Dan has assisted my family on multiple occasions for many years now beginning with the settling of my grandmother’s estate upon her passing, to helping us form an LLC for the protection of our investment properties, to aiding some other family members with Trust-related matters. Dan was referred to us by our accountant for our corporation. He came out to our business and went over everything we were interested in doing. Dan first helped us with our family trust which he carefully went over with us, so that we had a clear understanding of what we were signing. Now that we have our trust in place I can relax a bit. this past year we had a circumstance that required an Attorney that handles Estate issues. A family member had removed a property from an irrevocable trust which incurred major tax implications. Darcie, who was refereed by a friend, was so, helpful understanding, thorough and timely! She is organized, extremely thoughtful, and exhausted every avenue in efforts to help us come to a solution, which at first we thought could be possible. in addition to Darcie being a pleasure to work with in a situation that was not ideal, she went above and beyond to lay out the implications each action we in tale. The only thing they can not do more because that step 2 are frozen but with this services of Narciso just only take you money at time, maybe can be more faster I you hire real one .. still no answer no clue and I have a answer for different lawyers. They have in his network I never the only first time to talk to the original Narciso. Christopher gave me an initial consultation in regards to a credit collection litigation and, even though I wasn't able to pay him for this, I find that his approach is sincere and he seems like he is really trying to help others who need legal advice. I, for instance, got an instant reply after calling his voice mail and he told me to come in for a free consultation. After he understood my situation, he confronted me with options and insisted that I didn't need an attorney because the costs would overbear the amount of the lawsuit if it is settled. So, I find that he gave straightforward advice and I thank him for being truthful.
To summarize, Christopher is a lawyer who would tell his/her client whether that client really needs his service or not. If not, then he would tell that client so. I find his help very satisfactory and I highly recommend him, so don't be afraid to call. His initial consultation is free.
