Incredible service, incredible value during a very tough time.

Mr. Locurto was our attorney against an awful construction company. They took a very large deposit. As hurricane survivors we had to battle our home insurance, but by the time that case was resolved, the construction company quit. That was our good fortune. Construction company #2 was aghast at what was done---was never inspected, everything against code, etc. Company #1 refused to return any money. With skillful negotiations, Mr. Locurto was able to show them the error of their ways and why we'd prevail if we ever took them to court. They settled without us having to file. This took months, but Mr. Locurto never let up standing up for us and pushing. He kept us informed of our costs and worked very hard to keep our out of pocket at a minimum. And yes, we went into this furious, and he tempered our riteousness with logic. We were updated at every step and cc'd on all correspondence, so there was always the feeling of working as a team. He fights hard the entire time, and we really felt that we'd found the absolute best lawyer for the situation.

Won a jackpot at Tampa hard rock casino while in side the casino was threat to be murder the place was in a up roar it was said that the winner was already determined being that the casino would jackpot and light up a lot of fuss was made being that's the casino pay cash I was giving a platinum vise to take to the bank that sponsored the event in Tampa jackpot was 8,888,888 was split between me and lady who accompanied me 4.3 million a piece being that I was in fear of my Life I would have a the information wrote down by Jacqueline Cannon and the card would be leth on the waitress tray who would follow protacal and rush the card to the manager office being that I had been snatched out of the casino fighting for my life therefore the casino would say they don't pay backwards like that for I was attempting to get a replacement card knowing that they seen the footage being the waitress was also involved bring attacked in fear or my life

The father of my child is demanding mediation through this firm, & just this morning, I've been sent 5 or 6 conflicting emails on whether our meeting is going to be via Zoom or in person. I've also received conflicting dates twice, & have all but been spammed by an administrative team that either doesn't communicate with one another or just doesn't have their affairs in order internally. I would never chose to work with this office on my own. Extremely displeased with the obvious breakdown in communication & I haven't even met with them yet. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Your office only deals with matters of the utmost importance... this is entirely inexcusable & unprofessional.

Mrs. Ruby Barr is a wonderful person, but I definitely don’t recommend Mrs. Barr for assistance in a a family law case. Her many years of experience has clouded her judgement drastically. She is unable to separate her experiences as an attorney and look at factors within cases and this unfortunately causes an inability to make an unbiased decision based solely on case facts. When presented with information and evidence she is unwilling to listen and instead chooses to rely solely upon her personal experience with other cases. She reviewed only a handful of the evidence presented and determined that my particular case was just a normal high conflict case involving minor children, completely ignoring previous illegal activities of the other parties. She failed to review records and documents that were pertinent to the case and gave no recommendations to the courts. This was the worst 3k spent.

I spoke with John back in early June to see if he could handle something for me. He took the information needed and said he would call back. After a couple of weeks I called again and left a message. I spoke to a Rebecca and she stated that he would call me back also. After several attemps, no one to this date has called back or followed up with me. Either the job was too small or there was a conflict of interest. Just let me know either way is all I wanted.
