Working with Wes from Eddington Law Firm was one of the best decisions I could have made. After being rear ended and nearly having my not even 2 year old car totaled in March to being rear ended again in August followed by another rear ending in November of the same year, with 2/3 resulting in injuries Wes made the process of dealing with insurance companies bareable. He was quick to give me updates when he had them and was extremely easy to work with. I cannot thank him enough for helping me close that chapter of my life!

Jason Sandene assisted me with a car accident settlement recently. It was complex and could've easily gone to trial, but with his and his team's support, advice, and effectiveness, I received what I believe was a better settlement than had I done it on my own. And I didn't feel dragged to court which certainly would've yielded more money for the law firm. I highly recommend.

Keith Fuicelli was very thorough, honest, and compassionate in reviewing and handling my personal injury claim involving a broken back suffered when I was struck by a car while riding my bicycle. He was able to obtain an excellent settlement from the insurance company that for many months had tried to settle for almost nothing. He was able to avoid going to trial, but I believe would have represented me very capably if it had become necessary.

Luke J. Puszynski is a sharp, kind, excellent lawyer that will be by your side every step of the way from the initial consultation all the way up to the day he hands you your check. I was involved in a T-bone accident and although that experience was traumatic Luke helped me understand the whole process clearly and managed my case perfectly. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He returned calls very promptly. He made sure I was following proper procedures to get the treatment for the injuries I had and guided me every step of the way. He made the right recommendations with how to negotiate with the insurance company for the maximum settlement possible without having to go to trial. He also has years of experience in the courtroom if in fact you do have to go to trial. He could quickly give examples of other cases to help me better understand my own case. When I was hurt, I was only seventeen and did not understand anything about making an injury claim. Mr. Hoffman was patient and answered all of my questions. At first, the insurance company said they wouldn’t pay anything. But Mr. Hoffman did a great job of proving my case and getting me a great settlement so I could pay my bills and have money for my future. He changed my life. He’s the best.

I had a question that needed some research. I was referred to Clifford, called him.He called me back right away asked me a few questions and then researched for me. He had done a similar case a year prior and so was very up on this kind of case. He called me the next day with answers to my questions and he never asked me for a dime. He was very generous with me and that tells me a lot about his character. I would hire this man for sure if I needed a lawyer in Colorado.

Bradley Smith is a Prior Assistant District Attorney with a wealth of knowledge and who knows the law word for word. I had a pretty bad wreck on a motorcycle, and really didn't know what to do, but it was suggested that I get an attorney. I looked at several and decided to go with Fuicelli & Lee and contacted them for a consultation. After speaking with Amanda and explaining to her what had happened, we ended the call. After a few days, it was recommended that I look into another attorney (not because of Fuicelli & Lee), but because this other attorney did a great job for the one who recommended when they had an accident. I reached out to this other attorney and explained to him everything that happened. He obviously wanted to take my case, but he knew these guys at F&L and had NOTHING bad, but spoke highly about them. I decided to stay with F&L mainly due to the fact that Amanda was very attentive and informative and very patient. I was then introduced to my assigned attorney (Lori) and was very comfortable with speaking with her. I was very ignorant with everything that was going on and they both were very patient and understanding. NOT one time did either of them make me feel like I was an inconvenience and ALWAYS returned my calls and answered my questions. This firm got me the full settlement even though it looked a little grim, but they both were always positive, and I know they worked very hard on my behalf. They both are tremendous at their jobs, and even if I wouldn't have gotten such a great settlement, I would still highly recommend this firm and especially these two to work on your case.

Mr. Fuicelli berated me to the point that I asked him to discontinue all communication with me. Inexplicable and bizarre.

They clearly wanted to settle but were not interested in letting the defense know about the information we had that would hurt them in trial. I had a pretty bad wreck on a motorcycle, and really didn't know what to do, but it was suggested that I get an attorney. I looked at several and decided to go with Fuicelli & Lee and contacted them for a consultation. After speaking with Amanda and explaining to her what had happened, we ended the call. After a few days, it was recommended that I look into another attorney (not because of Fuicelli & Lee), but because this other attorney did a great job for the one who recommended when they had an accident. I reached out to this other attorney and explained to him everything that happened. He obviously wanted to take my case, but he knew these guys at F&L and had NOTHING bad, but spoke highly about them. I decided to stay with F&L mainly due to the fact that Amanda was very attentive and informative and very patient. I was then introduced to my assigned attorney (Lori) and was very comfortable with speaking with her. I was very ignorant with everything that was going on and they both were very patient and understanding. NOT one time did either of them make me feel like I was an inconvenience and ALWAYS returned my calls and answered my questions. This firm got me the full settlement even though it looked a little grim, but they both were always positive, and I know they worked very hard on my behalf. They both are tremendous at their jobs, and even if I wouldn't have gotten such a great settlement, I would still highly recommend this firm and especially these two to work on your case.

Nik Sulley was fantastic- trustworthy, dedicated and hardworking. However, once his boss got involved it was a complete tone change and bait & switch. Almost three years of hard work, a team of incomparable expert witnesses, rock solid case… but a week before trial I got forced to take a meager settlement under suspicious circumstances. It even emerged that the defense’s key piece of evidence, presented by their lead attorney, was fraudulent but no one bothered to point it out. I was lied to- told our experts said things that they never said, and gaslit with the unexpected introduction of alleged weaknesses in my case that no one had previously mentioned in almost three years! Mr. Fuicelli berated me to the point that I asked him to discontinue all communication with me. Inexplicable and bizarre.
I can see why an attorney would want to force a settlement for a case they fear they will lose money on, but it’s odd to me that this change of heart happened so quickly and that they weren’t even trying at the end. They clearly wanted to settle but were not interested in letting the defense know about the information we had that would hurt them in trial. It felt like they had joined the defense counsel and were no longer working for me.
