I can’t recommend Ms. Rickard enough! She helped me navigate a DUI case with professionalism, understanding, and genuine care. One thing that stood out was how accommodating she was, she worked with me multiple times to reschedule my sheriff work program because of some personal issues, which was a huge relief. She listens really well. She gets my point immediately, and gets to her point clearly. The communication was very professional and easy.
She offered her professional take on the case and on my concerns, even I haven't hired her. She does not just care about money. She said, to save the time and money, what is the good way to proceed instead of forcing me a case to open and hire her.
Although I didn't end up with working with her on my case, I feel only someone who is good at what he/she is doing can do practice and work in the way Ms. Ekaterina Berman does. Mr. Green did an amazing job with my case. I highly recommend him. He is punctual, he will call you right back, he does exactly what he says he’s going to do and he always follows through.
He is also very compassionate. He always makes you feel like it’s gonna be OK and you’re going to get through this and if you’re in court, that’s what you need.
He listens and he really goes to bat for his clients in the court room. Once he’s been provoked and he feels that you have not been treated fairly, he can be a real lion. He fights for you and he fights hard. Again, Mr. Green is amazing and I highly recommend him

I had a contract question to consult with a lawyer to see if it can be brought to court, so I came to Avvo to see if I can find a local lawyer who has practice in this area. I called Daniel Shafer and asked my question. He was very patient and lay down all possibilities he thought it could be. He suggested me to first work out other ways before bringing it to the court, and explained the reasons for each of the choices clearly. I'll try the other ways he suggested and if not working and need to go to court, I'll have him as my first choice of lawyer I'm going to hire.

I have hired Ferguson Law Group several times over the past 10 years, for tasks ranging from contract review, general estate planning consultations, to the preparation of my family's estate planning documents. Adam and his associates have always provided expert advice for a reasonable fee. When I initially engaged with this practice I was looking for help with a trust and he tried to talk me into a (much less expensive) will because he didn't think I needed a trust at that time. I know that I can always trust Adam to provide me with the most cost effective solution.

She had numerous properties and complicated dealings, things she was passionate about but none of her children were. I hired James Cai (or Jingming Cai) as my attorney for a case. It was a disaster!
He has, at least, the following issues:
1. Concealed important information. He hid the information for earning your money;
2. Not professional at all. Delaying your case without notifying you;
3. You would get a HUGE bill, some of the items was not caused by you at all;
I have FILED a lawsuit against him and SAC Attorneys LLP.
NEVER use him!

Upon my arrival Fred met me at the entrance and right away took me back to his office and looked up my case. Fred instructed me to go pick up some paperwork for him downtown, with paperwork in hand the next morning I was back in Fred’s office, sat down and discussed a few things with Fred and he, of course, just happened to know the collection agency that garnished my wages. Fred solved my situation in a matter of minutes! We reached an agreement and it was over right then and there.
