Does Olson Law use a call center to answer their phones? I had someone named Jalen, an extremely young male, answer that didn't tell me where he was answering the phone at and didn't answer even one question i asked, he just kept kinda using a script. He said he was a receptionist for Olson Law, but did not sound like someone id let answer a phone. I needed to know if i had already called this particular firm and if so what they're reason for not filing a complaint or getting one started was. I have a TBI im almost done with but finding a lawyer to get started on that while still receiving care as a legal newbie is hard work because im not getting hepful people (across the board) im getting push back instead. Like someone should be like omg lets get started, ill start the review, you continue care, and ill ask questions along the way before i start a complaint. But im not getting that. im getting a lot of pointless conversation. If im in the wrong location, maybe someone can point me in the right direction. Is it the city, the neighborhood, is the case too hard, are they too busy, is there a conflict of interest with the hospital im suing or something? Like scared to sue? I dont get it... Its JUST a lawsuit that needs to get filed. Is it the Denver area? Are they like no, she doesnt live in this neighborhood so im not dealing with this? Like family oriented? Im so confused right now.

As we came to know him—and later, his partner Daniel McGarvey—we found both to be compassionate, patient, hard-working, thorough, wise, and very smart. Jon took on my case after I was already 1 1/2 years into my claim. Most of the funds in my case were already depleted. My case/injury was small in comparison to most other cases but that didn’t matter! I was always given the attention and effort that I needed. Any phone call that couldn’t be answered immediately, was always returned, even if Jon was done for the day and driving home. He never left me hanging. The staff was always professional and I wrapped up my claim feeling as satisfied as I could be considering the details of my claim. I would whole heartedly give my recommendation for Boesen Law!

I am wary on finishing paying off the fee because I am supposed to be working with Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy but the invoice says Fresh Start.

Charlie did a great job trying to defend my case. Although the DUI did not get dropped, he did get my careless driving dropped. DA was not budging on jail time. Danny stepped in at my last courtdate, and was able to get me IHD. On that, I was thankful. I feel I did get my $'s worth from this team. They really do try to get the best deal possible. I would say I would use them again. However I will not need their services in the future. As I will NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN. Colorado has become tougher through the years for DUI. The cost alone with everything involved is not worth admitting to having a few drinks and refusing Breathalyzer or Blood tests! If you are ever in this situation, call these guys. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. It is worth having this team of lawyers by your side through this process.

Mr. Casey helped me with a car accident in 2024. I was hit from the rear at about 30 mph by a pickup and ended up injured and with a totaled car. Mr. Casey stepped in as my shield against the risks and aggravation of dealing with the insurance company on my own. The entire process went much more smoothly because he was there to support me.
Throughout the entire ordeal, Mr. Casey was responsive, warm, experienced, and never rushed. I called his firm as soon as I knew an injury was involved and was able to sign him as my representative the same day. He was usually available to pick up the phone right away and, if not, never failed to return my calls quickly. His experience was invaluable, too, because it saved me pointless effort bickering over issues for which my evidence didn't support an outcome in my favor. Yet, simultaneously, he pointed me toward issues I never would have known to pursue that helped to round out my total compensation and compensate for the weaker areas of my case.
I was always honest with him and we turned out to be matched well in terms of integrity. He never ignored inconvenient facts of my case or coached me in any way to get me to fit the bill for a person with worse injuries than I truly had. I respect that kind of honesty. I will absolutely call him again should the need arise.

There is not a perfect enough combination of words that I could use to express my gratitude for Kurt Zaner and the knowledge he encompasses as an attorney. As a former litigation attorney, public defender, senior prosecuting attorney and judicial officer, I knew, when I heard that half of our friend’s family of four was killed by a drugged, drunk driver, that they needed the best counsel in Colorado. My husband had a car accident with minor injury. Insurance can be tricky, especially with a totalled car, so we checked into a lawyer.
Found out fast that not many lawyer firms want a small case, we felt concerned and at the mercy of insurance.
The insurance companies call pretty fast and you don't know if you are doing the right thing with hospital bills / totalled car/sign this and sign that form.
All of this and you are looking for a new car, and your car was paid for and now you worry if you can afford a newer car....worry worry worry.
We finally found Paul Wilkinson's law firm and met with him. He took us on and treated us like we mattered. They handled everything...even on small cases the paper work is daunting and so are your nerves. Even a small incident turns your life up side down for a bit.
It took about 13 months ( do not hold your breath waiting for quick settlement , nothing moves fast with multiple entities). We were kept updated on what was happening.
When all was done and papers signed: THEY took all of the stress out of it, THEY handled hospital bills, THEY finished it. We felt like we did the right thing by letting a pro handle it all.
