Mr. Lockhart was very involved from the moment he took my case and went above and beyond for both myself and my family. He drove over an hour on more than one occasion to make sure he had everything he needed from me (I had lots of relevant documented information), and then he used that information expertly. He also made sure my family's questions were answered and their fears were calmed as best he could. Mr. Bradford worked hard behind the scenes and together as a team they achieved results that can only be described as a best case scenario. Results I hoped for, but couldn't have reasonably expected, until it happened! My case was resolved without me ever having to formally appear in court, something I didn't even believe was possible. A situation that could have gone very badly instead was completely turned around due to Mr. Lockhart's expert use of the information at hand and the skilled negotiation done on my behalf by both Mr. Bradford and Mr. Lockhart. My family and I will always be grateful for all the help they provided.

David was very knowledgeable in how to handle my criminal case. He tackled it head on from the initial consultation with out hesitancy and was able to give me multiple outcomes and solutions from best case scenario to the worst and I hadn't even hired him yet!. I had court coming up in 2 weeks facing an aggravated assault charge and I was on edge for months about this so I hired him and that was the best decision I've ever made. David jumped right on it and was able to get my case dismissed without me even stepping foot in a court room, I can honestly say he is more than just an attorney I felt as if he honestly wanted to help me get my life back I've never had any serious offenses on my record mostly traffic and I almost lost my clean slate. I had a profoundly disappointing experience with Sell & Melton. From the outset, the firm's communication was severely lacking, with calls and emails often going unanswered for days. When responses did come, they were often terse and uninformative, leaving me feeling neglected and uninformed about the status of my case. The firm failed to provide the guidance and support I expected, and their apparent lack of interest in my concerns was both frustrating and disheartening.
Moreover, the legal advice and representation I received were subpar. Critical deadlines were missed, and important details were overlooked, which adversely affected the outcome of my case. Despite their high fees, the quality of service was significantly below expectations. This experience not only cost me financially but also caused considerable emotional distress. I would strongly advise against using Sell & Melton for any legal needs, as their lack of professionalism and diligence was evident throughout my dealings with them.

Michael Geoffroy and his staff worked quickly to get me a great settlement from my car accident. Even though my medical bills were not very high, the firm made me feel my case was important. In addition to a great settlement, they helped me by dealing with all the insurance companies and healthcare billing companies, so I didn't have to. I would recommend them to anyone in a car wreck.

I have seen Neal Howard in a handful of capacities. I have observed him in my role as a trial judge, as co-counsel and as a mediator. Neal Howard offers superior legal service. "Caution" in this review is unwarranted in that he knows what he's doing, can try a strong case and genuinely cares for his clients, colleagues and the bench. If I do call, I will not get an answer. The same thing goes for an email. If we do talk, you will not listen to what I am communicating to you. If I am ever forced to do business with you all again, it will only be out of respect to the person I am referring to who prefers to close with you. Ms. McCalla is a Godsend! I contacted her after I was cited for a DUI among lesser charges. She and her team were able to get me acquitted by using the facts of the case. Recently I was initially looking at jail time, and she was able to negotiate four community service! She is a good person, and is awesome at what she does! She really has found her calling. Hello I'm Abigail, and I'm going to tell you my own personal testimony. Woke up one day realizing, I didn't know the first thing about getting a divorce, yet alone the paperwork involved. Mrs. McCalla had already been a mentor to me throughout many years. So of course, I immediately contacted her to gather the proper legal guidance I knew was necessary . I would recommend these attorneys to any of my family and friends. They were very knowledgeable and fought for me even when I had a citation against me. The police officers found me at fault and gave me a ticket even though I was innocent. Arron was amazing and the process was quick and easy. I really had no worries the entire time, which after having a wreck is honestly, a huge relief. In my case, thank goodness, my wreck was not very extensive but no matter the size, having that happen to you can make you feel very unsure and worried about the future and how it is going to impact your life. Luckily for me, I never had to worry that my case was being handled. I was never spoken to on a level higher than my understanding which gives you a sense of comfort, that despite the set back, everything is going to be okay.
