My husband and I were referred to Mark by our chiropractor after my husband was in an accident. Even though the situation was one that would not have been typically taken on by an accident attorney, Mark did. He made us feel like he really cared about what was happening to us and about the unfortunate circumstances that came our way throughout our case. He was almost always available to talk by phone when we needed to, and responded promptly to emails. He worked diligently to try to get us compensation, was upfront and honest about what he thought was a probable outcome. He was truly sympathetic and disappointed for us when the insurance companies messed things up for us, and pushed to get us as much as possible. We really appreciate Mark, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We hope we never have to use an accident attorney again, but if we did, we would choose Mark again.

From the very first contact, Mark was a true professional. He explained the in’s and out’s of the process in laymen’s terms and from that point, he took care of everything up to the point where I received a settlement check which was more than I was expecting. Mark is a very low pressure attorney, but he obviously knows what he’s doing. He recommended some changes in my auto insurance coverage which I hadn’t thought of. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services—hopefully I won’t ever need them again.

I highly recommend Makarem & Associates and specifically attorney Britland Kenworthy. I was fired from a brand new employer after I informed them that I had some lab results that were positive for cancer and urgently needed to get followup testing. Eight days later they terminated me. Turns out that I was cancer free but the stress of the whole situation was unbelievable and I was a mess. Makarem took my case and Britland fought for me even when it looked like a losing proposition. The settlement they reached was a lifesaver for my wife and I and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Patrick and Samantha did a fantastic job of prioritizing and getting the best possible outcome for what became a long and arduous case mainly due to COVID. I consulted with Patrick in September of 2019 and he walked me through what my options were and how things would look like to get my matter handled.
While navigating the court and DMV systems, the pandemic hit and everything became a waiting game. Fast forward to 2022, wanting to get the matter settled and a very determined district attorney, we ended up in trial and Patrick and Samantha showed up prepared and optimistic, guiding me through everything.
In the end, we received the outcome we were hoping for.
Throughout the almost three years of us working on this case, they made sure to keep me in the loop the entire time.
Any other attorney could have easily racked up a mountain of fees for the extended duration of this ordeal, however Patrick was honest and open throughout his legal obligation to me.

Simply put - I owe Patrick so much I can't make a Google review that really covers it. I went in for a simple issue that should have just gone away, but he treated it very seriously. I can't recommend this attorney enough! Unlike other firms that asked for 40% of my total settlement, he structured his fees based on my case's potential, only taking 45% of anything above a certain amount. Attorney Pingle is not greedy like other law firms, and he settled my case in just a months. He didn't over-complicate things or pressure me, just asked a few key questions and got right to work. I was in an accident and was referred to this law firm by a family member who had a good experience with this office. I can happily say the same. Any time I had a question or needed medical advice or help, they answered promptly and made sure I was taken care of. For me, it was more about getting my injuries fixed and they provided excellent physicians. If there was one I didn’t like, they immediately switched them out until I was happy (only took 1x for that). Overall, David and his team were able to also advocate and get the maximum monetary value for me, as well, which was secondary to what I truly wanted, but a very good surprise. I’m very happy with David and hope I won’t need him again, but would happily be a return customer.

My wife and I were in a car accident and decided to take legal action against the person whose vehicle hit us. I paid him $5000. Once he received the money he was MIA more often than not. His receptionist gave one excuse after another and would tell me that I had exceeded "talk time" provided by the retainer although my records indicated otherwise. On the few occasions that I was able to speak with him he claimed he had Covid or RSV. I later heard this was one of his standard excuses.
