Jeff and team were exceedingly thorough. Jeff explained difficult concepts so that my wife and I could understand them without having a legal education. I was amazed at the time he spent with us answering our questions. He created a fairly complex will and trust for us quickly and at a surprisingly low cost. Jennifer (paralegal) spent hours with us, arranging documents, making requested changes and walking us through the trust “funding” and execution process. I love Ryan overall and his attentiveness to my case. It took over two years to finally get a settlement but he kept at it. Ryan kept working day and night giving me updates throughout the process and always answering the phone no matter the time or day. Mr. Fisher took my case when three other lawyers turned it down. I was cut off on my motorcycle by a truck that drove away and although I had the license plate of the truck no other lawyer wanted to take the time to go and find the trucking company and the witness wouldnt cooperate. Once Mr. Fisher got involved within 3 weeks he got a good witness statement and had identified the trucking company. After that it only took a month for him to get all my bills paid and get me a settlement that was alot more than I was expecting.

Once Allen took the case, within two months we had a mediation hearing and a settlement was reached---one beyond my wildest dreams. Allen was thorough and expedient but also truly caring and understanding about the emotions of what I was going through. When my daughter had been in the hospital for several weeks with no improvement, I contacted Mr. Tittle. He was very caring, understanding, and compassionate. After my daughter died, I contacted him again. I talked to Allen several times on the phone before we met. I hired Mr. Tittle and he brought a lawsuit against the doctor who caused her death. I had no idea what a personal injury case was or how to proceed with contacting a lawyer about my hit and run accident last year. The team at Obral Silk & Pal were welcoming and most importantly, LISTENED to me and what I had to say. Attorney Jacob DeBaltzo really understood my case from start to finish, he made sure to follow up with me frequently and thoroughly answered any questions I had. He really went above and beyond to fight for me and I can’t thank him enough. The process was incredibly quick, even quicker than I thought, and Jacob also made sure to set expectations as for time frames, settlement numbers including the attorney fees. Most importantly, when I received the final settlement, I didn’t feel ripped off or like they took a huge amount of attorney fees. I ended up with the largest chunk of the entire settlement and I know for a fact not all law firms would work that way. As someone who knows little to nothing about how attorneys work, I’m more than grateful to have found an honest attorney who really cares.
