Unfortunately I was sued in late 2015. I believe that the case against me was silly. However, the nature and dollars involved meant I had to take it seriously. So I looked for lawyers qualified in the relevant area of law to help me and Alan was one of several that I found. I called several lawyers in Phoenix and interviewed each. When I called Alan he listened. He also expressed sympathy for the situation I found myself. Once I understood Alan's experience, qualifications and had spoken to him again at length, I decided to hire Alan. I chose Alan because among the highly qualified lawyers that I contacted, Alan was very technical, quick to grasp the situation I found myself and he also seemed to genuinely care. His rate was not cheap, but it was in the middle of the scale of lawyers with the needed qualifications. I was never disappointed with my choice. Alan at all times was caring and kept excellent perspective. He was usually available and when he was not he had an associate address my needs. He has the knowledge, experience, skills, staff and caring to help someone through the misery of being sued. The case is over now, and I am still happy that I chose Alan to represent me. He was the right lawyer for the situation.

I have recently had the opportunity to use the services of Mr. Logan Elia with The Rose Law Group. The case involved criminal defense for my child, which did involve the juvenile court system. The situation was a very difficult one as it involved a long history of litigious situations with my ex-husband. With the help of the Rose Law Group’s team, Mr. Elia was able to glean from our records all the pertinent material. Mr. Elia then took legal action in defense of my daughter. The ensuing comprehensive approach showed that Mr. Elia had patiently and thoroughly reviewed years of records. Mr. Elia discussed every angle with my daughter and me and responded appropriately with opposing counsel in a timely and resourceful manner. Mr. Elia was honest and practical in his approach and was a calming influence for both my daughter and myself both in and out of court. I am a Certified Financial Planner in Scottsdale, AZ who refers business to estate planning attorneys with some regularity. Several years ago I was looking for a new estate planning attorney to refer business to as I had become very frustrated with an overall lack of responsiveness and high expense from those I had been referring business to. So I called every Martindale rated attorney in Scottsdale. Steve Fox was one of two attorneys in Scottsdale to return my call within a few days time.
Since then I have referred clients of mine to Steve with regularity and have been extremely impressed not only with his, and his staff's, responsiveness, but also with the way Steve has priced his services. When it came time for me to get my estate plan done, I asked Steve to put it together for me.
Steve is an excellent estate planning attorney. He is one of the few in Scottsdale with an LLM (which is like a special degree in tax for attorneys); remember that estate planning is really a tax code issue. He was also a former employee at one of the big national accounting firms (more tax experience). I do not know if he has a CPA as well or not.
Finally, unlike most of the other estate planning attorneys in Scottsdale, Steve is relatively young (I think he is currently 40/41). Which means that he will be around for a while to keep your estate plan in order for the inevitable.

I had such a great experience with Tritch Buonocore Law. Margaret helped me create an LLC, get a living will in place, and set up a Trust. The entire process was stress free and I was so happy to be able to move at my own pace and never felt pressure to make any decisions, I was always given all the time I needed to think and modify as the process went on. The documents are filled with legal terms and Margaret and Julio were always so helpful and explained everything to make sure I was making the correct selections. They did regular follow ups and check ins and it never felt like they would be frustrated with not having time to review documents but were always offering assistance if I needed it.
