I hired Hastings Law Firm for one specific case. I hired after a consultation over the phone with Brett Hastings. After hiring and coming to a settlement on my initial case, I have continued to use Hastings Law, not only because I have confidence in Mr. Hastings, but more to the point--specifically because I love working with Karma. Karma has forever changed the way I think of an "attorney". She is down to earth, professional, thorough and clearly well versed in real estate and business law. She is always very clear when straying into areas she does not feel confident in advising on and beyond that, she always offers up a more appropriate avenue to get my questions answered. My wife and I hired Kristin to help us with the USCIS green card application process and we're very happy with the help she provided. She was able to simply the process and asked us for key information needed to complete the forms! The paperwork was completed quickly and we had our paperwork filed very soon after our wedding! Anytime we had a question, no matter how small, she was able to assist and alleviate our anxieties regarding the application process. She was always available for questions and very knowledgeable. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Branden Burningham and his Law Firm during our Company’s IPO. He was a tremoundous help throughout the entire process, which resulted in our S-1/A becoming effective, FINRA issuing a symbol for our common stock, and becoming DTC eligible.
With his assistance and guidance we have been trading on the OTC Markets alternative trading platform, and he continues to assist us with day-to-day securities questions and our goal of listing on a national exchange.

I was in a bad car accident that totaled my car and left me with painful injuries, a hospital stay, and unable to work, walk, or take care of my baby for months.
I was so fortunate to have Jessica working on my case. The motorist that caused the accident was underinsured and my medical bills and lost wages were way more than I could deal with. Jessica made the whole process simple for me. She completely coordinated the settlement process with my medical insurance, my auto insurance, and the auto insurance of the at-fault driver. At one point during my recovery, my doctor's billing service was hassling me about paying right away. Jessica contacted them and asked them to go through her so I wouldn't have the stress of dealing with them.
Jessica kept me informed during every step of the settlement process. She copied me on communications sent out to the various insurance companies and clearly explained the reasoning behind every decision, and what we could expect from each party. I could tell that she had a lot of experience working on personal injury cases like mine.
I feel confident that I got the best settlement possible. My medical bills were paid, my lost wages restored, plus Jessica worked hard to get me additional settlement money to pay me for my pain and suffering.

Darwin is an excellent attorney! I worked with Darwin almost 5 years as the company I work for uses his firm. Darwin is an excellent attorney! From my initial and follow-up consultations, I got the sense that he is an attorney that puts his client's needs as his utmost top priority which can be hard to find these days. There are attorneys out there whose strong motivation for dollars leads them to provide advice that is not always in the client's best interest. I will definitely recommend him and will employ his services in the future if the need ever arises.
Even though my questions were related to real estate for which he is an expert, he also has other areas of specialty, some of which are: creditors rights, creditor bankruptcy, construction law, business and commercial law.

The first thing I noticed about Craig Hughes was his passion for estate law. He clearly loves and relishes his role in helping people avoid all of the problems with family and inheritance that can happen when proper planning has not occurred.
Craig was very careful to make sure I understood all of the legal jargon and how it applied to my life now and in the future. He was anxious to make sure that everything was done in my best interest.
I appreciated and felt safe with Mr. Hughes' desire to make sure that the banks we dealt with and the documents he handled for me were meticulously and carefully explained.

I run a services business out of my home. I was introduced to Michael by a mutual friend. I told Michael about some of the problems I’d experienced with customers and project collaborators in the past. That same week he drew up a set of contracts for me to use with future customers and collaborators that addressed all of the issues I’d been having … and a lot of others I wouldn’t have thought of. I just fill out some info on the first page to make it specific for each customer/collaborator. Having these makes my business and sales process so much faster and less stressful. Michael is super friendly but also very professional. Basically a great person to have on your team.

I can't begin to say enough about what an amazing attorney Jason Yancey is. I have been involved in more than my fair share of litigation over the years and used the services of many well known "high powered" attorneys. None of them ever got nearly as much done for me as Mr. Yancey. Not to mention been as much of a pleasure to work with as him. He is like a breath of fresh air in the legal arena. He puts his ego and self interests aside and focuses EXCLUSIVELY on the best interests of his clients. I highly recommend him for any of your needs. I was in a situation where I was being pushed out of a family business. I was President and CEO of this company for 20 years, and had taken it from a small company in trouble, to one that was eleven (11!) times bigger and healthier. When the new generation took it over, they purchased my stock. However, they quit paying on the agreed upon monthly sum after only 6 months of taking over--leaving 9 1/2 years owing. They then asked me to leave two years earlier than my employment contract stated in exchange for resumed payments on the stock. However, they had given me no reason to believe that they would actually pay me, due to my past experience.
Mark Carman came highly recommended to me by a friend that had used him with great success in issues with his companies. Mark helped me understand what we needed to accomplish and created a plan to make it happen. He created documents and agreements that were binding but reasonable for all and worked with the opposing attorney to move things along to a positive solution. His skills in negotiation and explaining what is fair and reasonable could not be disputed by the opposing side. When in a room with all involved parties, he had everyone there coming out of the meeting with an understanding of what needed to be done for all to get what they wanted. When a tough line needed to be drawn to get negotiations back on track, he was not afraid to successfully make that move. After all that was done, I was able to come away with peace of mind, knowing that we have an agreement and documents that will ensure my fair treatment going forward. What was even more impressive, it was done in a way that preserved a positive family relationship, which is not always easy in such situations with a family business. This experience with Mark Carman was above my expectations in every way and gave me the best result possible. I would recommend him to anyone needing legal help.
