Tom Frost handled a very complicated case involving a breach of fiduciary duty and fraud worth millions of dollars. The complexity of this case against a family member involved transfering and reorganizing various trust assets by applying undue influence over an elderly co-trustee and various bad acts that involved complex financial dealings and corruption. Tom Frost and his team, primarily Craig Wendland, went up against two of the most prestigious and well-funded law firms to arrive at a settlement that provided a fair enough outcome given the power and money of my opposition. It was a very emotionally stressful and legally and financially complicated case. I felt his representation was extremely competent. He was always available, considerate of my values and very supportive throughout a two year process. I will absolutely use Tom and his team for any future matters that may come up.

Murphy Law Group was vital in getting California BRN to approve my RN license reinstatement. This is the 'go to' firm for help with professional licensure!

Sam played a critical role in protecting my acupuncture license. Apart from his foresight, understanding of the law as well as the intricacies of the administrative process - he has the ability to listen and understand different circumstances/cultures/backgrounds in formulating his legal theory and strategic counsel is what sets him apart. You can find lawyers anywhere, but you can't find one that really wants to listen and follows up and see through the entire process. Everything in relation to my license ended up working out and Sam played a huge role in ensuring that this was the outcome. Do NOT Use this firm theyve scammed me upwards of $10,000 by collecting the money and have not done a single thing and they don’t communicate for months upon months read the other reviews as well. They do the same thing to others I was promised so much and they have not done a single thing. My lawyer didn’t even show up to my court date and said he sent somebody else. I have my life endangered and he was supposed to help me get a restraining order. It has been two months since he has gotten back to me. I have had Sean as my lawyer for a year and he has only lost me everything with no communication.

Of all of the half dozen local and distant LTD attorneys I interviewed over the phone, Mr. Bonnici seemed most thorough in his explanation of processes and the various directions my case could go. Furthermore, he had strategic ideas, that none of the other lawyers presented, that were pertinent to my particular situation. That impressed me that he took the time to hear my situation and treat it as a whole rather than just a one-size-fits-all approach.
Throughout the months, Mr. Bonnici always kept good lines of communication, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had, and very thoroughly requesting necessary documentation from me. This was very reassuring through what would have otherwise been a more stressful process. It was comforting to know I was in good hands.
Ultimately, Mr. Bonnici's strategies and methods of countering the LTD company's "expert opinions" proved successful. I believe this is because he maintained such good communication with me and was so thorough about collecting important information from me. He was, thereby, able to see the big picture and present that to knock down the many blocks the opposition attempted to put forth as their reasons for denying my claim.
I truly don't think I could have succeeded in my appeal without the expert help of Mr. Bonnici. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who finds him/herself at the point of having an LTD claim denied.

Webb Law helped me with a simple matter, it went smoothly with the other party and required about half the estimated amount of effort. Webb Law inflated the billing hours to consume 100% of the retainer. A planned meeting with one $250/hr employee was attended by three people billing nearly a combined $1k/hr, their attendance was not necessary and did not add value. Sending me a boilerplate document was billed at 2 hours. I contacted them about my concerns and they dismissed them and offered legal mediation as the only resolve. If you choose to use Webb Law be very clear about who you are meeting with, what their cost is, and how long it will take.

After sustaining severe injuries in an accident, Chris was recommended by a mutual friend. Chris visited me in the hospital and although not in the right frame of mind to pursue a lawsuit, he started doing needed investigation for me and my family.

Mark really cares about his clients and it's obvious. I've used probably a dozen lawyers in my career and having someone with hands on experience in the development world was a huge asset. My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. Both she and Jason were so kind and personable and professional. We had talked to several places before coming here and I’m so glad we did!

Do NOT Use this firm theyve scammed me upwards of $10,000 by collecting the money and have not done a single thing and they don’t communicate for months upon months read the other reviews as well. They do the same thing to others I was promised so much and they have not done a single thing. My lawyer didn’t even show up to my court date and said he sent somebody else. I have my life endangered and he was supposed to help me get a restraining order. It has been two months since he has gotten back to me. I have had Sean as my lawyer for a year and he has only lost me everything with no communication.
