I don't know who that idiot is that said she is in jail but that is another Debra Bailey. Deborah K. F. Bailey is a superb lawyer who has won every time for me. She bailed me out of two sanctions proceedings -- one with bar and one in federal court for losing my temper and suing school lawyers for racketeering. I exploded but I won the sanctions proceeding. She is the most thorough lawyer I have ever met.

Bailey, who she tells me is now incarcerated took my money (over $900) to settle my divorce and long story shirt I'm still married having to try and condure up funds I do not have to complete a job u refuses to finish. I recently spoke with her again and Bailey still shifts blame to her partner...DO NOT HIRE DEBORAH K.F. BAILEY

Sara Gerdes is very unprofessional, problematic and erratic. They run up the HOA bills with huge fees and advise the management what is not in the best interests of the property. These lawyers love to bill by the hour hundreds of dollars to write threatening emails to homeowners, tenants , contractors, residents family members and guests to have a revolving door for billing the HOA. Guessing she was a public defender before and used to talking down to people.

The family hired Michael Bynane and son to represent a family member for a parole hearing in February 2020. We establish payment arrangements. We paid them $2300 and as of the date of this review 09/22/2020, no one has contacted the client. October 2020 is the beginning of client's parole review and no one has contacted the client to establish a strategy. Numerous statements to schedule a telephone call with the warden has not occurred. Attorney has not registered with the parole board as the client representative.

I never expected to be put in a position needing to put such a poor review to anyone let alone an attorney I hired, unfortunatley I had to release her due to failure of representing my case on where my best interest lies.
All the agreements we would have prior to any of the trial she'd make another deal with the opposing counselor and go with the agreement.
Allowing the opposing attorney to demand items that any attorney would not have allowed to even continue
Last when I decided to bring it up to her , I was accused of being rude. Not a service you'd expect from an educated attorney. I will take this matter to anothe level post my divorce case over.
