Amanda Moceri is my fathers lawyer for a three strikes case, although he hasn't benn released. Amanda has been very understanding to my calls and questions. Amanda doesn't make me feel like I'm bugging her, she takes the time to answer my questions and do everything possible to get my father in front of a judge. Kathryn helped administer my mom's estate with the utmost professionalism, patience, and warmth. After my mom died last year, I had no idea what to do about her estate, of which I was a trustee. I went to the large law firm which originally drew up her trust, only to find that they were going to charge me a criminal amount for a processing this relatively straightforward trust. After starting work with them, I realized I had to switch, which was painful because I didn't want this to be more complicated than it needed to be. Kathryn was recommended to me by a friend, and not only did she complete the work much more efficiently for a reasonable fee, but she took the time to explain different aspects of the estate which confused me, and recommended certain decisions, whereas the big law firm and the banks I was dealing with did no such thing. None of them could answer questions like "What do people normally do with an inherited IRA?" whereas Kathryn could. Highly recommended!

Mark was the first attorney I had spoken to that understood my desire, not to take a plea bargain because I was innocent. The other attorney's tries to almost scare you into taking this plea. When I told mark i was innocent and could not lie in court he understood me. He worked in my behalf and he did a excellent job. He is busy but swift in his actions when the time counts he is there. I would recommend Ben on his caring and compassion - yet a strong fighter in standing on the Law as it is written, not as it is practiced!! We found Ben to go above and beyond in our battle against a major institution, and he fought with every letter of the law and through sweat and tears; unfortunately, blind-justice was blind focused on a solution that wouldn't rock the boat and left us with a decision not based on the argument!!! NOT BEN"S Fault, I don't believe it would have gone as far as it did with any other attorney. I would hire Ben again (if I needed an attorney,) in a heart-beat!

I am thrilled that Melinda Steuer was able to recover nearly the full amount of a $150,000+ loan that a friend had given to a business, and that was more than 2 years past due. I am convinced that the business did not intend to repay the loan. Ms Steuer was the second lawyer we hired. She listened patiently to all relevant facts and discovered that we had a good securities fraud claim and a life insurance fraud claim, as well as a claim for breach of contract. She filed a lawsuit and those claims made all the difference. The borrower, who had ignored the lawsuit filed by the first lawyer, quickly agreed to settle. He paid the full amount in a reasonable time. We were delighted. I should note that my friend lives in San Jose and conducted all meetings with Ms Steuer remotely. That worked fine.
