Awful experience,the attorney did not even prepare for the case at all. Do not recommend this office,neither Amber Lee , nor Elimitix office in general, especially for any CDL or driving tickets. Unprofessional, unprepared and non answering when they realized it was their fault for going unprepared to the court. And not talking about some heavy and sofisticated preparation, they went to court fight a CDL ticket without knowing it was a CDL driver. You are better off finding other lawyers in the area, we found some professional ones, but too late after this lawyers’ office fault and non-action.

After speaking with about 25 different attorneys receptionist, Patrick and Associates is by far the best company I have spoken to in the last two weeks. After so many phone calls repeating my story became very tiring and it almost made me want to give up. Speaking with Micheal changed that experience for me. Micheal was such a blessing to speak with because of how honest, direct and knowledgeable he is. Honesty is the best policy and Micheal was very honest about my entire situation and did not just tell me what I wanted to hear. As far as talking to their staff was also a great experience too. I found them to be comforting because you could hear the concern in their voices when I explained my unique situation. If you are looking for a honest and dedicated team for your situation then you need to hire Patrick and Associates.

We reached out to Patrick & Associates after a bit of a probate mess after the sudden loss of a family member. My mother had called in originally and spoken to Jason Dandy who spent well over an hour over the phone with her. Aspects of the case had changed and I ended up reaching out to Jason again and speaking to him myself for about another hour. At some point I even spoke with Dean for about a half-hour.
In all of the above cases, they were extremely thorough in giving us advice, explaining things in a way that makes sense to someone who isn't a legal professional, etc.
Due to where how our probate case had fallen, we felt it ultimately didn't make sense to retain any lawyer, but for Jason and Dean to have given us a combined ~3 hours of their time up front without charging us, that stands out in my book.
I want to underscore that even had I been charged, I would still be writing this review because this was the best experience I've ever had even talking to legal professionals. I promise this is not an exaggeration.
If I ever find myself needing any sort of probate or estate representation in the future I'm going straight to Patrick & Associates. 100% recommend!

Ezra Goldman gave me my life back. His knowledge of the intricacies of the law is almost like a sixth sense. He could see things that I would never ever notice or consider in a lifetime of reflection. I have a tendency to be a walking(sometimes rolling)ball of stress and anxiety. He handled me well.
I am ignorant of a lot of things, but Mr. Goldman was able to help me make sense of of it all, guide me in the right direction with patience and care with aplomb. He put me at ease as much as humanly possible as legal counsel can be whilst surely being prohibited from making promises. His confidence gave me confidence.
While I hope to never need his services again. I would not for moment hesitate seek him out if need be, and I highly recommend him to anybody finding themselves up against a wall.
I feel like I can breath again because Mr. Goldman was there when I needed him most.

I am a successful business man with many attorney's, if I have a patent to be filed I see my patent attorney that Bernard referred me as well as my probate attorney.
In life we get sick and need a doctor. In life we have problems and need an attorney. You can count on Bernard to be there for you and not only take your call - take charge. Do not wait until the last minute to find an attorney, then it may be too late!
I have called Bernard countless times over the years and he not only takes my calls, reviews my e mails, he is has never hurt me financially with excessive bills. He is here to help you not hurt you financially.
Many attorneys charge $300+ an hour and bill by the quarter hour, a five minute phone call can cost you $75.00. NOT BERNARD.

An acquaintance at work was arrested for drunk driving. It was his first DUI and he was scared and did not know where to turn. When he asked me to refer him to an attorney, I suggested Mr. Seikaly who was friendly, nonjudgmental, and most importantly sympathetic to the challenge at hand. Attorney Sue Hachem is incredible at what she does. A couple of people in my family hired her as an attorney and were more than satisfied with her services so they recommended her to me. She was extremely helpful and very thorough about everything she told me. I was very upset about filing a bankruptcy, because overall no one ever wants to have to do that. Hiring an attorney isn’t anyone’s first choice for resolution but sometimes it’s your only choice. It takes time, commitment, being a good listener, being able to interpret the law responsibly, money but most of all, trust. When someone says they stand on their Christian beliefs, it comes with a much greater responsibility. More than words, it’s based on action and integrity; so when you’re searching for the right attorney, that’s what you hope you’re hiring. Of course money is a huge factor, especially during difficult times, which you’re in if you’re in need of an attorney to begin with. So, you invest all that you have in the person/firm representing you, hoping that together, you win your case. I was grateful to think that’s what I had found in Ms. Taylor until I realized that even as an attorney with Christian values, it can be disappointing. I hired Ms. Taylor to appeal my case, not fully understanding what I was really facing. My initial case was already grim, no additional evidence could be entered and it meant that her argument really wasn’t going to be enough but I still held on to hope. We discussed going in front of the judge, as that was her strategy, to put a face with the case, knowing what was at stake. Waiting for over a year felt like a long time as though I was holding my breath, waiting for my turn at truth, waiting to exhale in order to find some long-awaited relief in my journey. Unbeknownst to me, my trial date came and went, only to be notified by my initial attorney who did absolutely nothing to help my case whatsoever. I felt my appeal was my only opportunity for justice. However, the only explanation Ms. Taylor provided was that there must have been a mix up or a mistake. Ms. Taylor said it was a “partial win” because her brief identified an overreach concerning my property. Maybe her brief brought enlightenment to the case but I felt without a trial argument, my opportunity was lost and therefore, I indeed lost my case. How is it that your attorney misses your court date and without explanation? Later, I learned that while waiting for trial, Ms. Taylor was faced with other challenges - scrutiny against her law firm, going into partnership, running for US Senate, teaching and still managing her firm, representing more important cases, as she would sometimes remind me. As a woman with Christian beliefs myself, it was most disheartening at the very end, being spoken to as though I had been guilty all along, as though she never really believed in me or my case. Accountability as a Christian is essential, especially when you commit to your profession by taking another person’s livelihood and trust into your own hands.

I have been a client of Robert Dubins for many years. The first thing he handled for me was a bankruptcy, which went flawlessly.
Whenever I have legal questions, he's willing to spend some time with me to answer them and ease my mind; for which I never receive a bill.
He has been handling three cases for me over the last eight months or so, we've won two of them and I expect the last one to be resolved in my favor soon.
Whenever anyone tells me they think they should call a lawyer, I give them Dubin Law's number and tell them to talk to Robert.

We reached out to Patrick & Associates after a bit of a probate mess after the sudden loss of a family member. My mother had called in originally and spoken to Jason Dandy who spent well over an hour over the phone with her. Aspects of the case had changed and I ended up reaching out to Jason again and speaking to him myself for about another hour. At some point I even spoke with Dean for about a half-hour.
In all of the above cases, they were extremely thorough in giving us advice, explaining things in a way that makes sense to someone who isn't a legal professional, etc.
Due to where how our probate case had fallen, we felt it ultimately didn't make sense to retain any lawyer, but for Jason and Dean to have given us a combined ~3 hours of their time up front without charging us, that stands out in my book.
I want to underscore that even had I been charged, I would still be writing this review because this was the best experience I've ever had even talking to legal professionals. I promise this is not an exaggeration.
If I ever find myself needing any sort of probate or estate representation in the future I'm going straight to Patrick & Associates. 100% recommend!
