When I called Sage Trust Law with questions about the best way to transfer property in my trust, Dawn Dale spent a serious hunk of time asking questions, figuring out my particular circumstances, and explaining my options in understandable detail. Once we decided how to proceed, she began lining up the info needed for our appointment and discovered I had (accidentally) on my own completed the required steps. I was profoundly grateful to have my questions answered by a pro and my concern solved with such expert advice, and I was astounded when she did not charge me for the consultation. If that weren't enough, she spent additional time comforting me about my son's illness that she'd learned about during our fact-finding conversation. My fiancee and I came to Doug to create a pre-nup before we got married. We had pretty clear ideas as to what we wanted the agreement to look like. Doug and his associate Rachael Ander formalized our agreement very quickly, at the same time pointing out items we had overlooked and which helped to make the agreement much more complete and conclusive. I don’t write a ton of reviews, but Stephen is so skilled and determined that I thought I should put my rating online. He makes clients feel like he’s on your side, more than other attorneys that I have hired. I was really impressed when I heard that clients have so much confidence in Steve that he is serving as their trustee in some cases. Jacqueline has decreased her divorces cases but agreed to take mine- thank goodness! I had a previous lawyer blow through a large retainer without even getting the first responses out. I was looking for help to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently- for my financial and emotional well being. It still wasn't cheap but she kept me sane while dealing with a circus on the other side. Kept the important things in life in focus. In the end, I finally sat with the ex and worked it out the way I had hoped we could have through mediation. She is funny and strong. Her depositions of my husband were classic. Great attorney!

I asked around, and did my own research looking for an attorney to represent me for an appeal from general district court. Mr. Milam's office responded to me in a timely manner, didn't push me to come in, and worked with me for an appointment time. Mr. Milam listened patiently to my thoughts and ideas regarding my situation, and made me feel comfortable to ask all questions I had. He made no promises, but I really liked his attitude and when he asked "what have you got to lose?" I knew he heard/understood what I was saying. He knows his stuff. In Spring 2014, I needed to perform a merger of my old company into a new one, that I just opened in another state. This can be a somewhat complicated process, dealing with the various Federal and State agency rules, especially if you want to preserve your FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number). We had to deal with a breach of contract and, after a quick search, found Tony Damiani’s practice. Our last lawyer left us in the lurch and didn’t pursue the requested course of action against the defendant but wouldn’t give us many details as to what work had been done. Tony was patient with us, gave us very fair advice that projected potential outcomes and what he felt might happen if we pursued each option. He stayed with us each step of the way, quickly picked up where the last lawyer left off, and got us a better win than we really thought we’d get. I’ve asked him for advice on other matters a few times too and he is so very patient with me, despite me rambling when I get nervous.
