Wow! I am so grateful for Trevor and everyone else at Quirk Law Firm for handling my case and getting me some money for the pain and suffering. I got hit and initially thought I was not injured and told the insurance companies as such. However, a few days after my accident I felt pain all up my back and my shoulders. I was worried I could not do anything because I had already told the insurance companies I was not hurt. So I got in contact with Johnny Martinez over at Quirk Law Firm and he handled everything! I literally called him once and explained to him what happened and he handled the rest. He set me up with an extraordinary and kind chiropractor named Dr. Kraft that got me back to full health with no pain within a couple of months! I didn’t pay for a single thing. I came to Adam Savin, Way to late. I Received, A TBI, in 1999. I was hit in the head neck head again. 2001,fell through a floor in 2002. 1/2003 Flew 16’ off a 8’ ladder in 40mph winds then bounced 6’ backwards. STUDIOWC attorney said if I signed for only 9% FOR 2003 injures. He said I was a minimum of 49% by 2/2003 just in physical PAIN NEVER BELOW 7of 10 Pain Day and Night. He said he would represent me. If I did exactly as he said. Do not tell Union. Dont speak to Labor relations about harassment. Mainly If I allow him to represent me “”His Words to help Represent me”” . If I did not get my own Lawyer. HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME , I COULD FINISH OUT THe SIT-COM I was already bestboy on.UNTILL IT ENDED. Then he would file the final court case for me. “He Said I WAS THE STUDIO FAMILY.” That he would get me a continuous Trauma case. All inclusive, 1/3 only would be 49% in physical Injuries. Add in Depression Mental distress. Never to work as a grip ever again. He would get me the $$ money I deserve. By then it was 2005/6 TIME TO GO TO COURT . Their WC attorney said “” I could not talk about my daily SUICIDIAL thoughts, or being depressed. That I Couldnt say I could not do my job as required by My Local 80. Union. Just before he and I walked in judge Chambers WC Studio WC attorney said he worked for WC Studio not me he could not really represent me if I sign for 9% I can keep working. When show over he will guide me to get CT Trial filed. I Vomited the I wasn’t scr C1-c2Pinched bulged disks pinching the nerves Called OCCIPITAL NEURALGIA”” chronic migraines. I went to WC AME NEUROLOGIST 3times He said he never heard of “OCCIPITAL NEURALGIA” theAME QME. Said I had on set Parkinson’s. 7 times I saw paid off , my opinion. AME,QMES AT COST $8Kto $12,000.00. Per visit. IN 1999 The stress of Just having our 2nd Daughter, March, 23, 99, wife had postpartum, 1995 Married with 1st. Baby Girl. I got A “TBI”,5/99. It was””later verified by UCLA”” & Hinted To by WORKCOMP,CA.AME Hired Neurologist, & twice by the BARRINGTON Psychiatric Institute. Whom Stated both Visits I Should have Further Studies to rule out Specific abnormalities. But Studio WC wouldn’t agree pay Complete Reports”purposely ignoring” the suggestions by both AME DR.s. I was Told by WC nurses & Dept. Head of WC in 99 . She Told me to be careful and get outside Ct, Mri Scans. Plus, The HEAD OF Grip Dept. Said “ If I Do not drop the WC Law Suit Claim Against the Studio I would Never Work as A Best Boy Grip For him Again.”” Plus That if my “”Head , Neck and Shoulder hurt that much. I Certainly could not work on the Construction Gang” “. So there would not Be Any work at for me. At That Studio. Plus if I’m that hurt. I couldn’t Work Legally as a grip at other studios, As an injured Grip. Because we must be able to lift push pull stoop bend carry . 150+ pounds at any time. Not refusing any work or it is against the union bylaws. “””He said Unless I do not Stop the WC Law Suit against The Studio. And take the Best Boy Position, I WOULD NOT HAVE WORK AT The Studio again. “” HE Then Stated that He Needed me to Best Boy the Upcoming TV Show. Because the Producers from The last few pilots I did Personally requested me. “” I told him,I Respectfully Refuse only because I was unable to Physically Do the Job In the Professional Manner I Expect from myself and that Put me in his Top Tier Lucky Hand Picked Christian group of BestBoys. He was Dept. Head In 1995 & The Studio Best Boys were Not Respected. So He grip head, Being A Steadfast Christian like I. Wanted All Believers With Ethics & Morals. were Asking for Me. In 1999. I got the TBI with non stop headache of 2-3/10 ZURRICK was the WC insurance carrier The studio was not yet, self Insured in MAY OF 1999 when a 40 pound steel prop fell 3’ down just above the left eye. Replaced with Aig and a new WC Head Not so tough before the next year when they became SELF INSURED. Then everything changed. For the worse.

I was really happy with the service provided by Daniel and Ayal. They always made themselves availablr to answer my questions without making me feel like a bother. Only putting 4 stars instead of 5 because Maria, the receptionist, was kind of rude. But I just spoke with Daniel for the first time since my wedding, and when I told him about my experience with Maria, he explained that she was only at the firm for a week until him and Ayal picked up on her less than friendly attitude and let her go. Very much respect that they saw the issue so quickly and fixed it.

I was hit by a red light runner. My car was total-ed and the other car fled from the scene. I had a dashcam. I contacted Mark and later retained him as my attorney. Mark explains things very well and very patiently. Mark is very familiar with the laws and the process. He told me what the options are and what to expect. The legal process was long. But Mark works hard till the end. He communicated with him from time to time about the case progress. Finally I obtained satisfactory compensation to cover my medical expenses and other loss. Mark was thorough in his follow through and attention to my case. The only issue was in my case settlement exception which was set way to high based on we actually ended up receiving in the end. Ended up settling for less than 50% of what we had discussed due to the insurance company not moving and us not wanting to go to court once the costs for that process were discussed

Julia Parranto , is professional but kind, she took my case after a insurance company said they would not pay my medical bills. They felt if damaged is under 1000 that you can't be hurt. Which believe me is not true when somebody slams into the back of you. after a year and a half we met with other insurance company. Because of her knowledge and the way she presented my case. Ms. Parranto was recommended to me by my bankruptcy attorney after my involvement in a motorcycle collision. Her accomplishments iny case include the following: 1. She obtained the policy limit payouts for me despite the fact that the other car did not hit me or I it. Violating my right-of-way I still avoided impact with his vehicle but struck the ground hard leading to significant injury and a 9 day hospitalization. 2. My covered medical bills were in excess of $100,000. My employer group provider could make claim on the other party insured payout to me up to their out of pocket charges. Ms. Parranto was confident she could at a minimum keep that to no more then 1/3 of my recovery which paid out 5 months after the accident. 8 1/2 months later she released me another 8% of the recovery after concluding negotiations with my health insurer. Ms. Parranto was also a great resource in teaching me about prudent insurance strategies. Ms. Parranto has my unreserved endorsement if you need a PI attorney. Her representation of me was professional. She delivered all she said she would and more. She does not over promise.

From public defenders, to private pay attorneys, Conrad is the best attorney I have ever had, and I’ve had a few. I recently had a vandalism case, in which the DA twisted into domestic violence. I decided to take the case to trial. Conrad didn’t just win the trial, he got the charges dropped and case dismissed before it even went to trial. He never told me what I had to do. He gave me options and helped me make an educated decision. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but his personality created a safe and comfortable environment. I was not just a case; I was a person. He showed genuine care and concern for my situation. He put so much time into my case. He was passionate about my case. I am so impressed by Attorney Conrad Kuyawa. I have had professional dealings with him in the past via the legal community of which I am a part, but tonight I had a personal issue I needed experienced advice on, and contacted Mr. Kuyawa. He responded IMMEDIATELY and made himself available by phone for a consultation. At like 9 pm on a Tuesday night. Unheard-of. He was kind and knowledgeable and surprised me with the extent to which he knows his stuff. A very close friend of mine is having issues with a tenant who has become a menace. Refuses to pay rent, urinating under the house, playing music loud into the night, and refusing to leave. Due to some extenuating circumstances that I don't want to divulge publically, I thought there was no way to get this guy out. Conrad was very confident that one of two proposed methods could work, and even recommended the one that didn't involve hiring him right away. Even to hire him, he had two options--to hire him to prepare the forms needed (which must be completed accurately and WITHOUT ANY ERROR) for a small fee and then represent ourselves, or hire him for the eviction process for a very reasonable rate. I was thinking $150-$300 an hour and this is NOT the case. If you think you can't afford an attorney to assist on an eviction, think again and call Conrad. As an aside, I also know that he has handled criminal defense cases as well. I believe he works primarily East Bay (Contra Costa, San Joaquin, maybe Alameda County), but if you have a DUI or other type of criminal or personal injury case, contact him as well. I have no doubt that his calm demeanor and intelligence will win you over too! The situation is new and my friend and I need to ponder what the next step will be, but if we hire anyone, it will definitely be Conrad Kuyawa. Highly recommend this man! THANK YOU!

Do NOT use this law firm. They hardly respond to their customers, and they are thieves. They told me they’d pay my medical bills with the money received for my case, and over 2 years later I’m being contacted about my unpaid medical bills. I’ve tried reaching out MULTIPLE times to BD&J to settle this, they transfer me to multiple people, leave you on hold, don’t respond to voicemails. They stole my money and left me with unpaid medical bills. I specifically dealt with Edgar, Cenny, and Jasmine. DO NOT USE THEM!

Kept second guessing myself when I considered switching attorneys but it turned out to be the best decision I made. The case manager at the first law office I hired was never available and even when he was he would tell me there were no updates. After 4 months of getting no where I called around and found Krasney Law. They ended up settling my case within 3 months!!

Contacted other law firms and they answered some of my questions but made me feel like I was being pushed to just hurry up and "sign up". I reached out to Krasney Law and my case manager was so patient, and answered all my questions and never once made me feel like I was obligated to hire them.
