I have known Mark for more than 15 years. During that time, I have had the pleasure of working alongside him and referred numerous clients, including close relatives, to him. His knowledge of the law and attention to detail is impressive. His timely responsiveness to client inquiries is very much appreciated by many of the people I have referred to him.
However, in my opinion what sets Mark aside from so many other attorneys is his common sense understanding of the practicalities of business. Many lawyers emphasize risk adversity at all costs. The result is that deals take longer to close, more money goes into the attorneys’ pockets, and the parties end up anxiously waiting for the deal to sign while having to discuss in detail risks, that while real, are extremely unlikely to occur.

I have worked with Karl-Heinz Lachnit for ten years. He is very personable and likable attorney. On new topics unfamiliar to me, he has always been more than patient to ensure I understand the issues at hand by using terminology that makes sense like the details of our employee stock option plan my company launched or a cease and desist order. He also does a good job of balancing my projects with his other clients' projects to ensure timely completion such that even a small project like incorporating a holding company is prioritized and not pushed to the back burner. I certainly recommend Karl-Heinz Lachnit.

As Vice Present of my company I had many conversations with Fiona specific to Contracts with Customers. Fiona does a great job in keeping me and my people grounded to the details in the contracts we worked through. She made herself available day or night when needed to hit a deadline, and was a great asset on the phone with customers and customer legal counsel.
Fiona is very knowledgeable in the EMS world. She is able to take on multiple actions at one time and deliver results on time which enabled us to close agreements with customers sooner than later.
She stays calm on customer calls, even when some conversations got a little tense. Has a great ability to stick to the topics and stays on track, so the focus stays specific to what needed to be agreed to by both parties. Very Solid and highly recommend.

I was given honest detailed facts of my tax status that opened up my eyes. I have hope to understand the "how" and "why" from a long journey of financial abuse. I have hope of more spousal injured, identity discoveries I'm not aware of. Lawyer Steve Sibley has given me great hope of discovering the

She listens really well. She gets my point immediately, and gets to her point clearly. The communication was very professional and easy.
