Mark was the first attorney I had spoken to that understood my desire, not to take a plea bargain because I was innocent. The other attorney's tries to almost scare you into taking this plea. When I told mark i was innocent and could not lie in court he understood me. He worked in my behalf and he did a excellent job. He is busy but swift in his actions when the time counts he is there. I would recommend Ben on his caring and compassion - yet a strong fighter in standing on the Law as it is written, not as it is practiced!! We found Ben to go above and beyond in our battle against a major institution, and he fought with every letter of the law and through sweat and tears; unfortunately, blind-justice was blind focused on a solution that wouldn't rock the boat and left us with a decision not based on the argument!!! NOT BEN"S Fault, I don't believe it would have gone as far as it did with any other attorney. I would hire Ben again (if I needed an attorney,) in a heart-beat!

Kathryn helped administer my mom's estate with the utmost professionalism, patience, and warmth. After my mom died last year, I had no idea what to do about her estate, of which I was a trustee. I went to the large law firm which originally drew up her trust, only to find that they were going to charge me a criminal amount for a processing this relatively straightforward trust. After starting work with them, I realized I had to switch, which was painful because I didn't want this to be more complicated than it needed to be. Kathryn was recommended to me by a friend, and not only did she complete the work much more efficiently for a reasonable fee, but she took the time to explain different aspects of the estate which confused me, and recommended certain decisions, whereas the big law firm and the banks I was dealing with did no such thing. None of them could answer questions like "What do people normally do with an inherited IRA?" whereas Kathryn could. Highly recommended!

Never returned call, left message on line and stated i would get a call. No call. I then called the 800 # Never received a return call, then called the 916 number, said to stay by phone that I would get a call soon. Heard nothing back. This was all within a 2 week period.
I just wish they would've responded one way or another to say they didn't want to take the case.
