Steve represented me when I was involved in a car accident on the interstate last year. I suffered a closed head brain bleed. Steve was able to recover my medical expenses, wage loss, and damages for my pain and suffering. He also was able to detect multiple sources of insurance coverage to provide me compensation. I personally was able to speak with Steve through out the case and felt like he sincerely was interested in achieving the absolute best result for me. Of all the attorneys I ever worked with- this individual was one of the most helpful individuals I ever met in my life., I am a physician - I had a problem with an administration playing games that are not uncommon in Tucson. Hardy understood the problem even after my meandering attempt to explain the problem. He was able to see the problem clearly and took the appropriate steps to get the problem administration- to understand their behavior was unprofessional and was inconsistent with their own policies and procedures- and their unrealistic demands to try and get us to work several additional hours without proper compensation represents harassment. Although the same agency is still harassing their current staff- Hardy's help put the agency on notice. It allowed me and several others to escape the poor working conditions they were imposing on their entire staff. Without Hardy's help- the agency would of kept making unfair and unrealistic demands on the staff and myself. Before consulting with Hardy- the agency was ignoring its own policies and procedures - and making unfair demands at their staff. Staff who did not follow these demands were fired and threatened they agency would report this to the employees licensing board. The agency removed important protections for the workers that was written in clear language in their policy and procedures. Hardy made it clear to the agency they were in violation of their own rules. After his notification- several of us were able to successfully get out of our contracts because their demands were in clear violation of policy. When we tried to point this out to the administration before I consulted Hardy- the administration used smoke and mirrors to justify their improper demands. After Hardy made it clear that the agency was violating their own policy with their demands the administration quickly backed away from their demands and most of the staff who were effected - were able to leave the agency. If it was not for Hardy- this would never of happened- and we would of been forced to work in a hostile environment.
I recommend Hardy without any reservations- he really saved many of our staff and myself from continued harassment from the agencies medical director and her distorted use of the agencies own guidelines.

This man is so understanding & he listens to you & gives up his time to talk to you as long as you need to. In 2021, I was a victim of police misconduct and excessive use of force by the police department in a small town in Arizona. I decided to sue the city/police dept and begin making calls to attorneys in the area. Spoke with at least 20 or 30 different attorneys before finally being referred to Andy Gartman. Andy was highly effective, professional, and helpful throughout every step of the process. My first conversation with Andy was very encouraging because he listened to everything I had to say with open ears and an open mind. Andy obtained and reviewed all of the evidence including body cam footage, police reports, an d other key documents (all of which was strongly in my favor, and helped both Andy and I build conviction in the strength of our case). Andy then crafted a masterful notice of claim and negotiated a favorable settlement before ever going having to go to trial. I would also note that Andy's fees are very reasonable and he is very fair in terms of what he charges. Andy is also a down to earth, good hearted person who wants to help you if you have been wronged. I cannot recommend him more highly, and I strongly suggest you contact him if you are looking for help in the legal areas he covers.

Walter Riveria helped me be successful after being in a car accident. Walter suggested an auto body repair shop, a chiropractor, and a medical doctor after the accident. I highly recommend Attorney Carl Engstrand. When I was involved in a wreck I was on the receiving end of the other person’s insurance company, and although that company was admitting fault, it was obviously in business to cut its losses. Met Lionel through Fasttrackdivorce.com. Pure chance selection from a list of attorneys practicing non-adversarial family law. Lionel is a very approachable individual with a deferential personality. The collaborative process we started did not succeed in the end, but Lionel, during the course of the two years it lasted, warned and coached me, first with a view to success, then, when it became apparent that collaboration was failing, he spelled out approaches to take in order to proceed with as much success as would be possible. He seems unique in that he took the initative to treat us all to snacks/lunch. He was always prepared, friendly, very knowledgeable of the law, and in no way shied away from voicing his opinion. This was my first ever car accident. I’d never gone through this experience before and boy, was I put through the ringer. I was hit by a semi truck changing lanes and pushed into another semi truck to my right. I was scared, confused and this was my very first car (which I loved, so I was very sad about it haha). The moment I spoke to the team and to Chris, I felt comforted. I felt supported and encouraged.
The other guy’s insurance company that we were trying to settle with fired and rehired at least 5 different case workers for my case alone. Now the company is going under. Chris. Was. Awesome. They put red tape, hoops and so many other things in front of him and he just led me through it every step of the way.
During this time (March 2019- December 2019) my car was classified as abandoned, had the wheel stollen off of it, the battery stolen off of it, and some of the items inside were also stolen while it sat on the lot. Someone from the tow yard decided to steal the title on the car. I moved states. I got married. I was taking classes. AND SO MANY OTHER THINGS.
So everything that could have happened during this time DID. And Chris was ALWAYS on top of it. He was so communicative and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I could ALWAYS get a hold of Chris at least within the same day and that’s something I really appreciate.
I’m very grateful and blessed by Chris and the team because of the way they “held my hand” from start to finish, even through the absolute WORST parts of it. Thank you Chris!!

My experience working with John Leader could not have been better! My case (including all of the Appeals) lasted over 7 years. Throughout the entire process (which was very emotional and difficult for me), John was knowledgeable, communicative, yet understanding and comforting in regards to what I was going through. Last but not least....we won our case (which had never been done before against this entity), and prevailed through 3 appeals! The judgement exceeded all of our expectations. I was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck by another vehicle that ran a stop sign. I was hurt badly. The company that was insuring the vehicle I was in was giving me the run around, while the insurance company of the at fault driver was completely ignoring me. I needed help fast. A friend of mine suggested Wattel and York, so with hesitation I sent off an email. Within literally 5 minutes I received a phone call. Much to my surprise it was the attorney’s office, and not just a paralegal or legal assistant. The ACTUAL attorney called me and discussed my case! I went in the following day for a consultation and they took my case. Throughout the whole process, all I can say is how wonderful this firm is. From their legal assistants and paralegals all the way up the lawyers themselves. They’re timely and accurate in their communication, whether it is over email or telephone. I could call and talk with the attorney anytime, and they would drop what they were currently doing to answer any questions I had. My fear and despondency disappeared with sweet release as I read the demand letter that Michael York sent to the insurance companies. It was extremely well written and was “matter of fact” in its demands. The insurance companies paid out in full all that was requested from the demand letter without hesitation. I would HIGHLY recommend this law firm to anyone who was injured in an automobile accident. This law firm really does fight for you!

Thankfully, I've led a benign life. I learned when I was very young from my wise parents that life by itself is difficult enough without negatively encountering the law. I went to college with those who became attorneys, and have known attorneys through working for charities we had in common, but I never needed legal representation until I was nearly 65 years old.
It was a horrific traffic accident I was in nearly three years ago that first caused me to find and secure an attorney. There were several that urged me to contact the firm Wattell & York, one friend, having been in the same circumstance years ago, saying, “You don't stand a chance against the insurance companies. Its against their best interest and bottom line that they pay out claims of any size to anyone.”
My first conversation after registering was with Michael York, one of the general partners of the firm. He took his time explaining in layman's terms the course ahead, then invited me to contact him at any time I had a question, concern, or thought. He was terrific and put any trepidations I had to rest. And my confidence in he and his team only grew as my case unfolded. When complexities arose, and they always do, I was so impressed and appreciative of his long and detailed correspondence, clearly articulating options.
Throughout the complex and distended process of my case, I was always kept current as to the status of all developments as they transpired. Through much communication and correspondence, it was so evident to see that the general partners of the firm and all supportive staff act as a tightly coordinated force, always pressing forward with their client's best interest in mind.

I had a significant problem with a large auto insurance company in paying labor rates at a recommended auto body shop. After 9 months of squabbling including a demand letter from an attorney, I was referred to Mr. York.
Mr. York took the case and was able to work with the insurance company in an efficient and timely matter. He was able to get me reimbursed in only a few short weeks. I would highly recommend Mr. York to anyone.

I was involved in a car accident after college. Thinking I could handle it myself, I learned the hard way why you need an attorney to represent you. Recently I was involved in a second accident, and I hired Chris to represent me. His office handled everything. He made sure my rights were protected while I was healing and kept a bad situation from getting worse. I learned from my first accident that you can mess up a case very quickly by saying or doing something wrong. It was not worth the risk to repeat that, so I am very glad I hired Chris. When I first went to the law office to meet Marc my anxiety level was extremely high..Within I would say 1-2 minutes Marc was so down to earth my anxiety completely went away! Jim Penney has successfully assisted with multiple unfortunate civil issues encountered here in Southeastern Arizona.
In a government position, a female co-worker made bogus accusations that she had been sexually harassed. When it came time for the deposition, she suddenly had a severe case of amnesia and in fact became quite angry when Jim caught her in her insatiable scenario of lies.
At a retail store, a female manager kept using unwelcomed words of endearment such as “hon, daring, sweetie…” when we were not dating. After multiple requests to stop such conduct, termination was the ultimate punishment. Jim was able to obtain a “Right to Sue Letter” from the E.E.O.C.
An H.O.A. President felt it was OK for females to enter the Men’s shower facility unannounced. An effective but diplomatic warning from Jim took care of that problem.
Another employer felt it was appropriate to terminate an employee for reporting serious health and safety issues on the job site in addition to known sex offenders hanging out in the children’s area. His representation earned an unemployment insurance claim.
