these situations and what some of the options would be if I needed to pursue them. Recently, I hired Counselor At Law Mr. Noel Lawrence to assist me in settling a matter with a company that takes advantage of senior citizens.
Because the seniors are not expected to live a long life, the company overcharges the seniors. The company is counted on the seniors to "kick off" soon, thus the company can keep the property and funds of the seniors. This is not true.
Mr. Lawrence knows his way around a courtroom. He went after the company with an intense professionalism. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Lawrence as a Counselor at Law. I found him to be extremely helpful with my situation.

For a small fee, Mr Falcone has done more than i could ask. I lost my home in 2009 and my 2nd mortgage had begun trying to collect for a home i no longer had. I was interested in gaining info to retain an attorney to help me re-acquire a license. Upon calling Jon-Paul at his office i was fortunate to have an initial conversation with his partner, who was very gracious and friendly on the phone, then informing me that Jon-Paul was well versed in cases of my nature and would return my call. My call was returned within hours and Jon-Paul was very, very, helpful, informative and patient as I explained my situation. I was in a tough spot in my life with my debt going up and not enough income to cover most of it. I felt at a loss and looked for ways to lower my debt, but I had no luck because the interest rates seemed to be eating up all my money and I felt like I was at a dead end. I worked with Roop Purewal on a lease transaction for a large orchard property. Roop knew the ins and outs of the transaction after review of the documents and helped the deal come to a successful close. In my book there are attorneys that make deals work and there are attorneys that hinder a deals progression. Roop is a meticulous deal maker. The title says it all,
I have not formally had Micheal as my tax attorney although though odd circumstances and mutual acquaintances he did end up being my unofficial legal counsel in the realm of California traffic law along with advice regarding California laws in the area of psychiatric care and hospitalization(Probably saving me thousands of dollars by having helped me avoid a potentially disastrous situation. I had just been through a break-up and was considering hospitalizing myself which in retrospect seemed just a tad melodramatic). Although this is not his formal area of practice it does speak to his depth and knowledge of both psychology and California law. I am too young to own a home but would honestly trust the man with my life mainly because of his personal resilience in solving problems, this man will go to the "Bullpit" if he has to. I can not say with certainty that he is the answer to your problems. However I can honestly say that he is selfless,ethical, capable and yet as cunning as any "Shark" you could hope for if times turned tough. He has a great academic record, proven success, and I honestly doubt that anyone he knows personally would say a bad word about him.
