I called upon Grant for his help with a real estate matter, and was very impressed with him. I highly recommend Tony for your legal needs. My case was complicated due to some confusion surrounding my medical bills. Mr. Ciatu set up an LLC in which we held investment properties, assisted with details in purchasing properties and tax consequences in selling properties, and when all properties were sold facilitated the closing of the LLC.

Alden did a great job with my photo radar ticket. I was charged with photo radar in Scottsdale. I didn't want to deal with insurance hikes. He told me these cases aren't easy to dismiss if the photo is clear. He was honest when he told me that I could lose prior to hiring him but that he would do his best. My Electrical Contracting Company was owed a lot of money from an out of state General Contractor.
Thru the customer defaulting on the payment and then shut down because of covid I was not paid for my services.
James was able to negotiate a deal with the General Contractor and set up a payment plan to recover my past due invoices.
I am sure without his services it would not have turned out so well.
I should have hired him right away instead of waiting.

Where do I even begin.... I was actually referred to Mike Pettiti by another law firm when trying to inquire on the legality of a unilateral change to my company's existing PTO policy. Upon contacting the office of Aiken Schenk Hawkins & Ricciardi to speak with Mike, I was transferred to Erin Hertzog who I informed of the concern that I had with my company and if it in fact violated any Arizona employment laws. She was an absolute pleasure, very thorough, asked several questions and obtained details surrounding my situation to see what legal options, if any, I had moving forward.
A few days later, my employer found out that I had consulted with an attorney and subsequently, I was sent home from work and then terminated the following day. The 10 months that would follow my termination were an absolute nightmare. Murphy's Law, anything that could have gone wrong, did. I was a single mother facing being homeless after an eviction and repossession of my vehicle, all due to my loss of employment. In addition to my financial struggles, I was in the middle of a horrific legal matter in family court surrounding custody of my child. Erin was one of few silver linings that I had throughout this hard time in my life, an absolute Godsend!
Through the duration of my case, Erin and Mike went back and forth with claims through the EEOC for sexual harassment and gender discrimination and claims with the NLRB for wrongful termination and retaliation. This woman literally put in her blood, sweat, and tears into resolving my legal matters with my previous employer. She accommodated my schedule, making herself available in late evening hours, no email or phone call went without response. She worked around the clock to ensure that my questions were answered and I was informed and updated on the progress of my case.
Nearly 10 months later, to the day, I am happy to say that Erin and her Firm were able to reach a settlement with my previous employer and I can finally put all this behind me. I pray that I never find myself in a similar situation with a future employer but, if I do, I can rest assured that I will be in good hands with Erin Hertzog and the staff at Aiken Schenk Hawkins & Ricciardi. She is an absolutely amazing attorney and the integrity of both her and the Firm, far exceeded my expectations!

After speaking with a number one estate planning lawyers I decided to hire Whitney Sorrel in large part based on his ability to communicate clearly. By "clearly" I mean he was able to explain exactly what he would be doing and the purpose of completing an estate plan.
What followed was even better. He listened to what I wanted while at the same time challenging me, in a very positive way, as to the wisdom of my choices. In the end, the final document represents my wishes while protecting assets and future finances.
In addition, his personal style direct yet friendly fit perfectly with the way I prefer to do things. I would recommend Mr. Sorrel very highly.

So I was locked up on a trumped up charge for DUI and indecent exposure. Mr. Curry was able to get the indecent exposure charge dropped when a convenience store camera he subpoenaed showed that my genitalia was not exposed. Furthermore, he was able to get the DUI charge reduced to a 6 month suspended sentence since there were no credible witnesses or evidence proving I was driving over the curb. This dude kicks serious butt!

When another friend of mine, had some legal issues in his business, I recommended Greg. My only concern was that Greg may not take Dave's case because it was small potatoes and wouldn't give Greg much of a pay day... a far cry from his usual big ticket deals. Greg took the job because he has an innate sense of justice and he understood that Dave's very business could depend on getting rid of this frivolous lawsuit. He won handily. And, truth be told, probably didn't make Minimum Wage relative to the amount of hours he put in.
Based on the incredible job he did for David, I would not hesitate to recommend Greg for any matter- whether it be real estate, legal, or personal advice.

I made a telephone call to Marc Lieberman Monday, 30 September 2013 and left a message. I was very impressed that not only did Marc call me back less than 20 minutes later, but he gave me excellent and honest real estate advice. This was despite the fact that his advice to me would not bring him my business in this situation. I could tell that Marc had my best interests in mind by the advice he gave me. I contacted Attorney Marc Lieberman in January to help me with a real estate transaction that just was out of control...the realtor did not do one thing to sell my home besides list it for sale. The realtor tried to adjust the original contract without my knowledge or permission to change his commission and forced me to use a title company who would not take my calls and tried to make sure he received his new commission rate! I emailed Attorney Lieberman through Avvo shortly after my house was under contract. Within 5 minutes I received an email back with answers from Attorney Lieberman!! After a few days of emailing, Attorney Lieberman advised that I should wait to retain him until I was ready to file a lawsuit. He gave me the cost in advance (ball park) and mentioned that he would assist me with questions until/if that time came. I would have to say Attorney Lieberman is an amazing attorney, he offered to help me at any hour of the day, was honest, and really made an impression with me.

I would strongly recommend Marc Lieberman as an attorney. He has the ability to work through complex situations and is a true deal maker. He is also very skilled at focusing on the important issues and being very efficient with his time. Marc does not get caught up in the ego battles many lawyers get caught up in, which merely costs clients time, money and considerable aggravation. With his soft manner, Marc is able to be both tough and effective, without letting the legal process spin out of control. This is a rare quality found in today's legal profesion. This of course saves money in that he is not just looking to run up the bill.
Most importantly, I always feel Marc has the clients best interests in mind when giving advice and providing legal services. Marc also has a great team of professionals he works with and will delegate tasks when appropriate.
