I used Scott for the divorce. He explained a lot of extra things I didn't know was involved. He is honest not overly expensive like a lot of other companies are. I learned some of the laws involved with getting divorced. Utah is extremely different than Texas. If you're looking for a good divorce lawyer, I definitely recommend Scott.

Reed rescued me from a very legal situation that began when my ex wife refused to pay the debt she incurred by stealing my identity and then not making the payments on the credit cards she had gotten in my name. She agreed to pay these in our divorce decree. After almost 20 years of attempted garnishment of my income, he ended this for me, and brought me closure. Case closed. He's amazing! After being told by several attorneys that I had no hope of ever having these stop, he had them stopped in a very short time, and now I have peace knowing they will never come after me again for debt that was never mine to begin with. I would recommend him to anyone. He's very kind, understanding, and thinks outside of the box.

My husband and I met with Todd for our estate planning. He took the time to sit down with us, get to know us personally, answer any questions we had, and recommend what was best for our situation. He was not only very knowledgeable, but very caring and honest about what we needed. The week after we signed our documents, my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Had we not listened to Todd's recommendations and put things in place, we would have missed out on some very crucial planning opportunities that would not be available to us following the diagnosis. This was my first time sueing anyone and I was very nervous. When we first met in person, Jim took the time to explain my options (including walking out and moving on with my life). I understood my options fully and I was very appreciative. When I got my first invoice, I was pleasantly surprised. He was very efficient with his time and even though he did a lot, the invoice amount was a lot less than I anticipated. I think this is partly because he talks very fast and always gets straight to the point. He is definitely not chit-chatty, which is a great trait when you are paying by the hour. He really doesn’t mess around and his experience helped move things forward as quickly as anyone possibly can in the situation. I highly recommend Jim, and I interviewed several attorneys before I decided to go with him. I felt good about him before hiring, and I felt great about hiring him after my experience with his services.

Mr. Dunn is a no-nonsense attorney. He gets right to the point and doesn't waist your time or money. We've used Mr. Dunn as our corporate attorney for most of our 40 year history. We've used him for non compete cases, employee discrimination, collections, contracts and many other cases. We've had favorable outcomes in most all cases.
He is always responsive. Rarely do I find that we have to wait more than a day to get a response, which isn't typical in the legal world. After meeting with Platte I knew he genuinely cared about my case. My daughter and I were treated like he would want to be treated. He said that I could contact him at anytime and gave me his phone numbers and e-mail address. Platte answered all my questions that I had about the court proceedings and put me at ease as I was also having health issues at the time. I am so grateful to Attorney Shorts. Jeremy and his team had done a great job with an eviction! It is never a pleasant task but they made it simple, easy and stress free.
I called their office late on Friday and Jeremy returned my call that same evening to explain the process. He also sent me a detailed email on the steps to take. I had him handle the process and he had a notice served Monday and tenants were gone by Thursday. Their follow up was great. I also used his Rental Agreement which was a big help.
