I hired Alex Bell to represent me to get a more even custody arrangement with my twins mother. Mr. Bell and his assistant were wonderful to work with and always responded promptly to all of my questions and concerns. I deeply appreciate to Maria Patente the way she conducted my legal cases. As an attorney she is the best!. I have been confronting legal bottles through the courts system for practically eighteen (18) years. My previous six (6) attorneys did little or practically none to resolve them in my favor. BEWARE!!! What started out as great service from Mr.Rosenthall, has become a nightmare!!! Services paid in full. Over a year and expungements are not complete, 5+ emails and phone calls never returned. His negligence has led to denial of employment for charges that have been approved due to them being tied to a charge that is in need of a hearing!

Mr. Moghul represented me in a landlord-tenant dispute. I was the tenant defendant and the trial was held in a completely pro-landlord jurisdiction.
Despite the odds, Mr. Moghul stuck to the facts and was a zealous advocate from day one through a (too long) day of trial. The opposing counsel falsified at least one document yet Mr. Moghul remained his true ethical self.
Although I ended up paying as much or more than the underlying suit, Mr. Moghul could not have been a better attorney for me.
Ethics still matter, even in mid-2019. Mr. Moghul is that rare combination of ethical + energetic. If anything, he seemed to get more passionate as the day of trial grew long.
I highly recommend Mr. Moghul whether you are on the plaintiff or defendant side.

Tonya Gibbs Penn is the exception, not the rule. Not only did she have tremendous compassion with our case, but she also proved to be a brilliant attorney who demonstrates a true interest in her clients and their cases.
We live in Nashville and wanted someone to represent us who would really care about our case. Trust was an important factor because our case was in Virginia and we’re in Tennessee, about ten hours from court.
Ms. Penn not only made sure that we understood the specifics of our current case, but she also explained what we would need to expect going forward. She never ignored any communication or kept us guessing. She was forthright and highly responsive.
More importantly, no one else would’ve been so willing to peel back the layers of the case and ask the questions that she asked in order to get the best information to help us better prepare for the future.

My father had recently passed and left some IRA certificates at a Federal Credit Union (FCU) in Virginia Beach without a designated beneficiary. This FCU refused to transfer ownership of the IRAs to his surviving spouse, i.e., my 90+ year old mother. Attorney L.
