I had a real estate breech of contract issue which had gone on for multiple years with a considerable amount of money at stake. Found HRY via a law referral site as I was out of state with no local contacts. Working with Kyle Yaege was an incredibly satisfying experience. In the beginning I turned over all communication records to Kyle and his team reviewed everything and presented me with options and recommendations on how to proceed. Several months later, due to the nature of the real estate involved I have recovered all funds at stake including legal fees. I have no doubt if I had not engaged HRY to help me the results would have been different. I cannot recommend HRY highly enough.

I'm writing a review based on just an initial consultation over the phone.
I called Kyle on the basis that I needed to possibly put to rest a concern with a recent residential purchase I was involved in.
He provided sincere feedback to help me understand the nature of a claim or even possibly a lack thereof.
Instead of saying "let's sue!" He took the time to say (in context of course), "let's really look at tripping over dollars to get pennies." While he provided some
If you need an attorney who apparently cares about the integrity of doing what is actually right, then I highly recommend Kyle.
I know that I choose to pursue action for whatever reason, this is the attorney I would want to help us do so.

Strong words, I know, and will share specifics with anyone who contacts me. Arbitrated an employment/discrimination case for which I had bullet-proof documentation; he did a complete "about-face" the morning arbitration started and failed to present any of the crucial evidence, including all items he had told me the day before were absolutely crucial to my case. Made major unexplainable errors in his position statement. His bio "accomplishments" refer to my case and are grossly misleading, in my opinion.

Was referred and called her to see if she could help. Was rude, dismissive, said “what was i going to even do” about my case as it would be “expensive” and that “why was i calling”. Very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. All i received was an unpleasant 30second phone call.

My long term disability benefits were cut off when my neurosurgeon signed a statement prepared by the insurance company stating that I was able to return to work. Barbara Casino and Jack Stennett sent me to an occupational therapist and then used her functional capacity evaluation to convince the neurosurgeon and the judge that I was not able to return to work. Blowing through the smoke and mirrors of the insurance company’s attorneys and sham “medical experts,” Barbara and Jack won complete restitution of my disability benefits.

A few months ago, I hired Stennett & Casino to intervene on my behalf with a major insurance carrier. My husband died from a fall (clearly an accident); but, when I filed a claim for insurance benefits, the claim was denied. Both partners in the firm were professional and clearly sympathetic to my situation. Both Barbara Casino and Jack Stennett acted quickly to appeal the decision of the insurance company which resulted in the company reversing their decision and paying full benefits. I would recommend them to anyone having life insurance or accidental death insurance issues.

I recommend White and Amundson to the fullest degree for my wonderful experience with their counsel and staff. Despite challenging opposing party, Dan White maintained his composure and always negotiated in good faith. Dan White was ethical in the ways that he interacted with the plaintiff and in how he was honest with me. Even though I was involved in a frivolous lawsuit, it felt comforting to have Dan White's commanding and impressive personage. I was client of sandys I signed a contract with her to file probate witch she never did now my fathers house is gonna be taken by the bank and his exwife got all of his personal belongings she also got a death cert. Online that she mailed into his life insurance and collected.none of this would have happen if sandy had filed probate.I trying to pay the home off and the bank wouldn't deal me my sister and I where his only kids and he was single.leading up to the forcloser I called sandy every day and did not speak to her until she sent me a email saying sorry about your house and that there was nothing more she would do.she left lawyer in blue jeans and I never herd from her again.

No face to face meetings ever occurred, which might have been helpful. Failed to give us a good understanding of alternatives, such as options for getting documents notarized and instructions on how to transfer the house into the trust. Failed to provide accurate information, her supervisor had to intervene to correct. We really had to comb through the documents because there were many factual errors and typos. Overall did not provide the guidance and handholding we felt like we needed since we were novices to the process.

My husband and I wanted to reach out to you for helping us with a difficult situation. We constantly ran into road blocks until we reached you. The attorneys at Boyd Law did a fantastic job for me. I had an emergent case that required a response to be filed with the court within one business day. Staff at Boyd Law agreed to hear the facts of my case as I knew them to be, quoted me a reasonable fee for services (to which I agreed), and immediately addressed the necessary matters of my case. Boyd Law came through for us by assigning Joshua L. Fabian to our case. Joshua is a UCCJEA Virtuoso with a fantastic personality and the ability to get through to a difficult judge.
We had a tri-state jurisdictional custody nightmare on our hands that involved original orders from in California from 2020, an open 2024 custody case in Father's state (home state), with Mother being another state entirely.
When the California judge made what we felt was an erroneous emergency temporary order that caused substantial upheaval in the lives of our children, we reached out to multiple firms and attorneys who all wanted to put us off for weeks on top of charging us for a consultation fee. However, when I called Boyd Law, I reached Brandon (sp?) who patiently listened to our dilemma and put us through to the right team which included Matthew Caldwell, Joshua L. Fabian, and Ashley Hoffman, although Joshua was our Go-To A-Team guy.

His knowledge of UCCJEA is second to none. His pleasant and positive disposition immediately put us at ease. His commitment to meeting tight timelines was stellar. More importantly, his courtroom presentation was EPIC!
If you have a case involving UCCJEA issues, Joshua is your man! He is not going to lie to you, he is not going to deceive you, he is not going to fill your head with nonsense. You'll get the truth and you'll get a lawyer who actually cares about your case. We know we were not his only case, but he sure made it feel like we were.
