Title says it all and I 100% mean it. I had a problem with a client halfway across the country and had to find someone to help me with the matter. He was on the ball every step of the way and would check in by email or call me every step of the process. He was able to get me all the money I was owed plus legal fees. I recently attended Evergreen State in Elder Law at their free online workshop called “Estate planning 101: Everything you need to know to create a solid plan”. The instructor, Mirisa, explained about Wills, Trust,Power of Attorney,, and living Wills, and it was an incredible informative experience. Mirisa was clear, knowledgeable, and made complex topics easy to understand. The session covered everything from special needs trust to the importance of planning for the future, with helpful insights throughout. The Q&A at the end was especially useful. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to better understand their legal Planning-needs — Definitely worth attending!

Attorneys did not even ask about his will as my brother had it done to add myself as his beneficiary of any of his payouts from his benefits from his laborers union. Now have to go through another attorney to file for what should have been done through them . My brother passed away on the 21st of June, and recieved a letter to our mother, saying he was no longer representing him. Pretty cold, now I see he was just making a living off of my brother's disability for years. Now he just made it cut n dry he was done. What a racket. Lori Calvert

My wife and I had been talking about getting our will done for years. This year was the year we got it done, and Tyler with McNeice Wheeler was fantastic. We scheduled a phone call with him due to COVID and was patient as we worked out the three way calling between my office, his office, and my wife at home. He gave a high level overview of the process and conversation we were going to have, then filled in some of the details, and then walked us through each step asking us questions about what we wanted and what our goals were. We had a less than typical case and he recognized that a traditional will was not the best option and helped us set up a trust. He asked lots of questions and allowed us to as well. It was a very collaborative process. He had the documents drafted and sent to us quickly. Due to an error on our end, we didn’t realize we had them for a few days, but when we realized it, we reviewed the drafts and were happily surprised at the small details included that we had never thought of. He was patient with our (mostly mine) several emails asking questions and requesting clarification and answering hypotheticals. Once we were satisfied, we scheduled a convenient time for us to go in and sign. They had everything ready and laid out in the conference room with the necessary witnesses and notary (all socially distanced of course!) and made it super easy to pop in, sign, and continue with the rest of our errands that day. If you need your estate planning done, or any legal support, McNeice Wheeler deserves your attention.

Mr. Mayo was amazing. I was having a horrible time trying to deal with the manufacturer of my vehicle and it’s issues. My issues started a month after the car was purchased and continued all the way through the settlement. The settlement would not of occurred with out Mr Mayo as the manufacturer refused to respond or assist with my issues. Mr Mayo is very professional and knowledgeable and explained the whole process and what to expect through out the whole process. I will recommend him to all of my friends and peers.

Finally, this process has been completed. What a long and drawn out process especially when my tenants did everything possible to avoid being served. Attorney Mayo made the eviction process easy for me. I knew what he was up against and he put my mind at ease. What was very convenient was that I never stepped a foot into his office. All correspondence was done by e-mail or phone. I know I could NOT have done this on my own. If ever, I find myself in this situation again, I will go to him first, before trying to serve the tenants first. Thank you for all your help!

I had an employment case that I hired Michael Love to represent me in. I searched to find who was the best employment attorney in Eastern Washington. Wish that we would have found Lisa to start...would have saved us a bunch of money....she came in on a two year old litigation...was a total mess...even final judegment had been entered by the Court....In a matter of a few weeks she was able to have the judgement overturned..negotiated the payment requested down to one-third of asking amount. Totally cleared up my Son's credit report in the process..have nothing but wonderful things to say about Lisa...Total Professional...we dealt with this case totally be e-mail...which is very convenient for both parties...she was very fair in her charges for the e-mail service...I would not hesitate to use Lisa's services again. I injured both of my arms right and left. Falling downstairs doing in home care. On the day of my mediation halfway through, my attorney admitted, he got me confused with another lady in Harrison Idaho, my last name is Harrison. As I wanted to hold out , while the mediator joked and made light of work injuries, I am right handed.My right arm doesn't work correctly, I did a lot of work in my church. I am a homemaker. I take a lot of pride in my home being a place of comfort and inviting to people, I used to bake and feed people, and so the job that I had for wages, wasn't my main job, even though I didn't bring home a salary for it. My" job" was taking care of my home and my church and my husband and serving god with my two hands. The thing I did to make money injured me, because the lady I was working for didn't let me know that her staircase ,in the spring would move when the basement flooded. It moved.I fell, I hurt my right elbow and my left wrist, and now all the things I used to do to serve God and others I cannot do any longer. None of this meant anything to my attorney at the mediation. As I kept holding out because I didn't know how I would end up the rest of my life with these 2 injuries he kept telling me dead. There was gonna be so security disability. There was gonna be a medical fund. And so this was just the first part of the mediation for my injury. I even thought I would just go to court because I thought my case was so different than so many other people At that point, my attorney didn't want to go to court. It was obvious He was not wanting to go to court to represent me, who I am. He told me scary things about, if the judge was in a bad mood, I would lose everything. He, and I am ashamed to say, my husband, with pressure from the "mediator " talked me onto taking an offer, which I knew, would not compensate me for paying people to do for me, what I had always done for myself. Gardening, lawn care, house work, cleaning the church, changing my own oil, recently I paid Ford $600.00 for changing plugs and oil in my truck. This I used to do at a fraction of the cost. But none of this was considered, I was a part time worker to them all. After that nightmare, the medical portion was to be settled, that's when I found out, I didn't have enough "points" for SSI disability, so any leverage from SSI to keep SIF accountable did not exist. My Attorney told me the day of mediation , SSI would cause pressure for SIF to cover me medically...NOT. He was incorrect and when I , out of concer, asked him if he was doing okay, he had made a few errors in my doctors name and other odd statements which didn't pertain to me, he accused me of questioning his integrity and told me I could get a different Attorney. By then I was hurting, depressed and totally vulnerable and my attorney, the one person who supposedly knows the ins and outs of the system, chewed me out and threatened me that I could "go it alone" if I thought I could do better. I couldn't make any decisions, I was so down. I didn't think the Attorney was going to take part of the medical bank. I thought he got paid for working the entire case from my mediation, so I didn't think I could pay up front for another attorney, just another thing I misunderstood when my attorney told me the medical is put in the bank, in my name and I had comple control over it. I was told it is a new way SIF and all other workers comp. In Idaho are now doing things, rather than keep a claim open for treatment. I am not pleased at all. My best intrest was not even considered. All because in the beginning my Attorney didn't ever find out and set in his mind, who I am.

Imagine my shock after a one small accident landed me in the midst of a substantial lawsuit. I had no experience with anything of the kind when I was served with papers. Sarah helped me with my contract dispute and settled the case for a 7 figure amount back to me. The case just ended 2 days ago. I went through a nasty divorce. My X was the best divorce attorney in the state. She dragged a property division only case through the court system for 8 years. It cost me $250,000 to litigate.
