I was in a car wreck with my coworker, his wife and another friend. We all got hurt, my foot badly and had to have it repaired. My health insurance from work didn't want to cover my bills from a car crash. I needed help and Loncar &a Associates got me the help needed. Tom is a lawyer of action rather than just words. I hired him for a non-subscriber work injury. Prior to Tom, I initially hired an attorney, who never kept me informed, never would return my phones and was basically a lawyer of inaction and did not seemed to care about my case.
However, we Tom I just the opposite. Tom has excellent knowledge in that he has worked in the real business world prior to becoming a lawyer. He can empathize with the client and his case. He immediately became active on my case and has worked out a plan of action and has kept me informed.
I would recommend him and give him a five star rating. In my opinion he is a top gun as an attorney and rises above the lack of notification of case status and promptly returns phone calls.

Finding Scott Frenkel was really an act of God...or maybe my deceased mother, or both. There is not enough room in this little box to share my personal admiration and professional experience with him. I'm no big corporation with deep pockets, but just an individual that was being wronged. Scott understood that. With all the cards laid out in my favor on the day we met, Scott listened to my "story" with the utmost compassion, professionalism, and expertise I could have asked for. He is fair, forthcoming, eager, and spot on brilliant. His attention to my case and immediate needs never wavered. Fortunately for me, he had an unexpected cancellation on the day I arrived at his office and he championed my cause. I was prepared, had documented proof of my case, and thru my story, tried to bring Scott along with me....and he was right there. Never a distraction, interruption, etc., my time with him was always my time. His support staff is top notch as well. It was a seemless experience. I had what seemed to be a simple property dispute over a vehicle with a local used car salesman. Mrs. Giblin immediately reclassified the case to allow for stiffer penalties against the company and also sent a letter of intent to file suit. The owner of the company responded immediately willing to settle out of court. That letter was to the point, revealing our intent to sue, and for what reasons. The settlement was more than I had expected and guess what, she was always considerate of what I wanted out of the settlement. I would recommend Mrs. Giblin for taking the worries out of this legal case, as she is highly professional, very courteous, and most important, knows the law. If you hire this attorney, expect great results if your case is supported by law.
Also, Andrea, her paralegal, was very courteous when I went for a consultation. She informed me of the reasons why the case was solid, the process, and what would be expected. I thank her for her great work, and especially, her communication skills in settling any doubts about the firms legal ability.
Overall, great work as a firm and hopefully I will never have to hire another attorney, but if I do, Mrs. Giblin will be immediately contacted.
