This guy is awesome. He came to my house even though I didn't get off work until 6PM. He explained everything to me until I understood what was going on with my case. He didn't talk down to me and didn't make me feel dumb for not understanding. He's young but he's extremely smart. Very detail oriented and he doesn't let anything get passed him.

I contacted Lorenz for some business law help. Specifically, I had some questions about a contract and NDA that were being drawn up, and I wanted some answers from a local attorney. It was important for me to understand the language of the contract, and there were a few things that weren't quite making sense. Lorenz provided quick responses, and a no-nonsense translation and explanation of the legal language that I was stuck on, as well as great advice on how to move forward. In March of 2013 I was hit by an on coming car that totaled mine and put me in the hospital with a severe brain concussion which left me with memory loss and mental fatigue.

Charles had a special way of handling situations that to say the least, we're my oversight and poor judgement on my part and he would flat out tell me my position and what we could do or not. He doesn't waste your time or his trying to undo what has been done. I had not put my name on a house we bought 2004, put in her name only for personal reasons, then got married the next week in Maui. 2013 ex wife filed for divorce, I had never put my name on Deed of Trust. I thought for sure it was like Chicago and I was going to to get My fair share. Had alot of hard knocks, fun time remodeling.. The return when sold netted her a fortune, which in my case not so good. I learned a valuable lesson and my attorney teased me which he does to lighten the grief, shock. He means no ill will, just some words to ease the pain. He has helped me when I did not think you needed a lawyer, such as DUI blood test had me convicted before I got to court, not so fast he said, then proceeded to dismantle the states shotty blood analysis by doing our own independent blood lab. Had a little luck of the Irish behind the gavel also. Reckless driving be OK with your client. As a fellow lawyer that recommended him in 2012, Did I want the fancy clothed, big building, TV commercial guy or do you want the guy that fights the fight, gets the job done, and tells you the truth, bills a fair dollar, and also tells you your wasting your time and money. It's about results some good, some hard to swallow. If you hire him, tell him to shine those shoes and wear a belt and get one fancy suit, which will have to be made since he loves the gym...

In 2006 my son got into a little trouble coming home from a Senior trip in Mexico.
At first I was a little worried about my son having a court appointed attorney but when I saw Mr. Camarena in action my worries were wiped away. He got straight to the point and made sure my sons rights were fully exercised. What would have been a drawn out case, was short and sweet, Prosecutor requested another day in court, Instead the case was dismissed due to Mr. Camarena's aggressiveness and knowledge of the law. I was so impressed that when an unexpected event occured a couple of years later (2008) that involved my husband, there was no question who to call, unfortunately he was not available so we hired his associate Mrs. Terri Capozzi we figured if she works with Mr. Camarena then she must be just as good. so far all is well, as soon as it is all over I will post a reveiw for Mrs. Capozzi I'm confident that there will be a positive outcome.

Richard represented me and the estate for which I was the executor in a wrongful death suit. He agreed to work on my case when several other attorneys had declined either because it was a conflict of interest (they did work for the insurance company involved) or the case appeared to be too difficult. I found Richard to be conscientious, passionate, and caring. He vigorously represented my interests and I found his work to be exemplary. Richard's extensive knowledge and broad experience guided us to a reasonable settlement which I was fully satisfied with. His rate was not cheap, but one cannot expect to find good help for cheap. I feel Richard delivered good value.

Hi, I am a client of Ms. Pelletier. Back in August 2014 my boyfriend and I encountered a problem with our landlord leading into a case to the court. We went to do our response, and from there I didn't know how to proceed on the case. I had used the internet to find a lawyer to see what we could do, but had no luck. Then I remembered that there was an office downtown Phoenix, near the courts called Legal Community Services. I filled out an application to see if I qualified to have a lawyer to look at my case. About a week or 2 went by, when I received a phone call from the secretary for Ms. Janis Pelletier. She called me, met with me in person. We spoke about my case, about what we could do and what was the next step. As a result, the landlord we had took us to court for nonpayment for rent, electricity and accusing us of tampering with an APS electric meter. Our lawyer, Ms. Pelletier, helped us by filing a motion to dismiss. The case was dismissed, and then the landlord refiled against us in a total of 3 times. By, the second time the landlord refiled against us, the case was transferred to an arbitrator. From there, I contacted our lawyer, and she filed for another motion to dismiss. once again, the case was dismissed. On January 6th, the landlord refiled against us once more. I communicated with Ms. Pelletier, and she was kind to file another motion to dismiss. Finally, our case is dismissed and closed. Ms. Pelletier is a great, kind, communicative, and caring person. I met Karl through my employee assistance program and after one meeting I hired him. Prior to hiring Karl I had lost my 3 year old case with my HOA who had a civil judgment of over $12,000.00 against me, and a lien against my property. The HOA was also seeking garnishment of my earnings. Several other law firms who reviewed the case recommended that I pay the judgment, or file bankruptcy. When Karl was done with the HOA, the garnishment was stopped, the lien lifted, and quite unbelievably Karl negotiated with the HOA who paid me $5,000.00! And yes, the judgment was no longer something I had to pay! Karl was honest with me, and his fees were very reasonable.
