Mr. Mayo was amazing. I was having a horrible time trying to deal with the manufacturer of my vehicle and it’s issues. My issues started a month after the car was purchased and continued all the way through the settlement. The settlement would not of occurred with out Mr Mayo as the manufacturer refused to respond or assist with my issues. Mr Mayo is very professional and knowledgeable and explained the whole process and what to expect through out the whole process. I will recommend him to all of my friends and peers.

Finally, this process has been completed. What a long and drawn out process especially when my tenants did everything possible to avoid being served. Attorney Mayo made the eviction process easy for me. I knew what he was up against and he put my mind at ease. What was very convenient was that I never stepped a foot into his office. All correspondence was done by e-mail or phone. I know I could NOT have done this on my own. If ever, I find myself in this situation again, I will go to him first, before trying to serve the tenants first. Thank you for all your help!

Title says it all and I 100% mean it. I had a problem with a client halfway across the country and had to find someone to help me with the matter. He was on the ball every step of the way and would check in by email or call me every step of the process. He was able to get me all the money I was owed plus legal fees. I had an employment case that I hired Michael Love to represent me in. I searched to find who was the best employment attorney in Eastern Washington. I didn't use the Internet to locate representation, I asked multiple Law firm Office Managers who they would recommend. I contacted Mari Luna after my mother-in-law passed away. Family members were coming out of the woodwork demanding assets. It was a very stressful time. During our initial phone conversation with Mari she took time to listen and thoroughly understand our situation. She checked in with my father-in-law to confirm his wishes concerning the distribution of his assets. Mari has a very calming professional demeanor. She made suggestions and recommended a plan moving forward. Since my father-in-law is a paraplegic she went so far to offer to drive to his home to accommodate signing paperwork. We needed to divorce, but we also really needed to save money if possible. We wanted to do it ourselves, but the paperwork was just too overwhelming. It was hard to know where to start.
Mari gave us a free consultation and explained the divorce process to us. Then, we booked an appointment and got started. She worked with us to mediate a fair parenting plan that worked for us & our kids, determine reasonable child support, and then mediated with us to divide all of our property. We agreed to everything, and in the end, it seemed very fair to both of us.
We tried to fill out some of the forms; then, Mari reviewed them, made changes if needed, & completed them for us. She told us how to file the Petition at the courthouse ourselves and then appear for the Status Conference to give all the paperwork to the judge so he could approve everything and make our divorce final.
When we compared our experience with some of our friends, we were happy to report we finished our entire divorce for much, much less than any of our friends paid. Also, Mari kept emphasizing how important it was for our kids to know how much we both loved them and that they weren't responsible for our divorce in any way.
My husband and I were able to negotiate everything reasonably & still remain on cordial terms during the process. Now that some time has passed, it's easy to see how much this matters to our kids and us. All things considered, we're all doing really well!
My ex and I agree that hiring Mari to mediate the issues in our divorce was a great decision. Highly recommended!

Wish that we would have found Lisa to start...would have saved us a bunch of money....she came in on a two year old litigation...was a total mess...even final judegment had been entered by the Court....In a matter of a few weeks she was able to have the judgement overturned..negotiated the payment requested down to one-third of asking amount. Imagine my shock after a one small accident landed me in the midst of a substantial lawsuit. I had no experience with anything of the kind when I was served with papers. Scared, stressed, alone and ignorant of any means to help myself out of the situation. I knew I needed help and I got it with Mr. Harwood. From our first phone call my fears were put to rest. He was knowledgeable about the law and more importantly, my own personal case. I am a single mom and cannot express the gratitude I felt after talking to Mr. Harwood. I had someone on my side who cared about helping me. He cared that I was scared and listened to all my concerns and addressing each one. He was honest with me about the factors in my case even when they weren't beneficial to my side of the case. Firstly I want to say Shayne is one of the nicest people I've ever met and could sense he wasn't in it for the money. It felt like he really cared and wanted to do everything in his power to be helpful. He was the first attorney I've ever needed to hire so needless to say I was very overwhelmed and intimidated at first but he helped me every step of the way. He made sure to stay in contact either via telephone, email or person. Making sure everything was laid out for me so I could understand what we were doing. He never overwhelmed me with legal jargon and explained everything which I (your average blue collar worker) could understand his approach. I went through a nasty divorce. My X was the best divorce attorney in the state. She dragged a property division only case through the court system for 8 years. It cost me $250,000 to litigate. My X overwhelmed my other attorney and paper worked us to death. She came after me again after the divorce and I decided to hire Todd. I met with Todd and we made a plan together to fight my X. We filed our own separate action in and court venue while fighting her in another where I had litigated my divorce. His strategy was brilliant and to the point! His briefs were short but concise! Sarah helped me with my contract dispute and settled the case for a 7 figure amount back to me. The case just ended 2 days ago.
