My wife and I were run over by a golf cart, sustaining broken bones, contusions, and the like. We sought help from Brad Thrush to represent us in the matter, largely to make sure that we were reimbursed for any out of pocket expenses and medical bills. Brad is the kind of attorney who doesn't make promises he can't keep and takes a realistic, sensible approach. The results of the case were greater than we expected.
The only reason I am not giving a full five-star rating is that over the year and a half we would have preferred more routine communication. However, when we sought information, it came back quickly.
The assistant who handled our case was very thorough with a wonderful attention to detail.
While we would not want to go through any event like this again, we were well represented by Brad Thrush and his staff.

Ms. Durham and her staff went above and beyond to help me after my car accident. They provided me with referrals for excellent medical care and took care of all the details to get my car repaired (as good as new ! )

Very disappointed of the outcome of my case. He collected his six figure check and after that (in my opinion) he didn’t try to reduce my liens that were in the six figures, wasn’t sympathetic and if they were it was fake. He reduced his fee but then charged other fees that almost were half of what he “reduced fees”. He stated he wouldn’t take more then me. That’s not true, he walked away with more then I did. The ZLF team will be all nice until they collect the check then leave you on the side of the road like an abounded orphan kid. This is all my opinion and how they made me feel after the case was over. I wish I would have looked at the other reviews before using this firm. They can control the reviews on majority of their Social Media platforms. He also stated “lawyers out in Arizona can do whatever they want as they aren’t monitored. It’s like the Wild West” as he stated on a phone call. Keep your options open for a personal injury attorney.

Deplorable law firm. Typical, arrogant attorneys that only care about their own reputation instead of doing the right thing. I retained them to file a lawsuit against Mountain Vista medical center for leaving my mother's dead body at room temperature in the ER for over 24 hours so she bloated and we couldn't have a viewing before cremation.
Christopher Zachar was very enthusiastic about taking my case but after he spoke with the mortuary owner who was witness to what happened, he decided not to proceed further because of something the mortuary did years prior that had nothing to do with my mother's case. He was worried that his reputation would be tarnished for "having her as his star witness". I was a legal assistant for 20 years and got to work with a lot of self centered attorneys just like Christopher so I honestly wasn't surprised. There are plenty of personal injury and wrongful death attorneys out there. I would suggest not retaining anyone from the Zachar law firm

Before selecting Chris, I had read the reviews. I have to say I'm glad I used this firm in my auto case. They were helpful in selecting a chiropractor close to my area and I did not have to drive out to their office. Our communication was based on Email and by phone. It worked great with my busy schedule as a student and employee. if I ever need an attorney for auto accident, I would definitely return. I was amazed at the settlement I received after paying out my fees. Thank you Chris and staff for your hard work and dedication to your clients like myself.

We were hit from behind while sitting at a stop light by a driver doing close to 45mph who was likely impaired. Our 3/4 ton vehicle was totaled and two of us had minor injuries.
When Tammy wanted to settle for $10k a piece, which covered our medical and her contingency fee. We thought she was kidding. Sound like she's working for the you?? Didn't seem that way to us. Seemed more like a cattle drive to collect her fee.
Thankfully, we took our business elsewhere. She then filed a $5k lien on the case. There was NO possible way $5k worth of work was done, perhaps a small fraction of that amount at most.
We wanted someone that would fight for us. We have never filed an auto injury claim in our lives, with nearly flawless driving records for over 40 years, so this case had every advantage.
We feel very betrayed, and will likely take this up with government agencies to assist, unless the lien is removed, or dramatically reduced.

I was in court supporting a family member sitting behind attorney and observed this attorney on his phone throughout the hearing on what appeared to be social media. He was not in court to do what he was paid for and instead appeared uninterested and bored.

After being in a car accident I was worried and totally lost on what to do or who to call for help. I heard a lot of bad stories about dealing with insurance companies, so I decided to find a lawyer; but again I didn't know who to call and then I came across Joel Black's number. I was able to do a consultation over the phone, they answered all my questions, and I decided to take their services. They were polite and always kept me informed about what was going on in my case. I previously used them because of an attorney who was amazing but she was no longer here and I was in desperate need. I should have waited to find the new firm she was at. My experience with my second lawyer here was beyond disappointing. Pretty much lost my case. I even called to talk to Mark who is a partner here to discuss how disappointed I was with my lawyer. Had my lawyer used the evidence I suggested I think we had a better shot at what I wanted. Don’t use this firm and keep interviewing attorneys that actually care about your lives. A member of our family was in a terrible automobile accident. After it became apparent that we would need legal help, we began consulting with attorneys. We chose to work with Jon O’Steen because he seemed to be the most knowledgeable about the specific complexities of our situation. As the case progressed, we were impressed with the way in which he handled our claim.
Mr. O’Steen updated us every time there was new information and was patient with our endless barrage of questions. What I appreciated the most was that Mr. O’Steen made himself personally available to us within 24-48 hours of contact. In my experience, legal assistants are generally smart, capable professionals, however, sometimes a client needs to speak directly with their attorney. We were able to do that with Mr. O’Steen. In our search for legal help, we learned that this is not common.
Mr. O’Steen was detail-oriented, strategic, communicative, experienced, well-respected by his peers (an asset to his clients), professional, honest (yes, honest) and I believe that he sincerely cares for the best interest and welfare of his clients. Based on what we understand of the industry, he is a rare find. I highly recommend working with Mr. O’Steen if you should ever need an attorney. You will not be disappointed.

I found him unprofessional in how he responded to me and it took extended time to get a response and many times you had to ask questions over and over to get an answer. He has technical knowledge but his communication, diligence and stsying on point for the client is very lacking. I had to stay on deadlines and manage my case. He told me information that I found untrue because it seemed he was staying informed with what was going on. What makes it worse us when I brought up my initial concern that turned into dissatisfaction and ultimately ending him representing me, he really didn't care. He seemed entitled and too busy. His responses usually ignored my unhappiness completely. I would not reccomend him unfortunately.

It was a lucky day when I found Mr Garrison in the yellow pages. I just wanted to ask a question. He came to my house took on my information and away we went down the insurance road. I have never done this before, but he sure made it easy comfortable to talk to him. Marcus Finefrock has been my daughtors court appointed attorny for almost a year never returns phone calls, has been telling her he is going to scedual a settlement confrence for 3 months and each court date is continued. He has done absolutly nothing to help my daughtor and her case. he is the worst lawyer I have ever came across. He misses court dates and has failed to even communicate anything about my daughtors case with her. If your looking to hire a lawyer make sure you by pass this one cause he is not the kind of lawyer you want repressenting you.
