I had a dispute with my tenant and was having a hard time dealing with their ridiculous claims, constant threats and refusal to leave the property on lease expiration. Ben handled the case from start to finish smoothly, always being professional, attentive and responsive. I was amazed how quickly he picked up on the case details and was very reassuring in my first conversation with him. He was polite, firm and very objective/calm with the tenants. I have referred others to Ibrahim Moiz and he did an excellent job representing them and making sure that their rights were protected. I had my initial meeting with Attorney Ryan Brown on the afternoon of 10/20/2010. I walked away with piece of mind and feeling absolutely great about my startup business. Attorney Brown went above and beyond. Not only did he hit every single question on the head without hesitation or any uncertainty. He provided print outs referencing everything he'd mentioned. There was not a single question left unanswered. Beyond this, he offered additional input and was very thorough as though he was helping a dear friend or launching a business of his own. I have commited my company to his services for 6 months and will extend beyond this as long as my company is successful. We hired Mr. Morecock to represent a family member. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Our condominium board was making financial decisions not in compliance with Virginia law and condominium bylaws. My business partner & I were looking for a business lawyer to help set up our partnership LLC and wanted to hire someone to ensure our company creation was done correctly. Before meeting with Scott, we had gone through two free consultations with other attorneys. The first two attorneys made us feel like we were rushed or did not answer our specific questions in detail. I looked at avvo and saw that Scott had a lot of experience with technology companies and also with patent litigation.

When I started my company, my old employer threatened to sue me for using an image that was too close to one he had trademarked. I was the victim of identity theft. Someone forged my signature on loan documents. The identity thief stopped making payments on the loan shortly after the account was opened. The fraudulent loan accounts appeared on my credit reports. As a result, I could not refinance my home and credit limits on my existing accounts were being reduced. I sent numerous letters to the credit reporting agencies and the banks with limited success. I was ultimately forced to file a federal lawsuit to protect my rights, my credit and my good name. I was able to get the fraudulent accounts removed from my credit reports and settled my case before trial. I signed separate settlement agreements with each named defendant. The terms and amounts of each settlement agreement are confidential.
John helped me through the entire process. He also took my case on a contingency fee basis. I did not have to pay any money out-of-pocket.
John was a beacon of light in a very dark time of not knowing and I would recommend him and use him again if needed.

An identity thief stole my identity and used my name and credit to purchase a house that belonged to his ex-wife. The identity thief only made a few payments on the property and let it go into foreclosure. The foreclosure appeared on my credit report as well as a homeowners association judgment for past due HOA fees related to the property. Needless to say, my credit scores were low and obtaining credit was nearly impossible. I did not know where to turn until I was referred to John Bazaz. He was able to walk me through the entire process. He was able to get the judgment vacated in state court. He then helped me dispute the foreclosure and judgment that still appeared on my credit reports. When the credit reporting agencies and the bank refused to delete the inaccurate accounts, he filed a federal lawsuit against them. John was able to get the foreclosure and judgment accounts removed from my credit reports. We settled with each defendant separately before trial. The terms and amounts are confidential. As an added bonus, John took my federal case on a contingency fee basis. He was paid only after I was paid. I strongly encourage you to contact John if you are the victim of identity theft.

Neil Richmond and Attentive law group are top notch professionals. Being a business owner, I have many colleagues throughout Loudoun County and Neil came highly recommended from several of them. Neil delivered and exceeded on that recommendation.
My wife and I own an in home personal training business and we have used Neil several times over the past two years for writing up contracts and dealing with any infractions that arise.

Ms. Aman did a fantastic job putting together my will, trusts, advanced medical directive, and powers of attorney. At the onset, she sent a very detailed questionnaire which she used to create and finalize my documents. Elena guided me through a very difficult case of child custody. She is an excellent attorney who is very well prepared professionally but also is a good advisor and counsel.
