Christopher gave me an initial consultation in regards to a credit collection litigation and, even though I wasn't able to pay him for this, I find that his approach is sincere and he seems like he is really trying to help others who need legal advice. I, for instance, got an instant reply after calling his voice mail and he told me to come in for a free consultation. After he understood my situation, he confronted me with options and insisted that I didn't need an attorney because the costs would overbear the amount of the lawsuit if it is settled. So, I find that he gave straightforward advice and I thank him for being truthful.
To summarize, Christopher is a lawyer who would tell his/her client whether that client really needs his service or not. If not, then he would tell that client so. I find his help very satisfactory and I highly recommend him, so don't be afraid to call. His initial consultation is free.

At least 18 of my copyrights were appropriated by a competitor. Jason handled my case beautifully, and we were far more successful than I had hoped. In addition to a larger recovery than I expected, we got a permanent injunction and a consent decree with a finding of willful infringement. Jason remained in constant communication throughout the litigation and fees were more than reasonable. I am completely satisfied.

Mr. Saccuzzo is one of the sharpest guys I've ever met. I was in desperate need of a lawyer when I found out I was taken by a con-man in a business deal. Mr. Saccuzzo went right to work helping me. Think of great chess players, that's Mr. Saccuzzo practicing law. He's thinking 10 steps ahead and has great experience to draw from. I hired Melody 4 years ago to represent me in a Civil lawsuit. She explained the process (timeline and expense) of a lawsuit and really made sure I understood the emotional and financial strain I was about to embark on. Despite her warnings, I continued on the journey. Melody was caring and understanding and worked diligently to find resolve for the wrong doing. Keeping high ethcial standards and proper judicial procedures as her guide post, she encountered 2 highly unethical attorneys and a business entity willing to commit perjury to win the case. I was injured in a car accident on April of 2011. I found George Najjar online randomly and boy was I glad that I did! George did everything he told me he would do for me and my case. I never imagined being in a situation where I needed to take such extreme measures in order to fight for my child's right to play outside our apartment complex. One day as my neighbor and I were supervising our kids, the on-site manager approached us told us that the kids could not be playing outside. She stated that our lease agreement indicated that kids were not allowed to play outside. We continued to allow our kids to play outside.
A few days later the on-site manager's husband went to my neighbor's and my apartment. He said we CANNOT continue to allow our kids to play outside. I asked him where he wanted the kids to play and his response was, "you are lucky we live right across the street from a park, so take him there." I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I decided to escalate it and give the management company a call because I knew they could not prohibit our children from playing outside. Boy was I wrong! The management company and the property owner supported the on-site manager. There were so many feelings that we were going through anger, alone, scared, the not knowing. We felt as we did and used everything in our power to try and to reach out to someone because we were crying out for help! How can managers get away with such a thing and allow them to feel like they have all the POWER in the world?
One day my neighbor received a 60 day notice to leave the apartment and we received a verbal threat that we were next. I did my research because I could not allow the managers to continue to intimidate us nor our children.
I reached out to a few attorneys and all they'd say was we "really" didn't have a case or that they can send the manager a letter. I felt as if the doors were shutting and that the manager may be right after all. When I Craig Fagan's website, I had tears in my eyes. My neighbor and I decided to give Craig a call. He is SUPER understanding, kind, family oriented and most important makes you feel like everything is going to be fine. If you talk to Craig, it is obviously because you have been discriminated and do not know what to do. All I can say is, fight for your right and stop allowing discrimination to continue. The thought of the entire process sounds scary, but TRUST me it's the right thing to do. You are not alone; Craig is with you through the ENTIRE process. I normally do not write testimonials but I had to for this because it has honestly been the best decision we could have made and I want EVERYONE to know that there is hope!

I was a client of craig and he settled the case in a timely manner and we were very happy with his knowledge. we were being discrimnated against for letting our daughter to play outside of the apartment the only time our daughter could be outside was if we were leaving to go somewhere which was becoming old very fast. But we settled out of court for a good amount and we were very happy with the outcome. keep up the good work craig.

I have used Richard Fahey for several different concerns, including a dispute arising out of a construction project. He is also very knowledgeable in working with agencies pertaining to social services. Richard is an extremely honest individual. The judges first comment was "You have a good one here", referring to Frank Clowney's reputation in appearing before him. His next comment was equally telling. I am a new entrepreneur. I started my business in September of 2014. In the past year, I have been guided by Jake's expertise. I reached out to Jacob regarding a contract in the entertainment industry. While I consider myself very meticulous and curious about legal jargon, I know when some things are out of my hands, and heard of Jacob through a friend. It was my first time asking an attorney to review a contract, for my benefit. Jacob reached out to me via phone, and asked I was looking for (in terms of protection, expectations, rights, etc) before he got to work. I voiced my concerns and thoughts, and he went to work. The same day he called me back saying the contract had to revised as it contained clauses and language clearly supporting the other party, and he made the appropriate revisions. He also said he'd revise the contract as required based on negotiations.
Being in the entertainment industry, we artists tend to not have enough capital to think about our future interests, and we sign contracts blindly. This is wrong. Because we are financially vulnerable, it's even more important to protect what asset we do have, any will have coming to us. Bigger companies have well-paid attorneys drafting contracts in clear favor of their clients. Having just had my first experience as a plaintiff in a courtroom trial, I found it incredibly gut-wrenching and stressful to say the least. At no other point in my life did I have so much at risk: my career, my reputation, a large sum of money and the integrity of our HOA were all on the line (the HOA is the mountain town of Lake Arrowhead which consists of nearly 10,000 properties). This was a huge event for any individual, and I could think of no other professional to have on my side than Greg Garrison.
I had interviewed several attorneys prior to Greg. Some said I didn’t have a case and others were off base on their analysis of the matter. Greg’s acumen for the law and his processing of the evidence is amazing. His ability to effectively communicate with others, whether it be a witness off the street or a judge on the bench, makes him second to none. Additionally, his passion for the profession and dedication to his clients will show the very first time you meet him. Finally, Greg’s trial preparation was efficient and methodical, and his grasp of technology allows him to maneuver much faster than other attorneys who are heavily dependent on staff and their schedules.
The final and most important consideration you must take into account is the irony of a judicial trial - having the truth on your side does not guarantee victory. We did have the facts on our side, but we were up against a formidable team of three pit bull attorneys that did a superb job of attempting to confuse the judge and obfuscate the facts. At the end of the first day of trial, the judge had been confused after hearing from both sides, as the main piece of evidence of our case was a set of complicated bylaws. However, on the second and final day of trial, Greg’s ability to convey the message in a simple and charismatic fashion to the judge secured our victory.
I believe no other attorney(s) could reproduce the victory that Greg accomplished. By saying this, I mean that even if another attorney could have won the case, the cost would have been far greater because of the voluminous amounts of material that had to be synthesized for the trial. Simply put – you can’t afford NOT to have him. I give Greg the highest recommendation possible and suggest that you retain him before your opposition does!

We had a very complex issue involving a homeowner association, property owner and finance institution. The case included construction, property boundaries, CC&R violations, SD County Land Management Department and representing the homeowner association and association personnel.

I was very fortunate to have been given Mike's business card the day before I flew to my home and business in Jamaica. Nearly a month to the day after flying out I found that I was in need of his service on a medical cannabis case. He gave me EXPERT advice and what he was able to do for me was what legends(and movies!) are made of.
In order to keep the identities of HIV/AIDS, Cancer and Leukemia patients private, I elected to to plead guilty on a RICO case involving 32 other individuals. To make a long story short, I was able to drive myself to and from the Courthouse! Although the Court knew that I flew in from Montego Bay 5 months after my warrant was issued, I was released on my own recognizance(OR'ed) without even confiscating my Passport.
The 32 others served 90 days in County. Mike was able to pove that I had a home and business in Jamaica(I am an American born white man!) Court documents show that I was sentenced to 3 years unsupervised probation and had to provide a "one-way ticket to Jamaica". A true miracle worker and THE right guy to have on your side when standing in front of the judge facing SB420/PROP 215 charges.

I owe Mike a lot. 3 years ago after the market crashed and I lost my job I got into the Medical Marijuana collective industry. Now in those 3 years I've had my share of troubles with the law. I'd used a few lawyers before Mike, but none of them really knew much about Medical Marijuana, they all treated my case like any other drug case. They didn't understand that I wasn't a drug dealer, that I was a business man afforded protection under CA law.
Mike was different, not only is Mike very connected in the Med Marijuana industry, but he's also very versed on the law for the subject. He knew how to show the court that I was simply following CA law and that I wasn't a criminal. I think it also helped a lot that Mike used to be a prosecutor in San Diego so he already knew all the DAs and most of the judges from working with them before. It definitely made a big difference when it came to negotiating a plea deal.
Plus Mike has always been a straight shooter with me about my situation, he's never tried to stretch the truth with me to get me to pay for something I didn't really need or wasn't worth trying and I can always get in touch with him when I need to.
I'm not in jail right now thanks to Mike and all the money/medicine the cops confiscated when they raided my shop is back in my hands because Mike fought to get it back.
The Med Marijuana business is tough from a legal perspective and I feel a lot more comfortable continuing now that I have a lawyer who really knows how to use the marijuana laws to help his clients.
I recommend anyone even thinking about getting involved in Medical Marijuana go talk to Mike first.
