I got my first dui Jan 2021 which involved an additional charge and resulted in probation. I violated my probation with another dui in may 2024 and that’s when I contacted David Simon. For this whole year I was anxious about getting jail time and David kept me informed the entire process. I only physically went to court twice and the whole process was smooth and easy and very guided. I was looking at potentially 6 months of jail but got 60 days of house arrest instead. I’m very happy with the result considering my situation and will be using his services in the future to help expunge my old charges and terminate probation early.

They took $1000 from us, and they stopped responding as soon as I deposited the money. Find someone else that truly cares, not just about the money like these people. They did not help me with my case; they were nasty, did not even return my calls or messages, and told me to handle it on my own.
