Before meeting Karl, I reached out to numerous lawyers to help me fairly deal with the damage caused after my motor vehicle accident. These lawyers refused to listen to my side of the story and were unable to foresee the situation like Karl did. Karl heard my side of the story, and immediately explained my options and the probable outcome of my case. He was very professional, reliable and most importantly, won my case in a short amount of time! I met Karl through my employee assistance program and after one meeting I hired him. Prior to hiring Karl I had lost my 3 year old case with my HOA who had a civil judgment of over $12,000.00 against me, and a lien against my property. The HOA was also seeking garnishment of my earnings. Several other law firms who reviewed the case recommended that I pay the judgment, or file bankruptcy. When Karl was done with the HOA, the garnishment was stopped, the lien lifted, and quite unbelievably Karl negotiated with the HOA who paid me $5,000.00! And yes, the judgment was no longer something I had to pay! Karl was honest with me, and his fees were very reasonable. Karl saved me, and my house, but more importantly he gave me peace of mind and restored my faith in the Judicial System. THANK YOU KARL!

I sought legal assistance from Chelle Law to review my associate dentist contract. Even though everything initially seemed fine to me, I wanted to do my due diligence.
Attorney Erin Howlett thoroughly reviewed my contract and identified several key items that I hadn’t considered. She even prioritized them from "most" to "least" important, making it easy for me to understand what needed attention.
This was my second time working with this firm, and I chose them again because of their excellent communication, transparent pricing, and overall friendliness. Erin not only pointed out potential issues in the contract but also informed me of certain clauses that, if left unaddressed, could have impacted the way I practice or even my future career after leaving the employer.

Recently we were looking for someone to restate our previous Trust. We found Amy and had two meetings with her before we had her restate our Trust. We wanted to be sure we could work well together. We all agreed to move forward and Amy took the lead to get the process started. Amy was very generous with her time. We never felt rushed and she was always easily accessible by phone or email to address questions and send redrafts if needed. She is very smart, articulate, never misses a detail and does an excellent job of explaining in layman's terms all the legal jargon and laws. She took the time to listen, understand and communicate all aspects of our needs and the Trust. She is also hands-on and did not shuffle us to a paralegal or administrative person. When I regained consciousness in an emergency room after being ejected from a moving vehicle, contacting an attorney was the LAST thing on my mind. However, while I was healing, I realized that my physical injuries and emotional trauma could have easily been prevented, so I wanted to do what I could to ensure that others would not have a similar (or worse) experience.
After several days of meticulous online research, I emailed the three accident-focused law firms in the area that looked the most promising. Fortunately for me, Tony Piccuta at Scottsdale Injury Lawyers was the only one who responded.
From the moment we first connected on the phone, my instincts told me that Tony was honest, bright, respectful, straight-forward, knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, and (most importantly) 100% solutions-oriented – striving to get the best outcome for both of us while being realistic about the challenges we would likely encounter and our unlikely odds of success.
As we continued to interact over the next 8 months, I also learned that Tony is a genuinely good, kind, thoughtful, and compassionate human being – through and through. I say this because my accident left me feeling anxious, stressed out, emotional, and (most of all) scattered and confused at times. But Tony remained patient, supportive, helpful, and understanding – which made me feel less “crazy” and gave me the confidence I needed to keep moving forward with the legal process.
One unique aspect of doing business with Tony is that he works closely with an excellent paralegal (Carly Gerber), and their outstanding communication skills, prompt responses, and stellar teamwork made me feel as if we were all working together as equal partners in pursuit of a common goal (as opposed to just being in a traditional attorney/client relationship). This was particularly impressive, and so was the following:
1. Tony pursued a logical path to justice that did NOT involve anyone going to court and did NOT require me to travel out of state.
2. The business that caused my preventable accident closed its doors just days after Tony contacted them (and so I know they won’t hurt anyone else).
AND
3. Although a settlement in my favor was unlikely (for several reasons), Tony somehow got me a check from the insurance company – and it was the largest amount allowed (which was TWICE what I had even imagined!).
In summary, I am SO very grateful for Tony, Carly, and their firm because everything about my experience with them was FIRST CLASS from start to finish! I HIGHLY recommend Scottsdale Injury Lawyers with NO hesitation whatsoever.
