I would recommend the Law Office of Christopher A. German for your bankruptcy needs. He is honest and upfront with you. There are no surprises, and you know exactly what to expect. He's thorough and takes his time answering your questions and goes over everything with you before your meeting with the creditors. After my meeting I couldn't be prouder. The night before we went over everything and he answered any questions that I had. He made sure I was prepared and at ease for the meeting. However, that's not the only reason why I was proud that he was in my corner. I had witnessed a party go before me with their lawyer and I couldn't believe how unprepared she was and the lack of representation and pride she had in herself and in her client. Mr. German doesn't treat you like you're just another number to him. You're his client and he treats you as such. He communicates with you every step of the way and ensures that you are clear on what to expect.
Mr. German was professional, prepared and represented me very well. I can’t put into words how great of a lawyer Lucas is. I consulted multiple lawyers and they all said that license would be suspended. When I got in touch with Lucas he told me not to worry, and that he would take care of me. The cases were in two separate counties (Denver/Broomfield) and the process was seemless. He responded in a timely fashion and even checked in on me to make sure I was completing my court ordered work. It was a major relief when he told me that he accepts payment plans. Lucas was great! I hired him for a drug case in Arapahoe County. He fought the DA all the way to the end. Lucas helped me get a plea where I can seal my case in the near future. Lucas told me what to expect throughout the whole case. He kept me posted on all updates on my case. He promptly responded to my texts/emails/calls.

Lucas stuck with us getting a settlement completed for almost 2 years. The insurance agents blocked and obfuscated and made excuses time and time again, but Lucas stuck with our case and got us an excellent settlement as well as helped us with the offset medical bills to get a better payoff amount than we could have ever done alone.

So, I normally do not write reviews, especially for deeply personal services such as they provide, however my experience with these people was so poor I felt it particularly important to share.
If you are interested in the details I will provide them below, but I want to sum it up first as most of us do not read entire reviews. I hired these people on Monday Dec 16thand fired them 7 days later. There were two reasons: 1) Communication was worse than poor and 2) the assigned lawyer put more effort into arguing with me than he did in preparing the document I instructed him to write. They were given a chance to correct both mistakes and instead gave me a full refund of the retainer without even so much as an apology. I was left completely stunned by their utter lack of commitment, conviction, and even basic knowledge of the law. This man, and this firm should be completely embarrassed by this.
The full story:
I conducted interviews with multiple firms, this company was my second choice. I was clear during my interviews exactly what the situation was, what my expectations were and what my goals were. Every firm I spoke with all said the same thing “absolutely no problem “. I was told on on Wednesday the 11th during the interview with this firm that lawyer a would be a good fit. I paid the retainer on the following Monday and was immediately told that lawyer a was no longer available. I was assigned to lawyer b, who I immediately made an appointment with. This was Monday afternoon.
On Tuesday Mr. B called me 1.25 hours early, where we had (what I thought to be) a productive conversation. He said he would pull what he needed from public records and get back to me with the documents as well as a “strategy” within a couple of days.
At nearly 4:30 on Friday afternoon (after I complained that he had not reached out) Mr. B sent me an email where he lectured me about positioning, then he stated he was not able to pull the document he needed. In my response email I pointed out what he was arguing was not even relevant to the situation, then I asked him why he waited to ask for the document. I also pointed out that not only does the law entitles me to exactly what I’m asking for, but every lawyer I asked including his boss disagrees with his opinion of the situation. I gave Mr. B 4 hours to do what he was hired to do, with a deadline of noon on Monday the 23rd. I also called his boss and leaving a voicemail requesting to speak with her Monday morning.
Monday Dec 23 at 2 pm I called the boss, got voicemail again and told her it might be time to start talking about a refund. I then sent Mr. B, the boss and the paralegal an email saying time was up and I had seen no effort at all. I asked why I shouldn’t fire him.
I never received any response from Mr. B, his paralegal or the boss. I did however get an email from someone to process the refund less then one hour after the email sent to Mr. B. Had the money back before the end of the day on Monday.
Please do not hire these people. Mr. B was the second choice of my second choice, and I’m so thankful he showed me his incompetence before he even reached out to opposing counsel. The utter stupidity and incompetence was overwhelming to say the least. I feel so sorry for anyone who is foolish enough to hire them. The only good thing is they didn’t charge me for the 30 minute phone call or that poorly thought-out email, most likely in hopes that I wouldn’t share my story

Hired Marlo Greer to represent my family and myself after experiencing a car accident resulting in months of rehabilitation and physical therapy. Poor communication and very hard to get ahold of had multiple Paralegals that ussually never knew what was going on which made thing frustrating and left in the unknown. Glad to have everything completed as this was our first time needing legal representation as I will use this bad experience as a learning experience unfortunately. Won't get to deep in it though as she is somewhat nice just seems to have her hands full with "more important cases" Unfortunate experience for sure!

I had high hopes for Ms. Greer based upon her other reviews. I signed up with Ms. Greer in January of 2023, and repeatedly requested that she send out the Demand letters that would start the negotiations of my claims because I didn’t want to treat for the accidents anymore and wanted all of this behind me. Her office was provided with lists of the medical providers I saw and for which accident twice in writing 8-9 months ago and again over the phone in August. A suit was filed on my first case to “preserve the statute of limitations” while some issues were being worked out. The “excess carrier” denied any exposure by saying that the Defendant named in the suit is an excluded driver and Ms. Greer was unable to ascertain as to whether or not the exclusion indeed applies. At certain times during Ms. Greer’s representation of my cases questions that I would ask in the messaging section of the software she uses would not be replied to for days to weeks which caused more lost time while I am already racing a clock. Now that I have one case in litigation with deadlines to meet and the Statute of Limitations for another case she was representing me for is just over nine months away, she has terminated our working relationship. At first she assumed that I did not trust her and instead of asking me outright whether I trusted her or not, she told me to let her office know when I found other counsel and went so far as to recommend another firm. After telling me to find other counsel and suggesting another firm she suggested that we keep a meeting that was scheduled to which I replied that I saw no need for a meeting. It was not made clear that she felt we had a misunderstanding and that she wanted to continue to represent me. The aforementioned was then back peddled on and she claimed that I had told her my previous counsel did not intend to assert a lien. When asked during a meeting with her if my former counsel intended to place a lien on my case, I actually said that I was unaware as to whether or not he would assert a lien and that he had been paid out of the portion of my case that he did actually settle. Ms. Greer and my former counsel who I once had a working relationship with have communicated in the past because Ms. Greer told me that my former counselor felt awful about the breakdown of our relationship. Instead of asking him if he intended to assert a lien on the part of my case that she was working on while she was communicating with him, she is now using his intent, in part, to withdraw from my cases at a very compromising time for me. Once I questioned my old counsel, it turned out that Marlo assumed he was asserting a lien. She has also stated that I tried to be an acting paralegal in my case. That’s untrue. What I did was to start pushing to get all of this behind me because I now have a limited disability that has been caused by my accident related injuries. This has all been mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausting to the point that it is highly unlikely that I will pursue the cases at all anymore. Marlo made many assumptions based upon her “suspicions” and added requirements not outlined in her Agreement nine months into our relationship. Ms. Greer has said that I am from FL and understand FL laws, but that we are in CO. After spending 6 years drafting Demand letters in CO on a contract basis it seems that the accident case formula of 1: accident happens unfortunately 2: attorney is contracted 3: injured person treats 4: medical records and bills are gathered 5: demand letter is drafted 6: demand letter is sent to the insurance adjuster 7: negotiations begin 8: settlement is reached is the same. That is how the cookie usually crumbles. The key difference I see in Florida and Colorado cases is the speed at which firms operate in each State respectively. He told me that an attorney would be able to help me get medical care that most people would not think about. My chiropractor told me about Marlo. I am so thankful for their recommendation.

I met Mr Eldridge 30yrs ago at the time he handled 3 cases did excellent job.
Recently, I was represented by Wade Eldridge in a court case where I was falsely accused and was facing three years in jail. I felt betrayed scared and small up again such accusations. Wade Not only took my case and helped me through this trying situation. He showed compassion and heartfelt case for me as a person he became my protector. I got in a car accident where my car was totalled and my wrist and hand were broken. The other driver was at fault and I knew I needed a lawyer to help with this. I went to see a handful of lawyers about this and it didn’t feel right until I met Wade. Wade took the time to explain the process we would go through in detail. Wade & his paralegal Dawn are absolutely awesome. Dawn is unbelievable at organizing things and requesting what she needs from you. I don’t know how she keeps it all together. I was referred to Jeff by one of my clients who is also a real estate investor and fix n flip guy. When I first met with Jeff, he gave me his background of experience in this scope of law. He then explained how construction defect cases work as well as the ins and outs of how to navigate through one successfully. He thought from the beginning that there was no real claim but that we had to fight this as fraud and conspiracy were being charged. Long story short, we went to mediation and settled for less than what my attorney fees would have been to fight this. Btw, this dragged on for almost a year before we got to this point. While I didn't like the idea of settling as I felt that I did everything right in the sale of the home, the thought of wasting time and money in a trial made the outcome much more tolerable.

My daughter had divorced and was having trouble with her ex-husband, he was trying to take custody of their son from my daughter. Her previous lawyer did not seem to be very knowledgeable in the area of family law nor did she seem to care what happened and made a bad situation even worse. She didn't seem to care about what happened to the child or my daughter.
With Jeff's knowledge and years of experience he was able to over come the mistake that had been made by the previous lawyer and come to a resolution that was best for the child and fair for both my daughter and her ex-husband.
I have been in law enforcement for 18 years. In my experience I believe that Jeff is one of the best lawyers I have worked with.

Mr. Jimenez helped me on a case that went to court about a month ago. He gave me good legal advise that resolved my problem. His office is small but I think that is better than the big TV lawyers. I would recommend him, because he will answer your questions in clear way so you understand the law and you will get good advise to know what to do. My experience with Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor has been beyond great. They dug into the issues of my case and discovered things in my favor that go far beyond what other defendants in the same case appear to have missed or not seriously considered. My opinions of Jim Helfrich and Kate Sender go beyond my ability to express. The best I can say is that I trust them to do their absolute best, which I believe they have done. No bullshit.
They haven’t always told me what I want to hear, but they have always considered my opinion and that has been reflected in the things they have produced on my behalf. Don't expect any communication unless you initiate it yourself. He rarely responded to calls or messages. Showed up to the wrong courthouse almost causing a failure to appear. Really did nothing for us except took our money.
