Where do I begin with writing this review? Since my motorcycle collision with an F150 truck back in September 2013, I have sought closure and compensation for the incident. I was pulled out in front of by this said F150 truck with no warning.
After my couple of week stay in the hospital and quite a few large hospital bills later, I needed immediate representation to try and retrieve compensation for lost income, damage to myself and my motorcycle. I found this by a recommendation of a family friend when they referred me to Levenbaum Trachtenberg and the Law Tigers.
When I first called the Law Tigers, I was greeted in my home as I was out of work at the time and could not really travel. They assured me that they would fight for me in the very best possible way legally. After many obstacles and some time later, my case went to trial and we won. This attorney was recommended to me by another attorney who had a full case load and couldn’t handle my case. I had already went through 2 other attorneys that had done absolutely nothing on my case. I knew George was different as soon as we spoke on the phone. He took my case and immediately went to work he was on top of the insurance company head from Day 1. Originally, I was a client of the firm 24 years ago. Sadly, I had a need for an injury claim a second time in my life and had such a wonderful experience, that I reached out to them again. This time I had the pleasure of working with Joseph D’Aguanno and Matin Mathers. They have a wonderful team of lawyers and I was so lucky to have them at my back. I needed an attorney and called Mr. Jamal Allen. I spoke directly to him and hired him after consultation. Mr Allen listened to my concerns and explained the legal ramifications of my case. I hired Mr. Schiffman and his law firm to help me get the benefits that I was awarded, but the insurance company/carrier was dragging their feet on paying out.

Randal took a chance on me when no other attorney would. I had lost my case on a technicality two years prior and NOT A SINGLE attorney would handle my appeal. I forged ahead on my own with help of family and got it overturned. It was the hardest thing I had ever done, but I only had to argue that the judge did not do his job. Once it was overturned, I had to actually proved my case. I did not have the legal chops to do that, even though everything that had happened to me was wrong! I missed a hearing because I did something wrong and was not notified, and started to spiral. Again, I contacted so many attorneys for consults. This case was 5 years old, and the size of a mountain and Randal said YES! He fought for me, and when we there were things he wasn't sure he could handle himself...he brought on another attorney at no additional charge to me! Together, these two were my warriors and super heroes! Finally, after 7 years...my case is done and favorable! I cannot thank Randal Hutson enough for taking that chance on me and fighting for what was right!

highly recommend Jimmy Cook and his law firm if you are involved in a traffic accident. I was hit by a semi-truck on the I10 freeway at a high rate of speed and was subsequently hit by two other vehicles. As I sat in the ER I saw Jimmy Cook's commercial and immediately did a review of his former clients and researched how other lawyers rated him. His reviews were excellent and his handling of my case has proved he has earned those high reviews. He not only gives you his cell phone number but he takes the time to listen to you and your concerns and sets your mind at ease through a very stressful time. He was always available to talk to me and his staff treats you the same way. When it came to the medical care I needed I was frustrated with my insurance company's providers, high deductibles and out of pocket costs and Jimmy provided me with alternate providers that were cost effective or accepted my insurance so I had no out of pocket costs. These providers took the time to explain every aspect of my care and provided me with excellent treatment. After recovering from back surgery and completing my treatments the opposing insurance company tried to say that my injuries were pre-existing even though I had no prior medical issues whatsoever. Jimmy fought to get them to recognize that if not for the accident, I would not have the injuries I sustained. My settlement was more than I expected and I am very happy with the outcome and how I was treated during the entire process.

At first I called three local attorneys, two of which didn’t handle my type of case and left me at a lost as to which direction I should go. The third attorney I contacted didn’t handle my situation as well, but took the time to explain that I needed a Contract Law attorney and went further to recommend an attorney that specialized in case vs. auto dealerships. I was grateful for the lead and immediately contacted the Law Office of Choi & Fabian. Right from my initial conversation with Ms. Fabian I knew she was knowledgeable about automobile contracts and was very patient as I explained my dilemma. She asked to review the contracts and related documents. While waiting over the course of a weekend, I received a call from the dealership stating they have reconsidered our issue and were willing to unwind the deal. I spoke with Ms. Fabian on Monday and she agreed that a simple and quick resolution is favorable. I was not out for vengeance or a punitive damages award. I had a bad fall out with my business partners. When I hired Adam I was on the verge of completely losing all my shares to my partners because they had the majority vote.
After our first meeting, I knew he was going to be my lawyer because he asked all the right questions. He explained what my rights were and the legality (or lack of) in what they were trying to do to me. He discussed a few approaches I could take and discussed all the pros and cons of every approach. He took all my advice into consideration when putting a game plan together. So of course I hired him.
I was ready for a very long battle because it got very personal between us. I knew nobody was willing to budge. To make a long story short, it is now 6 months later and the case is over. I sold my shares for almost 10% more than my asking price.
