I've referred friends and family since and we all agree. A rental agent had misrepresented the apartment and it was a disaster. I needed to immediately get out of the lease contract and management charged me an unfair termination fee. This attorney reviewed my lease agreement and drafted legal documents arguing my position. She was able to negotiate with the rental community, getting me out of the contract with no termination fees and a refund of my security deposit. Jamie is so friendly. In the past I have been bothered by other attorneys because it was hard for me to relate to them. With Jamie I had no problems here! She spoke to me regarding my business like a person and didn't confuse me with all of the legal terms that can be overwhelming with starting a new business. The consultation is $250 for one hour and she really breaks everything down for you. She asked a lot of questions about myself and the business I am starting. She doesn't charge by the hour, but charges by the project. Super predictable fees. I didn't realize the actual cost of starting a new business (with registration, operating contracts, and insurance) but I will be hiring Jamie in the spring!
