A+. Zach performed much better than any other attorney I've hired. The turn around time from the initial retainer to a final contract is very impressive. Zach took the time to phone conference me the first day, the second day including my sales manager, and the third day including my sales manager. On each phone call, we went through the contracts completely. Zach's process is very smooth. My company signed a large roof contract hours after we received the completed contracts. The property owners are comfortable signing the contracts and my company is still protected. My excess retainer has been returned to my account already.
