I had an aweful experience with these lawyers and they did what they wanted, didn’t listen to me at all and gave zero updates until I finally said that was enough stop working after I was given a price of 10,000. They will act like they are working and review records from a trust company that I never had a problem with but they have to steal money from you somehow!! And now I am having a problem with them holding on to the rest of the funds and they were unprofessional as well and I even had one of them screaming at me that was an office clerk. Worst experience!! And a bunch of con men!

When other attorneys told us it can't be done, or your wasting your money. When they said you will loose, they said your going to prison. Nick asked my family to trust him and he wouldn't let us down. That's EXACTLY what he delivered. Embarrassing as it is to say that I have entirely to much experience with attorneys. Nick is by far the best defense attorney that I've ever hired. I'm truly grateful for everything that Nick has done for me! Nick keeps you in the loop every step of the way. He takes your calls , he explains the law in terms that you understand. I witnessed Nick go head to head quoting case law back in forth with the presiding judge in my case. I can't recall ever seeing an attorney not back down from a judge. Nick is genuine and honest. In a word Nick is exceptional. I could go on and on. First and foremost I want to say Mr. Wardell went above and beyond for me. Dec 17th 2021 I was arrested for a charge which Carries a 15yr minimum mandatory along with a few other things. I contacted Mr.Wardell who unlike all the other attorneys I contacted asked me to come into his office and speak with him in person instead of over the phone! We met and spoke and found a number of discrepancies we formulated a game plan and he was hired. Fast forward to Oct 2022 we filed a motion to suppress the courts kept postponing we finally had a hearing Feb 2023 and had a chance to argue our arguments! When I say this man fought tooth and nail in that hearing he fought tooth and nail!! Now let’s fast forward to April 5th 2023 we finally got a ruling! MOTION GRANTED!! All evidence suppressed they violated my 4th amendment rights! Mr. Wardell answered the phone anytime I called always answered my questions and concerns! I highly recommend this man without a doubt 10/10!! Thanks again Mr Wardell!!

Was referred by another vet but for some reason I was refused as a client and never given a reason why then received a letter from the VA with this firm identified as my attorney and when I contacted them they were extremely avoiding and sent me out a nice nasty letter stating that they didn't represent me as they had told me previously but nothing about how the VA got them on my case as the attorney representative on file.

There aren't enough stars on Google to accurately represent how I feel about Swope, Rodante P.A. In 2000, I was permanently injured in a car accident at the age of 17. I first met Mr. Dale Swope from my hospital bed at Tampa General. After another law firm determined they could only get policy limits for my catastrophic injury, Mr. Swope and his team took on my case and fought for 4 long years on my behalf. Needless to say, they won and some of the wrong that happened to me was able to be set right. I still live with my injury, but I am able to take care of myself and my daughter because of their fight. To this day, Mr. Swope responds to my emails (at all hours!) and has even become a champion in the paralysis community. He does not have to do any of that because he was already and will always be my personal champion. I am forever grateful our paths crossed. I am sorry if you are in a position to need the services of a catastrophic injury attorney for yourself or a loved one, but I can unequivocally say you will be taken care of and FOUGHT for by the entire team at Swope, Rodante.
