We reached out to Mike Pike after our auto insurance failed to settle negotiations following an accident our teenager was involved in. One week from consultation to settlement. I cannot express how much peace of mind we achieved immediately following our consultation and signing our contract with Michael Pike. His firm did their job, in a timely fashion, and didn't run up excessive billing. Facing legal actions against yourself because an insurance company does not properly act on your behalf is overwhelmingly frightening. I felt anxious and lost. Brooks has handled numerous cases for me over the years. There is one that is still going after 3.5 years. This is a complicated commercial litigation case against a multi-billion dollar hedge fund. Brooks has been always one step ahead of the LARGE LAW firm for the hedge fund. I do not believe the number one rated law firm in Florida could have handled my case better then Brooks Ricca has done for me.

Due to the real estate collapse of 2008 I was facing a very complex and insurmountable legal battle. Brooks tirelessly explored every possible resolution strategy, put up many very good defenses and ultimately personally oversaw the proceedings by another firm in Federal Court. He stayed with the case and with me until the very end, he even sat in on a mediation to resolve legal fees with another firm that was also representing me at that time. I hired Michelle Azar after my previous attorney was not getting my case where I needed it to be. I was about to lose my house and was in the fight of my life trying to reach a settlement with the lender. There was a lot of issues on the table with the bank falling short on quite a bit of its obligations. At that time I need an attorney who is competent on the issues I was having and someone who could formulate a plan and execute it in a timely manner as time was of the essence.

I was recommended to Nicole by a mutual friend in 2005 and she assisted me in a child custody matter concerning my granddaughter. I have since referred her to friends and used her myself for similar cases, real estate transactions and other legal matters, all of which were resolved better than could be anticipated. The thing I appreciate most about Nicole and that separates her from other attorneys I have used in the past is the fact that she tries to get you to work the matter out with the other party and not have you cut off communication (a tactic commonly used by other attorneys to rack up their bill). She truly cares about helping you come to an amicable resolution. However, this being said she becomes a bulldog if necessary and the case goes to trial.

Lindsay was recommended to me by my divorce attorney under pressing circumstances. Lindsay acted swiftly and worked with me on the sale of my house. Because of her due diligence she uncovered issues that could have severely impacted the closing which probably would have resulted in losing the buyer. On top of all that she saved me a considerable amount of money on the closing and which almost made her fees a wash. I cannot imagine going thorough this experience without the council of Lindsay.
