I would NEVER recommend this firm to ANYONE!!!! Sally Moore LIED, stole a LOT of my money!! Where is it that the attorney takes it upon themselves to PAY ANY of a client's bills??!!! And her check was ALMOST as mich as MINE!!! She's RUDE, she hung up in my face when I told her that I was taking my complaint on her to the BAR! I ALSO left several messages with Adam Ponto...he has NOT returned my calls as of today!! I got ripped off, waiting 2 1/2 years , from someone I TRUSTED!! Hiring an attorney isn’t anyone’s first choice for resolution but sometimes it’s your only choice. It takes time, commitment, being a good listener, being able to interpret the law responsibly, money but most of all, trust. When someone says they stand on their Christian beliefs, it comes with a much greater responsibility. More than words, it’s based on action and integrity; so when you’re searching for the right attorney, that’s what you hope you’re hiring. Of course money is a huge factor, especially during difficult times, which you’re in if you’re in need of an attorney to begin with. So, you invest all that you have in the person/firm representing you, hoping that together, you win your case. I was grateful to think that’s what I had found in Ms. Taylor until I realized that even as an attorney with Christian values, it can be disappointing. I hired Ms. Taylor to appeal my case, not fully understanding what I was really facing. My initial case was already grim, no additional evidence could be entered and it meant that her argument really wasn’t going to be enough but I still held on to hope. We discussed going in front of the judge, as that was her strategy, to put a face with the case, knowing what was at stake. Waiting for over a year felt like a long time as though I was holding my breath, waiting for my turn at truth, waiting to exhale in order to find some long-awaited relief in my journey. Unbeknownst to me, my trial date came and went, only to be notified by my initial attorney who did absolutely nothing to help my case whatsoever. I felt my appeal was my only opportunity for justice. However, the only explanation Ms. Taylor provided was that there must have been a mix up or a mistake. Ms. Taylor said it was a “partial win” because her brief identified an overreach concerning my property. Maybe her brief brought enlightenment to the case but I felt without a trial argument, my opportunity was lost and therefore, I indeed lost my case. How is it that your attorney misses your court date and without explanation? Later, I learned that while waiting for trial, Ms. Taylor was faced with other challenges - scrutiny against her law firm, going into partnership, running for US Senate, teaching and still managing her firm, representing more important cases, as she would sometimes remind me. As a woman with Christian beliefs myself, it was most disheartening at the very end, being spoken to as though I had been guilty all along, as though she never really believed in me or my case. Accountability as a Christian is essential, especially when you commit to your profession by taking another person’s livelihood and trust into your own hands.

I have been a client of Robert Dubins for many years. The first thing he handled for me was a bankruptcy, which went flawlessly.
Whenever I have legal questions, he's willing to spend some time with me to answer them and ease my mind; for which I never receive a bill.
He has been handling three cases for me over the last eight months or so, we've won two of them and I expect the last one to be resolved in my favor soon.
Whenever anyone tells me they think they should call a lawyer, I give them Dubin Law's number and tell them to talk to Robert.
I don't do anything from a legal standpoint without consulting Robert first. I Actually TRUST Him!! That's saying something; No, that's Saying a Lot because I Don't Trust Lawyers!!

I am a successful business man with many attorney's, if I have a patent to be filed I see my patent attorney that Bernard referred me as well as my probate attorney.
In life we get sick and need a doctor. In life we have problems and need an attorney. You can count on Bernard to be there for you and not only take your call - take charge. Do not wait until the last minute to find an attorney, then it may be too late!
I have called Bernard countless times over the years and he not only takes my calls, reviews my e mails, he is has never hurt me financially with excessive bills. He is here to help you not hurt you financially.
Many attorneys charge $300+ an hour and bill by the quarter hour, a five minute phone call can cost you $75.00. NOT BERNARD.

I hired Sara Elizabeth Allen in 2016 due to a Retirement Pension dispute between me and my pension plan. I retired from the UAW on 1-1-2016 and did everything I was supposed to do and in a timely manner. I followed all of the pension plan rules, age, years of service, etc.
In May 2016, they notified me that I, in fact, had not retired and notified me that I was obligated to pay back the last 5 months of the pension entitlement that I had received. I was terrified they were going to take my pension away from me. Thankfully, Sara Elizabeth Allen, took my case and with professional expertise and in a expeditiously manner, resolved this matter for me. The results were; I did not have to pay back the first 5 months of my pension entitlements, my pension plan had to pay me all monies I lost due to the litigation timeline and my original retirement date of 1-1-2016 was once again reinstated. I could not have been happier or more satisfied with Sara Elizabeth Allen. The consultant I spoke with said I can't sue unless I prove they caused permanent physical injury.
This is not true. In Michigan, you can sue for providing inadequate, non-sterile care that results in sepsis.
The fact that I could have lost my leg is wrong and the provider should be held accountable so they cannot let other people get infected in the future.

And when the attorney quit no one notified my gf for almost a month and only found out when my gf kept calling. Then they wanted ANOTHER retainer hahaha. Awful

Ms. Clarke was consistent from day one, all the way to the end. It was the best phone call I ever made and I honestly believe God led me to her name. I was scared and she always assured me that I would be okay. Even though she was very professional, I felt more like family than a client. I could talk to her about anything and was never judged. I concur with the review of her being mentally ill & have proof of her criminal activity. If only the irs would actually do something. Literally paperwork with proof of money laundering & her own words. She has sexual relationships with clients & employees. She has not earned any degree. She has slept her way to the top. Google her and you will find a judgment where she is found incompetent and unreliable! She has also sexually assaulted multiple employees. She is an alcoholic. She will take your money and run. She has tried to get well known attorneys to “invest”. The smart ones saw through her lies and run away. The other ones who play the game are dirty attorneys who just want easy money too.

I hired Bernadine Trout in 2019 regarding an auto accident. She said she prayed and decided to take my case. But she didn't tell me or explain to me that it would-be a single party case. This apparently meant that she would not deal at all with my Progressive Auto Insurance. In 2020 I was notified that my case was closed because the other party did not hear from my attorney. I contacted Ms. Trout and she said she would contact them. I was no longer able to continue physical or mental therapy. I also contacted Progressive Auto and they told me that since I had obtained an attorney they would have to speak with my attorney. I called Ms. Trout and informed her what my insurance told me and she said that she would call them. Ms Trout never contacted my insurance resulting in in loosing thousands of dollars that could of been used for my therapy and personal care. The deadline to file my law suit in court was in August 2021.
Ms. Trout filed my lawsuit approximately June 2021 . She had me calling her repeatedly and worrying.
I was in distress. She lied to me and cause me more emotional trauma. I terminated Ms. Trout. I do not recommend for anyone.
She deserves negative stars

I hired Mark to handle a CH 7 bankruptcy case. He practices law out of another attorney's office and "uses" their services. He gave vague recommendations pertaining to certain aspects of this case and left two issues unresolved. I would not engage his services again.
