I hired her to help with my divorce and custody battle. I went from having my child full-time for 6 months straight not even hearing from the other parent to getting less than standard as well as having to pay "back" child support for the time my child was actually in my possession. She yells, uses profanities, and says things like "I don't work for you who do you think you are." and yes I have that email in writing. She was the absolute worst to deal with. She called several of my female cousins out of their names for them being around my child. She got very very personal a few times and would even call me late hours (11;30pm, midnight) with my ex's attorney on the phone. She stated there was no such thing as people just randomly showing up to the court to testify and that ended up happening, the man who my ex cheated on me with testified in court on her behalf about my character. His and her drug use was documented and addressed in court, and even though my test was clean and theirs wasn't she somehow still ended up with custody. Hiring her was the worst decision I could have made for my child. If you can, stay away.

I hired him because my ex was trying to get full custody of my children. I told him then I wanted to go for full custody for my son. We ended up in mediation the ex dropped the full custody and changed kids pick up time and address for pick. I asked him why can’t we just go for full custody and he said it’s because she did the modification and since she backed down I’m good. After signing I asked when can I go back for custody and child support he said wait about 6 months cause a Judge doesn’t like to see you too soon. Well it took them 5months to get the Judge signature and I decided to file myself to find out I have to wait a year later from the time the judge signed. The judge said I should have done all of that during the last modification. It didn’t make any difference if she filed the motion. I could gotten my son and child support increase last September. Mr. Brown knew that. I can’t go to the attorney general because I have to wait 3 years from the divorce. I can only use an attorney to get my child support that due and it’s hard to trust them after they take your money and curve the truth.

Negative 1000 starts from me if i could leave those. Absolutely worst practice I have ever come across. These people are straight up thieves. They will not work on your case, never give you any response no matter how many times you call them or send as many emails. They will put you through a loop of throwing you to different people without any answer or update. If anyone is looking for immigration lawyer, please steer away and don't waste your time, money or energy over here. If anyone needs further information as to why I wrote this review, please contact me. I can fill you in with proof of a complete email trail stating how unprofessional and shameless these people are.
P.S. Forgot to mention all those negative reviews that you might see here are all 100% true and I attest to all of them. Also, you will never receive any reliable or factual information from them. All they will tell you is "It will be done", while the fact is that it wont be. Please consider those reviews before handing your money to these highway robbers.

Mr. Castillo is a money hungry attorney. He has no interest in your situation and can care less of your well being. I do not recommend him at all. He charged me $3,500 with no resolution and had the nerve to ask for another $3,500 to continue the processes. I took my submission to another attorney and got my approval for $1,500. Herman is a thief and so is his wife.
