As I read the reviews below I don't believe that I can top the high praise that this law firm has received, what I can do is tell you that this firm ended up co counseling (took over) from my original attorney in the middle of the case. Robert Johnson was short of spectacular, he literally hit the ground running. Extremely knowledgeable and quick on his feet. As a client you should always want the meanest/ nastiest kicking mule that will have your best interest in mind. Robert is that attorney, during some of the proceedings to watch Robert was extremely impressive. As he strategized with his team and explained it to where I could understand it made me feel at ease. Robert was able to get a settlement that was well past my expectations and couldn't have been happier. His staff including but not limited to Rosa was extremely professional, Rosa was my main contact and she was absolutely amazing through this process. This was a huge undertaking for them to take over like they did and they did it like true professionals. If you need a kicking mule do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed.

I called his firm and sent over documents for him to review. He was the only attorney who actually called me back and discussed my case. Unfortunately my case was not what he handles but, I had a consumer law case against a car dealership he gave me some great information that I was not aware of that made my case stronger,explained a particular statute to me and gave some referrals. Even the office staff who take the calls are educated and know how to answer a call. Not very common today when I have called other offices. You can tell just from being on the phone with him he loves what he does and care about his clients and the bestoutcome.

Gabriel Isasi & his team Amarys Reyes, Josseline Arroyo, and Alina Diaz took amazing care of Me, i got in a car accident total loss, and was injured and they helped me navigate the treacherous waters of car insurance & medical bills.

If you’re having serious legal issues and you need results, Eric Cheshire is the lawyer for the job to get justice served!!! He’s compassionate, TRULY CARES, knows the law and will fight for your rights!!! I’ve hired him in multiple family law cases. 19 years ago he helped me get full custody of my child!!! Just recently, because I’ve had more children, he helped me fight a father’s MOTION FOR CONTEMPT against me that was based on serious allegations/lies and of course we won!!! He takes the time to go through the entire case, collects evidence, isn’t forgetful in trial and knows every LAW Statue to define and have justice be served!!! Worth every dime because you’ll see results!!! 20 out of 5 stars!!! Horrible experience with Mr. Strolla. He took my case never informing me that I had court dates, one I was required to be at and could have ended with me having a bench warrant. He pleaded for me based on a misinterpreted text message. I consistently asked to meet him in person and was ignored. When asking about my case, ignored, when I finally said I may need to hire a different attorney, he immediately answered and said let me know and i'll sign the paperwork. $5,000 completely wasted I would have been better off with a public defender and they would have cared more. Worst experience of my life and the worst part he was referred to me .... he is a great talker in the beginning and then never follows through...
Going to court is scary and you want an attorney that has your back and fights for you, not one that takes your money and ignores you.

Brooks has handled numerous cases for me over the years. There is one that is still going after 3.5 years. This is a complicated commercial litigation case against a multi-billion dollar hedge fund. Brooks has been always one step ahead of the LARGE LAW firm for the hedge fund. I do not believe the number one rated law firm in Florida could have handled my case better then Brooks Ricca has done for me.

Brooks was always very business-like, very clear on procedure, very easy to talk to and willing to listen to what I had to say. I hired Brooks Ricca after interviewing several other firms and am I glad I did. He is a straight talking, hard working, intelligent attorney who is also truly concerned about his clients. Due to the real estate collapse of 2008 I was facing a very complex and insurmountable legal battle. Brooks tirelessly explored every possible resolution strategy, put up many very good defenses and ultimately personally oversaw the proceedings by another firm in Federal Court. He stayed with the case and with me until the very end, he even sat in on a mediation to resolve legal fees with another firm that was also representing me at that time. He is very easy to communicate with, he listens to and considers his clients suggestions, explains the complexities of the system and the probable outcomes of proceedings. I hired Michelle Azar after my previous attorney was not getting my case where I needed it to be. I was about to lose my house and was in the fight of my life trying to reach a settlement with the lender. There was a lot of issues on the table with the bank falling short on quite a bit of its obligations. At that time I need an attorney who is competent on the issues I was having and someone who could formulate a plan and execute it in a timely manner as time was of the essence.

We have worked with Nicole & Doug for many, many years and have never had a problem. We use them for non payment of services from businesses. They remit client payments in a timely fashion, send updates monthly with details of each case not just a generic status update. They work to resolve the case in our best interest.
