I had no idea what a personal injury case was or how to proceed with contacting a lawyer about my hit and run accident last year. The team at Obral Silk & Pal were welcoming and most importantly, LISTENED to me and what I had to say. Attorney Jacob DeBaltzo really understood my case from start to finish, he made sure to follow up with me frequently and thoroughly answered any questions I had. He really went above and beyond to fight for me and I can’t thank him enough. The process was incredibly quick, even quicker than I thought, and Jacob also made sure to set expectations as for time frames, settlement numbers including the attorney fees. Most importantly, when I received the final settlement, I didn’t feel ripped off or like they took a huge amount of attorney fees. I ended up with the largest chunk of the entire settlement and I know for a fact not all law firms would work that way. As someone who knows little to nothing about how attorneys work, I’m more than grateful to have found an honest attorney who really cares. Bruce Rutsky was recommended to me and did not fail me. I live in FL. While on vacation, I fell into a hole in a parking lot in Cleveland Ohio and broke my leg. I was getting nowhere on my own and he was willing to take my case. He explained the Ohio "open and obvious" case law clearly. Bruce did an excellent job of representing my daughter in a case that she did not want to use a court appointed lawyer for. Mr. Spiccia handeled my car accident and injury claim case with the utmost professionalism and all due dilligence. He appraised me of the process and updated and advised me with a clear consistent and step by step professional manner and I always felt he was in control of the case and that my interests were fully and capably being respresented to both my own and the other party's insurance companies. During our divorce Robert was more concerned with the lies he heard from my wife than representing me to gain custody of my daughter. He said on multiple occasions that the mother should automatically be granted more rights and the majority of the custody and thought nothing wrong of it. He also gave me some false legal advice that ended up backfiring. He was also having private conversations with my wife's lawyer and when I asked to be included in the emails he informed me that there are certain private matters that go on between two attorneys that would be inappropriate for the client to see. I could go on for a lost time describing all the things he did that were shady and wrong but I'll just say this, 2 weeks after hiring my new lawyer I had 50/50 custody of my daughter after barley seeing her for 6 months. Save yourself some trouble and pick someone else for your divorce lawyer unless you are a female I suppose.

I put one star but I wish I didn't have too..what's so funny is that the people who write a real but negative review, she instantly says she don't know the person and never represented them..smh..She didn't represent me and I will NEVER call her..She represented my nephew and he got life, didn't object to not one thing the prosecution trumped up, how tf a detective contaminate shell casings and she not object to the ones he claims were not..how can the prosecution play video statements in front of the jury when they were not introduced as evidence and she not object..How come not one victim show up in court other then the store clerk who didn't see the alleged aggressors but you let video statements from co defendants get played in open court with no objections..How was two Co defendants in the same cell for a year together when in statements they both admitting to being best friends and not know my nephew..Now with witnesses saying it was two alleged aggressors and none matched my nephew description, how the hell did you not fight for him, Ray Charles could see the B.S that was concocted in this case...But all u people saying she is a hands down good lawyer...lmao..yall must of had traffic tickets..

These lowlifes aren't even worth the time and trouble of hiring. They are greedy, care nothing for their clients and can't even do their job. I know of an individual they represented and this educated librarian sat there with his finger up his nose while the judge did his job for him. And if you owe them money, they threaten you, even if you are making payments to them. There a lot better attorneys in Columbus you can hire.

about the charges, I watched my life pass before my eyes. I even contemplated suicide if I were to be gone the rest
of my life. I have a little girl and the thought of not being in her life was impossible to even think about. With the

with me, and never waivered. When trial started She did her dam thing. It was my word against the other persons. Nancy
fought my case and held nothing back. She was prepared, on time, and you knew she knew her stuff. She saved my life. out
of 12 counts 4 got dismissed and the jury came back with a not guilty verdict. Words will never express the appreciation gratitude
and honor I have for Nancy. She saved my life. She stuck by my side and fought my case without holding anything back.
She handled the court room like a boss and was able to show the jury it was all lies. Without Nancy my life could
be gone today. I am able to continue to raise my daughter, share all the milestones with my fiance. I can enjoy being with my
family and moving on with my life. Nancy got me my life back. Hands down there is no other attorney I would recommend.
She is more like family now. She is one hell of a woman, and an attorney. Thank you Nancy for saving my life, and bringing me

I recommend Ms. Jamieson 1,000%. My son was looking at life in prison. My son is in his early 20's, and the circumstances surrounding the case did not look good for my son. But the case he was fighting he definitely didn't do, and it was his word against the other person. Nancy went in that court room and went above and beyond what I expected out of an attorney. She saved my sons life, out of 12 counts, 3 were dismissed, and the other ones came back all not guilty from the jury. Coming from a mother I would trust her with no questions asked, with any one of my kids lives. Now if you want someone who is going to tell you what you want to hear, she is not for you. She is a straight shooter no BS. She tells you exactly how it is whether you like it or not, and does not sugar coat anything. This is what I appreciate about her the most. But when it comes down to fighting for her client. She holds nothing back, and fights like no other attorney I have seen. I suggest you call her she will do her job 1000% if not more. I see its not just me; if you don't have money for lawyer (isn't that part of what they do) you're pretty much screwed. I got one return phone call that told me they couldn't help me....Lawyers don't come cheap i understand that, but it's irritating when 'legal aid' who also don't really help you, refer you to the bar association just for them to also tell you they can't help you. She took my case about 8 months ago. The store owner ignored her attempts to send collect his insurance through the mail and that was it. All I got was a text from her secretary every 5 weeks or so. Currently have a case and I'm with the Keaton Firm and it's a much better feeling.
