I contacted Russell R. Hatten after being involved in an automobile accident in which I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist. Upon impact I was then pushed into the vehicle in front of me, causing me to rear-end that vehicle. Mr. Hatten was able to navigate the situation to make sure the party at fault for these two collisions took responsibility. Myself, having a chronic back issues, needed medical treatments to address my injuries resulting from the accident. However, the cost of these treatments exceeded the coverage provided by by uninsured motor policy. At least that is what I thought. Turns out the medical facility was charging me nearly four times what should have been charged. Mr. Hatten was able to negotiate the initial cost down to what is considered fair. I was then able to receive the treatment needed to begin my road to recovery. Without Mr. Russell Hatten's help I fear that I would have been left unable to pay for the costs of my treatments. I cannot thank the Chalat Hatten & Banker firm enough. I was truly someone in great need and they were there to provide that help. I would highly recommend Chalat Hatten & Banker, PC to anyone who is in need of legal advice.

I was shattered after a terrible snowboarding accident in which I got hit by a beginner snowboarder. This snowboarder smashed my foot, dislocated it, tore all the ligaments, broke it in several spots and shattered my cartilage. I was devastated after realizing my health insurance was a scam and my foot required several surgeries, many months of physical therapy, and the loss of my ability to continue my work in the same way, if at all. My life flashed before my eyes wondering how I would ever be successful again while the bills piled up and my foot, walking ability and driving ability was completely hindered and lost. My lawyer Russell went above and beyond to insure that I not only would have my massive medical bills paid for, but that I would also have compensation for my pain and suffering, lost wages and extra money to help with my life change. He was very personable and communicated with me about what to expect, the time line and fought for what I deserved. Russell was able to get me the full amount that was possible but without the pain and struggle of a trial and he got it for me in a timely manner. This timely manner was a big deal for me as I maxed out all my credit cards and had no wages coming in due to the accident. He sent faxes to my outstanding bills and stayed on top of things like contacting my lien companies and insurance companies to keep the ball rolling so my case would not be held up. He made sure to communicate with me so I knew what was going on and was available for consultation when necessary so I did not feel alone and scared. A life changing accident like mine was one of the worst things that could happen to me and my foot will never be the same. This tragic accident was a terrible storm and very hard to get through and my life and health is forever changed. Working with Russell however brought a rainbow after the storm and a brighter future than I ever thought I would find from such a tragic accident.

I found Jim by accident while "googling" "NM ski laws". The firm name showed up on a document explaining what I had "googled". I also asked an attorney friend of mine for a recommendation. I talked to each of the 3 names I was given. One said I needed someone with much experience in ski law and the other two were not impressive. So, I contacted Jim Chalat and from our first conversation, I knew he was the one to represent my wife. He was very familiar with NM ski law even though from the beginning he told us that he could not go to court in NM but would direct the case with a local attorney of his choosing. We engaged him to represent my wife and we were very pleased with his expertise in skiing, knowledge of NM ski law and in negotiating with the potential defendants insurance company. He was up front with us every step of the way. He got us what we thought was a reasonable recovery given that my wife decided that she did not want to go to court. We hope never to need his services again but would not hesitate to engage him in the future should the need arise.

Jon took on my case after I was already 1 1/2 years into my claim. Most of the funds in my case were already depleted. My case/injury was small in comparison to most other cases but that didn’t matter! I was always given the attention and effort that I needed. Any phone call that couldn’t be answered immediately, was always returned, even if Jon was done for the day and driving home. He never left me hanging. The staff was always professional and I wrapped up my claim feeling as satisfied as I could be considering the details of my claim. I would whole heartedly give my recommendation for Boesen Law!

After my car accident, for which I was not at fault, I was referred to Sam Barfield by a friend. I have never used an attorney prior to this accident and was a bit lost in what to do next. I was in a horrific rollover collision where I was nearly killed. Another driver was at fault and crossed three lanes on the freeway, and hit me and rolled my car. My car was totally destroyed. I sustained injuries from the collision. I was not in a mental state to handle anything about this collision on my own and knew I needed to hire an advocate. In September of 2014 I suffered a career ending injury at BNSF Railway. The RR choose to not do the right thing even though I continued to have faith in them. I talked to Jeff on a recommendation of a friend after many broken promises by BNSF. I had only done one thing wrong that night, and that was trusting BNSF to accurately train, and prepare a operator to safely work along side me. I talked with Jeff and he helped ease my mind and finally realize that the RR was not conducting themselves i my best interest or livelihood. My injuries physically were were permanent and the PTSD was overwhelming and learning to deal with it was life altering. Jeff worked tirelessly for me and my future well-being. I fell down my stairs in 2008. They were built incorrectly and not up to code. I sustained a neck injury and had to have surgery on my neck. I retained an attorney that I thought was going to help me but she didn't. I was very frustrated and disappointed so I did some research. I researched and contacted several attorneys in
Denver that handled slip and fall cases but was not satisfied with the initial phone conversations or actual meetings.
In June of 2010, I found Mr. Koupal on the internet and was impressed with his profile and credentials. I contacted Chris and set up an appointment to meet with him. I found Chris to be very knowledgable, professional, confident and a man of intregrity. Chris agreed to take my case and also helped me handle the dismissal of my other attorney in a very positive and professional manner. From that point on, he proceeded to research, investigate and move forward with my case. He kept me well informed almost on a weekly basis for over a year. Chris always emailed me back or contacted me by phone regarding the progress of my case. As a result from the neck surgery, I had accquired many medical bills that totaled thousands of dollars. I felt confident and at ease knowing that he was doing everything he possibly could to resolve and settle my case. Chris knew that I didn't want to have to go to trial and worked very hard to make sure that we would avoid going to trial. He had his work cut out for him as the builder had vanished which made my case more difficult and challenging. My husband had a car accident with minor injury. Insurance can be tricky, especially with a totalled car, so we checked into a lawyer.
Found out fast that not many lawyer firms want a small case, we felt concerned and at the mercy of insurance.
The insurance companies call pretty fast and you don't know if you are doing the right thing with hospital bills / totalled car/sign this and sign that form.
All of this and you are looking for a new car, and your car was paid for and now you worry if you can afford a newer car....worry worry worry.
We finally found Paul Wilkinson's law firm and met with him. He took us on and treated us like we mattered. They handled everything...even on small cases the paper work is daunting and so are your nerves. Even a small incident turns your life up side down for a bit.
It took about 13 months ( do not hold your breath waiting for quick settlement , nothing moves fast with multiple entities). We were kept updated on what was happening.
When all was done and papers signed: THEY took all of the stress out of it, THEY handled hospital bills, THEY finished it. We felt like we did the right thing by letting a pro handle it all.

My wife and I were involved as non-ticketed injured parties in two automobile accidents in 2011. We have just concluded 3-3/4 years of negotiations stemming from those accidents, with the help of our excellent attorney, Ms. Rebecca Albano.
This process involved extended communication with representatives of three insurance companies, the drivers / car owners and their attorneys, plus administrative representatives from more than a dozen medical firms and therapeutic treatment providers. Ms. Albano took care of all the myriad of details, red tape, and paperwork as our legal representative.
At one point, she provided a five-inch stack of accumulated documentation copies to a doctor with the information necessary for him to conduct a comprehensive interview and form an objective medical opinion. This amount of material indicates the complexity of our case, and Ms. Albano’s thoroughness.
Ms. Albano was hired by the Paul Wilkinson Law Firm in part because of her experience as a trial lawyer. We were assigned to work with her from the start, and she was always available to meet as we had questions, progressed with treatments, and submitted innumerable records and bills.
