Mr. Ciatu set up an LLC in which we held investment properties, assisted with details in purchasing properties and tax consequences in selling properties, and when all properties were sold facilitated the closing of the LLC.

I got into a car accident over the summer and when I was asking around at work for attorneys to help me out, our amazing HR, Kristy, had recommended Parham Hakimi to me and I am so glad I listened to her. Parham was an absolute shark working on my case and taking care of everything. A mutual of mine was also looking for an attorney to help her out and I immediately recommended him. I made a telephone call to Marc Lieberman Monday, 30 September 2013 and left a message. I was very impressed that not only did Marc call me back less than 20 minutes later, but he gave me excellent and honest real estate advice. This was despite the fact that his advice to me would not bring him my business in this situation. I could tell that Marc had my best interests in mind by the advice he gave me. I contacted Attorney Marc Lieberman in January to help me with a real estate transaction that just was out of control...the realtor did not do one thing to sell my home besides list it for sale. The realtor tried to adjust the original contract without my knowledge or permission to change his commission and forced me to use a title company who would not take my calls and tried to make sure he received his new commission rate! I emailed Attorney Lieberman through Avvo shortly after my house was under contract. Within 5 minutes I received an email back with answers from Attorney Lieberman!! After a few days of emailing, Attorney Lieberman advised that I should wait to retain him until I was ready to file a lawsuit. He gave me the cost in advance (ball park) and mentioned that he would assist me with questions until/if that time came. I would have to say Attorney Lieberman is an amazing attorney, he offered to help me at any hour of the day, was honest, and really made an impression with me.

I would strongly recommend Marc Lieberman as an attorney. He has the ability to work through complex situations and is a true deal maker. He is also very skilled at focusing on the important issues and being very efficient with his time. Marc does not get caught up in the ego battles many lawyers get caught up in, which merely costs clients time, money and considerable aggravation. With his soft manner, Marc is able to be both tough and effective, without letting the legal process spin out of control. This is a rare quality found in today's legal profesion. This of course saves money in that he is not just looking to run up the bill.
Most importantly, I always feel Marc has the clients best interests in mind when giving advice and providing legal services. Marc also has a great team of professionals he works with and will delegate tasks when appropriate.
In summary, I highly recommend Marc Lieberman due to his intelligence, service (always top notch) and his ability to put his clients' interest first.

Not great. I feel anyone who is reaching out to this law firm is dealing with something that is urgent and is most likely filled with anxiety. At least that was me when I contacted them. I called their offices and was greeted by the receptionist who seemed to care but said I needed to go to the website to complete the contact form. It's a little weird to fill out such personal and confidential information and send it into outer space but I went ahead and did it. After waiting 24 hours and followed up. The receptionist who I spoke with responded and asked more questions and asked that I upload all the evidence. After a week of waiting and getting the run around, I never heard back from them. Super unreliable and intrusive process. Not a good company and definitely not recommended.

Alden did a great job with my photo radar ticket. I was charged with photo radar in Scottsdale. I didn't want to deal with insurance hikes. He told me these cases aren't easy to dismiss if the photo is clear. He was honest when he told me that I could lose prior to hiring him but that he would do his best. My Electrical Contracting Company was owed a lot of money from an out of state General Contractor.
Thru the customer defaulting on the payment and then shut down because of covid I was not paid for my services.
James was able to negotiate a deal with the General Contractor and set up a payment plan to recover my past due invoices.
I am sure without his services it would not have turned out so well.

Where do I even begin.... I was actually referred to Mike Pettiti by another law firm when trying to inquire on the legality of a unilateral change to my company's existing PTO policy. Upon contacting the office of Aiken Schenk Hawkins & Ricciardi to speak with Mike, I was transferred to Erin Hertzog who I informed of the concern that I had with my company and if it in fact violated any Arizona employment laws. She was an absolute pleasure, very thorough, asked several questions and obtained details surrounding my situation to see what legal options, if any, I had moving forward.
A few days later, my employer found out that I had consulted with an attorney and subsequently, I was sent home from work and then terminated the following day. The 10 months that would follow my termination were an absolute nightmare. Murphy's Law, anything that could have gone wrong, did. I was a single mother facing being homeless after an eviction and repossession of my vehicle, all due to my loss of employment. In addition to my financial struggles, I was in the middle of a horrific legal matter in family court surrounding custody of my child. Erin was one of few silver linings that I had throughout this hard time in my life, an absolute Godsend!
Through the duration of my case, Erin and Mike went back and forth with claims through the EEOC for sexual harassment and gender discrimination and claims with the NLRB for wrongful termination and retaliation. This woman literally put in her blood, sweat, and tears into resolving my legal matters with my previous employer. She accommodated my schedule, making herself available in late evening hours, no email or phone call went without response. She worked around the clock to ensure that my questions were answered and I was informed and updated on the progress of my case.
Nearly 10 months later, to the day, I am happy to say that Erin and her Firm were able to reach a settlement with my previous employer and I can finally put all this behind me. I pray that I never find myself in a similar situation with a future employer but, if I do, I can rest assured that I will be in good hands with Erin Hertzog and the staff at Aiken Schenk Hawkins & Ricciardi. I selected this law firm solely based on convenience and lack of research, my fault. Their staff is very friendly and pleasant to deal with; I will give them that. However, as my attorney, Brice was not a good fit for my case.
My case involved one minor child. The goal was to have the ability to move out of state with my child. Brice had ample information and time to prepare a rock solid case on my behalf. Well, he did not do that. He went into court very unprepared, had a very sloppy and weak cross examination. He failed to mention very pertinent details involving my child and her father. Didn’t highlight the benefits for the move. I could go on and on, but ultimately I was highly disappointed with Brice’s service and out 30k. Do your research before selecting any firm!
