Do NOT Use this firm theyve scammed me upwards of $10,000 by collecting the money and have not done a single thing and they don’t communicate for months upon months read the other reviews as well. They do the same thing to others I was promised so much and they have not done a single thing. My lawyer didn’t even show up to my court date and said he sent somebody else. I have my life endangered and he was supposed to help me get a restraining order. It has been two months since he has gotten back to me. I have had Sean as my lawyer for a year and he has only lost me everything with no communication.

My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. So, we could rest assured that we wouldn't be caught up in a nightmare with the probate courts. Thank you, Jason, and Ashley what a great feeling to know we made the right decision when we chose you

The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. After struggling to get an initial consult without being charged hundreds of dollars, I finally got proper attention to focus on my problem. However, once into the meeting, the head of the firm constantly answered his phone and left the room, which was unprofessional and rude. He then brought in an inexperienced attorney that came wrong advice on multiple legal issues. I ended up losing faith in their ability to take care things, so I am taking my business elsewhere after all this wasted time. I expected more professionalism and competence from this firm.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with a lawyer in my life. Ricardo is clear, polite, and very professional. He always returned my calls and often reached out to ask if I had further questions. The staff is also very understanding of my many limitations regarding technology and offered to help whenever they could. You can also tell that the staff constantly communicates with the lawyers about your case, which is very important.
I am so happy I found this Law office. My previous experience with immigration lawyers in this city was not the best, and I was very scared to reach out, but I am glad I did.

While I never had the goal to hire a law firm to deal with an employment issue, will say that I feel fortunate to have ended up with Haeggquist & Eck. I called a few firms and the intake person here had the most in depth understanding of my case and quickly referred it to a lawyer for further review. I don't highly recommend this attorney unfortunately. Difficult to get ahold of and her email responses came across pretty rude and insensitive. Continually reminding of the fact "we wouldn't have been in this spot had we hired a lawyer years ago to handle this, now we have to pay for the mistake. " Probably said that at least 5 times or something similar . Personally, when you hire someone to help out navigate legal issues that are completely foreign to you that are stresseful and expensive it would be nice to at least have someone to work with that feels like is on your side and explains things that are understandable to someone witout knowledge of legal terms. I've worked with plenty of lawyers where that is the case where they have empathy for you and you feel like someone has your back. Unfortunately that is not the case with this Attorney Andrea.

My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. I had very difficult IRS issue to say the least, from the first day I walk into the RJS office I could feel the weight being lifted. Ronnie and his team were there for me through out the whole process which took almost 2 years, not once did I feel I was in the fight alone. The professional service they proved over and over again. I have had other things in the past that required me to seek professional guidance and not once have I received the same care and understanding of me and my situation that Ronnie and his team gave (100%) at a time when I needed. Our landlord was insisting that we sign a new lease for 1 year (our initial year was almost complete) and we kindly asked for a month to month contract. We were excellent tenants who took care of the house. Normally a landlord can refuse and we all move on. But this was during covid and we had no intention of moving.
