Best decision I made to switch lawyers to Kyle Steele. I had started with another attorney, but after twice having the ball dropped with my case, I switched to Kyle hoping for the best. And Kyle came through. I had a felony probation violation with 2 new felony charges. I was stressed. Kyle gave me his cell phone number and answered my questions within 24 hours. In the end, Kyle was able to get my original probation reinstated, and probation on the new charges. No Jail Time!!! Which I thought for sure was coming my way! Theres a reason this dude has over a hundred 5-star reviews and not a *single* 4-star or lower or negative review. Taylor is awesome, the only lawyer I’ve ever met (and, sadly, I’ve met a few) that 1. answers his own phone, 2. does it on the first ring, 3. remembers who you are, and what’s going on with your case, and 4. tells you the truth, not just whatever BS he can to get you off the phone (like every other criminal lawyer). He is my daughter’s public defender but has treated us better than all the paid lawyers I’ve hired! Will be using him again if the need arises.

I’m leaving this organization (2) stars. The second star came from you offering my $100.00 back after confirming with me you only work with “rich people” and not single mothers already struggling. The people seem nice and they respond to your concerns quickly….but if you ain’t rich this isn’t the law firm for you. My heart was broken when I begged them as a single mother to please work with me and I promise we could work out a realistic payment arrangement. Mr. Williams explained my case for child support and primary custody could possibly cost more than 4K. They also explained their retainer fees and how you’re billed for every call, text, email, or them touching your case. Lastly, per their organization direct response “I will advise you that if your retainer is depleted or you're retainer account ever has less than $1500, you will be asked to refill your retainer.” I advised them to go have a prayer with God and get back with me if they will accept 4K for my case and serve me as a client. I’m leaving you this long review because I’m an influencer as my side hustle and I want the world to see this and WAKE UP and realize money is the root of all evil! If God assigned you to be a lawyer he is trusting you with that higher level of authority to serve the people at your best ability. It’s 2025, times are hard I hope this is a wake up call for this organization to have a round table meeting and the subject should be “Do we really serve our people”? God bless these rich attorneys. May your money bring you happiness in this lifetime.

I highly recommend Winocour law if you are ever in an auto accident. I was first introduced to Jonathon Winocour about 20 years ago when my sister was hit by a drunk driver. He handled her case against him. Jonathon Winocour won my sister the full settlement. A couple years later I was in an auto accident which lead to serious spinal injury. Against all odds fighting insurance companies and adjusters, Jonathan Winocour prevailed and got the full settlement amount without even having to go to court. I was very impressed and grateful for his genius. He is a very personable and honest. He gives it to you straight, and he has your best interest at the forefront always! About ten years later I was involved in a second auto accident which cause more spinal injuries. Having my preexisting conditions, Jonathan had to prove this new accident had exacerbated my injuries. This was extremely difficult but not impossible for Winocour Law! He made the whole stressful process extremely smooth and easy for me. I knew I was in good hands and trusted Winocour Law to help me. Again, he won the settlement without going to court. I would highly recommend Winocour Law to friends and family! In fact, I have already done so. This is probably the best experience i've had with a personal injury attorney. Jennifer is much different that any other that i've hired. She is responsive and communicates through out the entire process. I've had law firms who won't/don't return your phone calls. Or they just are really slow to respond to your emails & questions. That is not the case with Jennifer Kasher's firm. I was able to text or call when I had questions or concerns. It was such a good experience that I hired her for more than one case. Finding Scott Frenkel was really an act of God...or maybe my deceased mother, or both. There is not enough room in this little box to share my personal admiration and professional experience with him. I'm no big corporation with deep pockets, but just an individual that was being wronged. Scott understood that. With all the cards laid out in my favor on the day we met, Scott listened to my "story" with the utmost compassion, professionalism, and expertise I could have asked for. He is fair, forthcoming, eager, and spot on brilliant. His attention to my case and immediate needs never wavered. Fortunately for me, he had an unexpected cancellation on the day I arrived at his office and he championed my cause.
