There was a debt collector who started garnishing my checks for a debt that was over 20 years ago. I consulted with an attorney, William Kopp to see what was my options. I felt like that wasn't right for an over 20 year debt. They were taking over 300 out of each check. The lawyer adv8sed me to do bankruptcy to stop the garnishing. I was scared because I have never filed bankruptcy and heard a lot of negative things about it. Long story short I followed the Lawyer's advice and hired him. It went by quick, I won my case and now I am back on recovery to rebuild my credit from scratch. William Kop's team was great and I will recommend them over and over again. I have been very happy with Attorney Tucker and his team. I was referred to him by a relative of mine who works with him professionally, and told me that he is extremely knowledgeable, and that he is highly principled. She said that she goes to him when she has questions suitable to his legal specialty.
Legal matters are intimidating and they take a VERY long time, and the Tucker team has supported and guided me throughout this challenging process.
Attorney Tucker assigned a paralegal, Tyler, to my case. Tyler has been extremely kind, helpful, responsive, and thorough. He has the perfect calm and respectful demeanor. Of note, using a paralegal also helps keep costs down.
Of course, any legal services will be expensive. There was also an option to pay on contingency of winning the case, which is helpful for those who cannot afford to pay for services.
Either way, I am confident that the services and peace of mind are well worth it in the long run. I am glad to now have this relationship with Attorney Tucker and his team for my ongoing and future needs.

We recently moved to St. Pete and were in need of a good, professional and inclusive attorney to completely rewrite all of our legal documents. Kira Doyle and her great staff were all and more than we had hoped. The documents were thorough and covered all the mandates for the State of Florida.
They were completely welcoming to my wife and me. Kira Doyle and her staff treated us "just like every other couple," respectfully and graciously. As we come from a different state where this is NOT often the case, this environment was a relief.
Additionally, the documents and the process by which they are written, approved and finalized was professional and efficient. Kira and her staff were easily available to answer our questions and sent updates and their own questions frequently.
This attorney and this office staff earned 5+stars in our book! We will return to them for any additional legal needs we may encounter in the future. We already have the free three-year review of the documents in hand.

My husband and I have experienced the sad reality of loved ones passing away. I'm business broker. Had to find closing attorney to close on business my client was purchasing for his immigration visa L1. Many attorneys didn't want to deal with our difficult transaction. I initially dealt with Atty. Robert Hitchens. He was very accommodating and so helpful in keeping our deal together. When the buyer preferred to add more documents to the deal, they had no problem to prepare them at the same day. We corresponded with Paula there, and she was wonderful too. She answered emails quickly and was very professional and efficient. Closed on the day I asked for. Prices are reasonable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

I contacted Mr. Coburn for some simple legal advise regarding real estate. I had at least 3 issues where I may need to hire an attorney. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained what he could help me with and what he couldn't help me with. He gave me some great advise, and was extremely patient, courteous, kind, honest and a great help to me. He let me know, I don't need to hire him just yet, but advised me on if a certain something didn't happen in a timely manner, that I could hire him with an easy open and shut case - pretty much based on what the law and statute requires. He took his time with me. Did not rush me at all - and I had a lot of questions! He was great! and I assure you, if my situation doesn't pan out like it should and I need to hire an attorney, I will be calling him immediately. I loved his honesty and him being real with me. Some lawyers just want your money and would gladly take you for a ride just to get it. He clearly let me know, what was worth chasing after with a lawsuit and what wasn't. I really appreciate his time and the knowledge he shared with me. I will hire him if needed, and I highly recommend to anyone who needs an attorney with his expertise to hire him.

My siblings, myself and - above all, my mom - are very fortunate to have found Bill McQueen. Though attorneys are, in my mind, one of those professionals one wants direct word-of-mouth referral to, Bill was referred to me through quite a circuitous route; and I could not have been sent to anyone better. My family needed to re-do virtually all of my mother's legal documents, do substantial work on her finances, and apply for VA A&A, as my mother's health declined, and we had to move her into assisted living. Not only did Bill do an absolutely amazing job with all of this with incredible expertise and efficiency, he also was extremely responsive at every (and I mean EVERY) turn. Not a question, need, suddenly-pressing deadline, or otherwise came up that Bill did not jump on it - and with remarkable thoroughness. From the moment I walked into Jon Coats office and had my first consultation I knew I was in the right place. When you meet Jon it's like you've known him forever. I've referred friends and family since and we all agree. I was referred to Jon through a friend for my Forclosure which is a horrible thing to go through but Jon made it practically effortless on my part. A rental agent had misrepresented the apartment and it was a disaster. I needed to immediately get out of the lease contract and management charged me an unfair termination fee. This attorney reviewed my lease agreement and drafted legal documents arguing my position. She was able to negotiate with the rental community, getting me out of the contract with no termination fees and a refund of my security deposit. I recently retained attorney Joe Davis in a real estate matter. I had entered into a contract for deed agreement with an individual who later sold the property out from under me to a group of investors and told me I had 24 hours to leave the property and filed an unlawful detainer case against me . I did not have the funds to retain an attorney and had looked into some pro bono situations so I represented myself and basically stated that I'm not going to leave the property until the judge tells me to. I filed the necessary papers within the necessary time limits and had even filed a motion to dismiss to no avail. I was basically being railroaded. It turned out to be a David versus Goliath situation and at the last minute I retained Joe Davis at a very reasonable rate. Joe literally came to my rescue and went above and beyond the Call of Duty including literally driving across town in the late evening to my home to pick up some paperwork needed for the case. I need to buy some time to leave the property. Joe saved me and my tenants from being kicked to the streets and negotiated an exit strategy that was beneficial to all parties involved. I now plan on using Joe's service's in forming a corporation, some copyright issues, trademark issues and any real estate issues that should arise in the future. When I texted him at first to explain my situation I said I'm basically throwing a Hail Mary; I am putting it in God's hands and pretty much need a miracle. God sent me Joe. I hired Gregory to reopen a 16 year old probate case, as an error needed to be corrected through the court and the attorney who originally handled the probate is deceased.
